We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and fell in love with the BnB. The accommodations were warm and inviting, with a home-like atmosphere and all the necessary amenities. A highlight of our stay was being able to take in the breathtaking sunset directly from our bedroom. Our host, Anshuman, was exceptionally warm and welcoming. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even assisting us with arranging taxis and scooters. Overall, our experience was truly lovely, and we highly recommend this wonderful place.

Beautiful cabin in the heart of a tea plantation. Great view from the bed and upstairs balcony of the local villages and their allotments. Great breakfast served outside.

Had a wonderful and peaceful stay. As a big group you are sure to enjoy the place to the fullest!! The caretaker was also equally helpfull and cheerful. Definitely looking forward to stay again and will recommend to others as well.

The property is absolutely stunning. Quiet, with just birds chirping and the sound of a flowing stream in the distance. In the evenings and night, you hear the wind. Rooms are nice, cozy and have an old world charm, gazebo is a definite ++ and there is a fire pit too to warm you when it's chilly. Food is absolutely great. The dosas are the best we have had ever. Beautifully aromatic, one of a kind! Other food that we ordered was great too, good portions and taste! There are quite a few things to do around - one can hike, go to viewpoints, go on a temple run, ride their bikes or just be lost in estate wilderness and walking trails. For us, the biggest value of the place was nature in its full glory without the hazards and distractions of the modern world. Beautiful, and we would very much like to be back! P.s. bring your doggos! They will love it! Ours just wanted to sun bathe or go for nature walks!

Very private and in between the forest. This was an amazing experience and I wish I could have stayed longer. Will definitely visit again sometime as there’s lot to do in Sigiriya. Anuar is very friendly and had good conversation. We enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay at Raintree's place. The cottage was very clean, private and had a small pool that was wonderfully refreshing. We listened and watched various birds in the garden around us and got an explanation about the fruit that grows on the property. Staff were incredibly friendly and the owners are very nice people. As the icing on the cake, the food was also super tasty, especially the homemade passion fruit jam! We were very sorry that they had to go further, but if you are in the area, Raintree is the place to be!

this place was in very quiet area but still close to all the things you want - shops, restaurants or the beach. hospitality on the next level, big knowledge and very helpful personel. really recommend!

The apartment is a small hut on the roof which makes it a very unique experience. Great view over the city and good area. Aasif was very helpful and replied quickly.

"Casa by the Bay" is an amazing property situated in the hearts of Ratnagiri.Its tastefully designed by the Host and its a perfect amalgamation of modern architecture with the natural beauty of Konkan.The listing is surrounded with beautiful lust greenery around.Walking distance from the Kalbadevi beach,in monsoon it's looks heavenly.The beach is an isolated beach and the navigation through the beach is a bit adventurous especially during the monsoons but it's worth every bit of it.The property was the best we've stayed till date,with finger liking konkani food made by the cook Sartha ji also her husband Santosh ji was an amazing tour guide who drove us for site seeing.The last which is kept for the best,the Host Amit is a gem of a person he has made this heavenly abode with all his heart.He truely describes the term Host,he was in constant touch with us throughout the stay.Words would fall short to describe but he's a Super host for a reason.The best Host I've come across so far.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible property nestled in the heart of nature, it was simply extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the majestic mountain view, and our excitement only grew as we explored the property. The important thing is that there's nobody to disturb you. It's just you and the nature ♥️. Throughout our stay, our host Darren and the owner proved to be incredibly helpful and accommodating. We truly felt pampered throughout our stay. They were always available to answer our questions and assist us with any concerns we had. The room was clean with all the necessities. The kitchen was well equipped with a stocked fridge. The pool may look small in pics but it was big in size. Our caretaker, Prakash proved to be an invaluable resource. Helped us with our luggage, cooked us food, and was always available 24/7. We wholeheartedly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a remarkable stay. can't wait to return :)
