The place was clean, beautful garden with a nice pool, and the best across the beach.

The apartment is cozy, exactly as shown in the photos. Near the beach. The host would respond to messages quickly, cleared all my questions, and gave all necessary instructions. I would definitely get back to the town hall again. Thank you!

The apartment is simply wonderful! Everything matched the photos and descriptions. Starting with the education and kindness of the hosts, who answered all my questions. In addition, the apartment is really close to the beach, I was able to walk, about a 5 minute walk, a very safe and bright place. We felt at home, everything was very clean and comfortable. We don't miss any items. The kitchen is complete, cozy rooms, clean bathrooms, spacious living room. Ice was always provided in the building. On the beach there were already our tents mounted with 4 chairs, but in the apartment there was more if needed. Clean, air-conditioned pool, whirlpool and sauna. All very well! We will be back for sure.

It is my second time in Luciara's apartment, I intend to go more often, rent a place in front of the beach for those who have two and wonderful children.

We really like the house, which is inside a gated condominium and is really very close to the beach. The house has all the necessary items for cooking. It has beach chairs and has direct to a parasol as well, but this one we don't even use it because I carried a tent. The host was always helpful. We intend to come back more often.

We love the hosting experience in this special corner. It is an excellent opportunity to rest, have a good time with the people you love and still enjoy the connection with nature. The house itself is very beautiful, comfortable and beautiful! Only two points that, although they have not significantly affected us, it is good to be clear to anyone: i) the cutlery and household utensils are few. There is no knife with a tip, for example (those of serrinha), so if you are used to using it, it is worth taking; ii) the place is inside the site, however, the entrance of the house is in the passage of people who are staying or residing on the site. So, there is privacy inside the house, but, there is not so much privacy on the ground, because people transit through the entrance of the house. By the way, next to it is a type of storage in which the residents end up accessing and there it is "glued" to the kitchen window. But, that didn't hurt us at all, it's only hint for new visitors. We'll be back! Gratitude!

I am Argentino living in Brazil a few years ago, and I think that compared to other rents we did , this was the best. Vin is an excellent host, super attentive , replied at the time, all clear instructions and all as it was posted. The apartment is excellent for the state of maintenance, cleaning, and the proximity of the beach. The beautiful condominium, ordered, lit for the beach , swimming pool with heated water. The entrance and exit, super flexible. Communication with Vin was in Portuguese and Spanish. He speaks Spanish Tb very well, so people who only speak this language would get along very well with him tb. The apartment was among our favourites in Riviera, we'll come back for sure!

Márcio from the start was extremely attentive and helpful. It presented several useful information about Riviera de São Lourenço and that made our hosting amazing. The tips of local restaurants, including the ideal day to go on each of them, amazing. The appartment is amazing and exactly matches the photos. Very cozy and practical. The barbecue on the balcony is a show and allowed you to enjoy a good barbecue. The building has a daily transfer service to the beach, which makes it easy. But for those who like to walk, the building is very close to the beach. In the Riviera, the building has a beach service (umbrellas and chairs), which also makes access even more practical. Both for the space and for the cordiality and education of the hosts, I strongly recommend the space of Márcio and Tatiana.
