Tara was a great host and the place was exactly as described! I would definitely stay here again when I am back in the area!

This place is lovely! The host is responsive and helpful. The hot tub is a real plus - with the outdoor heater on, we enjoyed using it even though it was sleeting outside (too stormy to try the beautiful fire pit). The house and location are beautiful and spotless. The furnishings are luxe and comfortable. Awkward eating space options - no dining table or large kitchen table. It was unexpected that some of the listed beds are sofas and sofa beds in common rooms, including some of the only beds available when you have booked it for fewer guests. (The larger of two bedrooms and second bathroom are a second locked space that I was glad to access.) It may fit as many people as they listed if everyone shares beds, but not all privately or in actual bedrooms. If I'd had all eight single adult guests, like I paid for, the sleeping and dinner arrangements would have been more problematic. As it happened, overall a great, cozy experience despite unexpected bad weather.

We had a great time at Marian’s place. We especially enjoyed our time at the fire pit. There are 2 breakfast places within a 5 min walk and a couple of restaurants w/in walking distance. If in the area again we would definitely stay here once again. Thank you Marian for a great stay!

We had a great visit celebrating the New Year here! We all loved the beautiful views of the river and enjoyed a peaceful escape. The fire-pit was great and there was plenty of wood provided! There was even complimentary sodas in the mini fridge for us upon check in. The hot tub was new and clean and we were able to enjoy the views of the river while enjoying the hot tub! The hosts are very responsive.

Everything about this house was beautiful. It made us feel like we were in Italy. The only disappointment we had was that the 16 of us could not sit down together for one formal meal, but there was plenty of spaces to sit, plus, we were pleasantly surprised at all the things that were in the house that weren’t mentioned which made our stay that much more enjoyable. It was close to the water. It was close to restaurants and yet it was private in its own little wooded area. We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

We stayed at Kayla’s for my sisters bachelorette and it was perfect for this event! The beds are so comfy and there are four full bathrooms for everyone to get ready in! The kitchenette isn’t really stocked so we only used the full kitchen which worked great for what we needed! There was a constant beeping coming from the basement when we got there, and when i messaged Kayla she told me what to do to make it stop, which worked. The only thing was that there is no ice, as stated in the listing, but the ice maker wasn’t plugged in or working when we were there and tbh we didn’t even see it until after we had already bought bags of ice for our drinks! It would have been nice if that had already been ready. But besides that, everything was wonderful! I’d stay here again! The fireplaces in the master bedroom and bathroom were my favorite!

We had a great stay at the house, it had plenty of room for our group of 10 people. The hosts provided great proactive communication including local recommendations, as well as house access instructions. We liked that there was a separate game room and TV area on the ground floor, our kids hung out there most of the time, while the adults congregated in the large living area and kitchen. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms. The beach was a quick walk to the end of the block - although it was cold, it was great to walk on the beach which is huge. We would love to come back in the summer and try the pool and hot tub!

I booked this place for my friends and I for the weekend beach trip. The house is super clean and comfortable. You have everything you possibly think you need even sunscreen cream. The host is very considerate. Location is good too, only 10 min to ocean city, cape may is half hour away. We have such a fun weekend. Hopefully i can come here next summer!

We stayed at Treborgarth for 3 nights, and hosted our wedding there. From start to finish Robert did a great job with communication and flexibility. The estate is a beautiful location for and event, or just a stay. We kayaked, fished and enjoyed all the space.

A lovely home! Perfect for my family and exactly what I wanted. Close to the beach but so calm and peaceful in the home. Lots of space inside and very relaxing. I would absolutely recommend.

My group loved this house!!! We had a big group (adults & children) and this house gave everyone the space they needed while still having several spacious areas to gather and spend time together! The outside space was peaceful and exciting for the kids to explore and the proximity to shopping, restaurants and grocery stores allowed for an easy, stress free stay! The host, Heather, was very responsive and helpful when I had questions! We are already planning our next trip to stay at this property!!

Emilys place was the perfect stay for a girls weekend! She had everything needed for the beach and pool! Would highly recommend staying at Emily’s place for a quiet beach weekend

Hands down the coolest host on Air BnB. I loved the house and everything that came with it but I wanted this review to be about how personal And accommodating Leo was willing to be for us. Always an immediate responds to my questions and was always willing to go above and beyond for his renters. 100% going to be renting again!

Can’t say enough about Marta’s place! Our family needed a last minute getaway and Marta shared her beautiful home with us. We all felt very much at home. The home is beautifully appointed, yet so homey and relaxing. There were toys, games and bikes for the kids, the yard was the best. We even made s'mores around the fire pit. Nice and close to the beach yet the property was a quiet retreat. We even could hear the waves crashing late one evening. We recommend Marta’s home. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you Marta. Much gratitude.

This was our 3rd time in DE, but our first at the Coastal Club. It was definitely our favorite place! The home was beautiful and felt like our “home away from home.”It was also close to the pool. The location was close to nearby restaurants & the board walk was easy to get to! We can’t wait to return!

Wonderful stay! This was our second time and we love this property and it’s amenities. My kids can’t wait to go back to our “hotel house.” Always bright, clean and well stocked. The pool is the perfect respite though can get busy at peak times.

We stayed here for a week in August. Me, my wife, and 10 year old son. Keyless check in was a breeze. The place was very clean and spacious. We loved the open layout, high ceilings, and abundant natural light. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were very comfortable, place was nicely furnished. The owners were really thoughtful in making this home feel welcoming. Easy drive to Lewes beach (about 16 min) or Rehoboth beach (about 20-25 minutes depending on beach traffic). We didn’t try any of the community amenities but great to know they were there. We look forward to staying here again! Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful, spacious home in a great location. It was a great choice for our multi generational family. The pool with all of the water features was fantastic for our two year old grandson. The grownups enjoyed it as well. We were about 15-20 minutes from the beach and the busy part of town which was a good trade off for the space and the great amenities. The kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook when we wanted. There were lots of good restaurants nearby and plenty of options for delivery. Check in was easy. We appreciated the thorough instructions and good communication. We will certainly be considering a return visit.
