Immaculate home; cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed. Hosts went above and beyond providing snacks, cooking necessities with many condiments, bottled water in refrigerator. A beautiful, pristinely kept property that makes you want to stay longer. Ron was very helpful when we had a flat tire with recommendations and his restaurant reference was spot on. Can’t think of one thing not offered that would have improved our stay.

Was an absolute amazing place. He took his time to make a video tutorial and instructions of the place. Responded right away with any questions i had. The land was beautiful. Number one the fishing was amazing probably caught and released 60 fish. He had nice boats on both lakes with good trolling motors. I will diffently be back. You cant go somewhere like this for the price they have i would of payed more to experience what they have to offer. Thank you brad for the great memories.

I can’t say enough good things about this house! It was the most fully stocked AirBnd that I’ve ever been to! So clean and clutter free! The host and hostess were so friendly and the fresh pastries in the morning were the icing on the cake! We will definitely stay here again!

Alexandra is a great host and the place was very inviting and felt like home! There was some noise from the highway, which was communited in advance. She provided options to reduce the noise during sleeping hours, so once we figured that out, it wasn't an issue. Everything was clean and stocked nicely for our stay of 4 nights.

This listing is perfect for the price. Kelley is very responsive and was very accommodating with our situation. The space is cozy and located perfectly near dining, grocery, and in a quiet neighborhood. The amenities made you feel like you were right at home and I would definitely stay again.

Interstate noise somewhat disturbed the peace when outside but not really noticeable when inside. Pots, pans, dishes limited but adequate for four. Other cooking utensils were minimal, i.e, spatula, dippers, tongs, et al. Dock was great for fishing as catch and release. Had a very enjoyable stay. Site has three different types of lodging, all of which are private. However, there is what appears to be a public venue for large parties or gatherings with some of the activity areas adjacent to the Guest House which could be problematic if one is not participating in the public activities. I don't really know how well this is explained in the listing as my wife found the site and I booked it. Altho the site is adjacent to the outer boundary of the international airport it was not in the flight path and I didn't hear takeoffs or landings during our four-day stay. Really enjoyed our stay.

Can't say enough about this place. Very nice and clean, obviously remodeled, had smart TV's in every room, super comfy beds and sofa, great location for getting everywhere in Hutchinson, quiet neighborhood, simple instructions and great communication with Brook. Highly recommend and hopefully it's available next time we're in Hutchinson!

The perfect place for 5 adults and 2 children. Kelli had family board games available, the pool table was great for the adults, firepit was nice for smores. Everything was exactly as described and fantastic comforts of home. The location was perfect with family only 4 blocks away and everything central to our needs for staying the 4 days. Will definitly stay again in the future when we come for family gatherings.

Loved our stay here, so glad to have found this gem of a rental in Newton! Super clean with tons of room, and everything you could need. Beds were comfortable and our boys loved sharing the basement bedroom, it was roomy and they felt like they had their own little den to relax. Would definitely rent from Priscilla again!

Even though we only spent one night there we had a great time. It was so clean and cozy and had all the amenities necessary for our short stay. Bed was comfy, lots of blankets and easy check in. We felt right at home and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

We had such a beautiful time staying at Jennifer's place. It was peaceful and serene. We walked down to the lake and got to experience lots of different wildlife. It was exactly what our family needed, and I would recommend anyone taking the opportunity to stay at Jennifer's unique home that offers the opportunity to step away from the busyness of life and connect with the peaceful of nature.
