Vacation rentals with lake access in South Haven

Steve and team were lovely! From Check-in and throughout the stay they were responsive, friendly and kind. Steve and his wife even stopped by after a severe storm to check in on us and make sure we didn't need the generator or any assistance. Perfectly peaceful space for our weekend girl trip. We had a wonderful time celebrating my brother's engagement and catching up with old friends! It was super peaceful but also had plenty of room to host a party and have a good time. We would 100% come back. My only warning to those coming here is to bring throw blankets if you are used to always having some.

Super peaceful cottage and lake! We loved the patio and lower yard. Nice kayaks with easy access in and out of the water. The fishing was good - lots of medium-sized bass, and we enjoyed the birds on or near the lake: wood ducks, osprey, sandhill cranes, green heron, great blue heron. Beds and pillows were comfortable! Would come again. :)

My family and I were blown away by the house and its surroundings. We were a party of 10 adults attending my nephew's wedding at the Marion Magnolia Farms venue which was about 2 miles away. There was plenty of room, the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to make meals. Except the food, of course. Plenty of bath towels, blankets, etc. Bring bottled water. The backyard setting adjacent to the lake was tranquil and peaceful. The weather was beautiful for October (high 70's). We spent the evening around the fire pit making s'mores. No mosquitoes or flies. Yay!!!!!!! You literally will not want to leave!!!!!!!!!!!! But we had to get back to reality. For 3 days and 2 nights we were able to escape the busyness of everyday living. We enjoyed our stay here! It was a little hard to find at first but even though it was right off the road the back yard felt very private. Easy to walk to the beach and around the neighborhood. For two people and a dog it felt very spacious and the outdoor area was very beautiful with all the fall colors. It was a nice area with easy access to the state parks we visited.

this was so perfect! i came here to celebrate my birthday with my friends and we had so much fun ! everything was clean and organized when we got there and it was such a cozy and comfortable place !

We loved this place. The ducks in the lake that visited frequently. The details were carefully chosen. The comfort, the stove, the spacing gave us room to move, the games created memories for us to enjoy and talk about. Thank you for a lovely experience.

If you have a big group and need lots of space, this place is great. The kitchen was well stocked if you want to cook and there are plenty of games to play. The lake is beautiful and this spot has great privacy. There’s a pretty large flee market right down the road that’s open on the weekends and a great little market called, Walt & Marie's Country Market & Cafe if ya need something quick.

Cozy airbnb right in the heart of Saugatuck. Highly recommend!

Lisa was an amazing host! The location was great right on the lake and the space had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying with her!

Upon arrival, there was some kind of misunderstanding with the cleaning people and it looked like our unit was not cleaned prior to arriving. We arrived pretty late but Michael responded very fast to my message and was able to get this taken care of right away for us. He was very accommodating and helpful. He sent multiple messages prior to the arrival date with helpful instructions on entering the unit and parking. The space itself was great and perfect for two people. Walking distance from the little downtown area and the river. We enjoyed our time in South Haven and would stay here again if we ever visited again!

Sameena was wonderful and extremely responsive. This was one of the cleanest Airbnbs we have been to. We had three toddlers with us and weren’t worried about the cleanliness of the floors, walls or surfaces. The very pleasant cleaning woman lives close by if anything comes up. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook a meal. The only inconvenience is that there isn’t a washer and dryer in the home but there is one available to use down the street with clear instructions on how to get there. Overall this was a wonderful experience with plenty of space!

Patty's place was GREAT! My 3 sisters and I had a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The Condo was exactly as pictured. It was very clean, had everything we needed in the living room, bathrooms and in the kitchen to cook meals. All 3 beds were very comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. We were able to drive North, South & East less than 30 minutes to visit wineries, shops, antique malls and fine restaurants. There are lots of things to do close to Coloma for 4 retired ladies. We loved walking down to the beach every evening to watch the sunset and waves as they rolled in.

What a gem! My family of 5 stayed here mid-October, off season for South Haven. It was so peaceful and we were able to walk downtown every day. Going to the beach felt like going to the backyard, it was that close. We would have been lost without the beach amenities that were supplied, I greatly appreciated those. My kids loved the play closet. The black out curtains and sound machines in every room were also appreciated. An absolutely wonderful stay and we would come back here in a heartbeat (we could even bring friends, there are SO many beds and sleeping options!).

Great stay as usual! We’re regulars staying at Stephaney’s place and will continue to come back each year. Beautiful sunsets, picturesque and peaceful area. Nothing not to love at Stephaney’s!

The Pines Cottage in Michiana Shores was the perfect escape for my sister and me—a busy Finance Director and Grants Manager—finally pressing pause on juggling responsibilities. Though it was a working vacation, this beautifully curated retreat by Meta Rose allowed us to relax, reconnect, and recharge. The blend of modern amenities with rustic charm made it feel like home, and the kitchen—my domain—was a dream for any home chef, snuggly designed yet perfect for cooking and baking. The serene surroundings and walkability gave us space for reflection and creativity, making our time here truly good for the soul. We can't rave enough about this little slice of joy and will absolutely be back! WARNING - you're going to fall in love all too easily with it!

Fantastic location, close to downtown but the loudest noise besides a little thunder were the waves hitting the beach. Definitely booking again.

Lovely cabin for a girls weekend. Great central location for day trips to South Haven and Saugatuck.

Kelly was easy to work with, had great communication, was very accommodating, and the cottages were so cozy & quaint! The biggest plus was getting the opportunity to use that amazing pontoon boat and getting out on the lake. We would definitely stay at this lake again! What a fun area. Having such a fun time we started looking at Kelly’s other properties for future getaways!

Beautiful location - loved the closeness to Lake Michigan - loved the dual access over the sand dune or a trail through the woods. We were a couple staying for the weekend, so we only used the main house, but we could see how wonderful the “compound” would be for a group of our couple friends to join us. Easy peasy check in and communication. From host Loved it!

Birthday brownies upon arrival! Great quiet location but very convenient for local shops and restaurants. Can walk to the beach! Can’t wait for the opportunity to visit again
