Chris and Julie welcome you to stay in our spacious, well appointed, self contained apartment/annex. Newly renovated with beautiful fitted kitchen & modern bathroom. Situated within easy reach of Bristol & Bath with lots of shops & amenities available in nearby Yate or the lovely old Market Town of Chipping Sodbury. Would suit couples visiting the area or a base to work from. We have a lovely traditional pub right next door and a very good Indian restaurant just 5 mins walk down the road.

Amazing location just a £10 uber ride into the centre of Bristol. Uniquely positioned with fantastic and easy driving into Bristol as well as stunning views of the city from the farmland. Victorian property renovated tastefully with all modern comforts. With large bright open plan kitchen diner and bi-folds leading to sunny garden. Very comfortable large double bedrooms, modern bathroom with powerful rainforest shower. Situated a 10 minute walk from Bristol train station and a short walk from the city centre and Harbourside. The house is nestled amongst the colourful houses of Totterdown with all its pubs, parks and cafes on the doorstep.

We loved our stay at this charming cottage: Beautifully decorated, cosy and thoughtfully equipped — it felt like a real home away from home. The welcome / Easter hamper was a super nice touch too! 🐣 The well-maintained tennis court was a definite highlight for my boys (and husband!). The setting is peaceful and relaxing, yet perfectly located for exploring nearby walks, Bath, the arboretum, and more. The local farm shop (Allington) is worth a visit too. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

We have stayed in many holiday cottages in many different places and we were so impressed with Grans Cottage. Our relatives were thrilled with the clean, uncluttered but well equipped accommodation. If we didn’t live just around the corner we would have happily moved in too!! I think that’s a recommendation.
