Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in South Jersey

Good location for price. Stayed there with two other couples for a wedding. Host was easy to communicate with and helpful!

Wonderful house with truly comfortable furniture. I actually photographed some of the furniture and manufacturer's tags to get those chairs and sofa for home. Mattress (king) also excellent. I stayed 5 days for work, and didn't want to leave. Super convenient for hiking on Neversink, too. It is not completely private since you may see hikers going by, and as an older female staying alone, I was aware of that. But there are plenty of shades including blackout and I got used to it. The view, before leaves come out, is awesome, the Mt. Penn neighborhood and Pagoda lit up at night, and the Howard Street Bridge, love it. Time to read the Updike "Rabbit" books again. One tip, make sure the upper shower knob is pointed down, or you will get a cold overhead blast from the other shower head. Otherwise all appliances and amenities are terrific! Great stay for our family! The house was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, we were walkable to a lot of dining options (and the beach, but we were there during a cold snap). We’d highly recommend it!

We love coming to Georgetown and love staying at Rick's place. It's perfect for us, and we can relax there. The house is beautiful with great amenities. My mom appreciates the walk-in shower. The kitchen is fantastic for cooking. The beds are comfortable, as is the furniture in living and dining rooms. Rick is a fantastic host. I highly recommend this home!

We visited with our dogs during the off season. We found the home as described in this listing. The house was clean and comfortable and the location was peaceful. We made use of the keurig each morning and enjoyed our coffee on the deck overlooking the lagoon. Easy drive over the bridge to LBI. We actually planned to rent a place on LBI when we found this place and decided to give it a try — we ended up really loving beach haven west and this house and hope to return!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay while visiting for the Sea Hear Now music festival! Tami was very helpful and very communicative throughout our stay. The place was perfect and everything we needed for our weekend getaway!

Beautiful location, near enough for easy access to many activities but removed enough from the hustle and bustle to make it relaxing. We had a wonderful time watching sunsets from the back porch after days of exploring. Would definitely recommend!

Daria's place was beautiful and spacious. The beds were comfortable. Everything was spotless. Excuse me The location was convenient with tons of places to eat in the off season. Daria was quick to respond.

Absolutely perfect place for a large family. A beautiful condo. A 20 minute drive to the beach. Surrounded by restaurants and shopping. The only drawback was the noise. Located behind a WaWa and near a busy intersection that had numerous EMS, police, and firetrucks day and night, it was always noisy. However, I would absolutely stay in this beautiful condo again. At the end of a fun day we were all tired and slept well. Shower heads amazing. Having two bathrooms was a must. Two people could shower at once and the water pressure was perfect. Loved the stocked shampoo/conditioner/ body wash. The kitchen had all the necessities needed if you forgot something at home. Towels were soft. Beds comfortable. Grateful we found this great place to stay. Thank you

Rosemary’s place is a great choice for a stay in Wildwood. It’s clean, charming, and centrally located. Rosemary was very easy to communicate with and responsive. You can tell the thought she puts into making things as convenient as possible for guests. Would highly recommend.

This is a cute place that is right on the bay so you can enjoy beautiful water views yet it’s an easy walk to the beach. The unit is nicely furnished. The shower with multiple jets was great. We appreciated being able to bring our small dog. We also appreciate the welcome bottle of wine!

We have stayed here multiple times over the past few years. We really love this unit and how close it is to all that Cape May has to offer. We highly recommend staying here to anyone.

This place was better than I expected! The host was super responsive, the check-in was a breeze, and the decor was very cool and comfortable. My family and I were there for Christmas, so we didn't take advantage of everything to do around the air B&B, but there was plenty! I would rent this place out in a heartbeat.

Such a lovely condo in a fantastic location! Roger's instructions were clear, the space was comfortable (2 bathrooms!), and we had a great time visiting family in Toms River while also enjoying Seaside/Lavalette. It was rainy during our trip, but the view from the covered balcony was still beautiful! The easy parking was a huge plus too. Thank you!

Stayed at this place for a month. Location to the beach, restaurants and shopping areas was very good. Liz was very responsive to my questions and was very accommodating when I wanted to check in a bit early.
