Farmstay vacation rentals in South-Coastal São Paulo

We rented the site to spend the carnival and had incredible days. The view and contact with nature make the experience even better. The pool is even larger more beautiful than is shown in the ad. Very well equipped kitchen (dishes, cutlery, cookware, shapes) but we still carry disposables. Grill area with tables, refrigerator, freezer, and laundry with everything running right. The contact with Lídio was quiet. He clarified all our doubts. The housekeeper is also very fine people. For the next guests, a few points of attention: As described in the listing, the house does not have Wi-Fi, and the cell phone signal is only good for Vivo operator, so in case of remote work, look for a plan B. Another point is that the rooms do not have a fan, so if you want to have closed windows, I recommend taking it. As a suggestion for improvement, we only reinforce a more reinforced house cleaning before the stay.

There is a stretch of dirt road leaving the city of São Lourenço of about 30 minutes to reach the place, but as we went in the winter we had no problem with the road. There are 3 houses, the headquarters is very cozy, and the place is very beautiful There is plenty of space for kids playing, 2 lakes with fish, soccer field, playground and game room. We brought bedding because of the reviews, we didn't have any problems with cleanliness. The cell signal is weak, and it only worked with the operator Vivo, which was very good for our stay. The owner immediately answered all our questions through Whatsapp.

The house matches the listing, it's actually even better in person. Rosa, Antonio, and Zé were very thoughtful and helpful. The terrain is huge and there is no shortage of activities to be done, not even in the event of rain and cold. We loved the stay, we're definitely coming back soon

Chácara very beautiful, pleasant atmosphere, quiet. Fabiane was very helpful and attentive, responding quickly and answering all the questions, was very flexible and understanding.

We had a blessed New Year's Eve, with a lot of tranquility and comfort, in addition to everything very pleasant, the owner still left a champagne with a welcome note. super recommend the farm, the lake is a separate chapter, what a perfection that peace, great for getting away from the hustle and bustle.

Very nice environment, “quiet” dirt road (not for those who have a low car) but in rainy season it should be very complicated, we take everything we would consume to avoid leaving with the car. The house had everything we needed, the video game that speaks in the description is a retro simulator (very nostalgic), the pool seemed to be larger in the photos (nothing very relevant) and the doors/windows are a little difficult to open and close.

My family loved, we stayed during the holiday, we were very well received, the homemade is super friendly, the place is wooded, there are a variety of birds, toucanos, pica c**k, a pool for the hot days and a place for a campfire for cold days, the pool is not so deep what was good because we were with children, our pets loved because they were free and ran everywhere, the river is a special space not indicated to enter because it has deep parts, but if you want quiet is an ideal place, you sit on the rocks and listen to the sound of the birds and see that wonderful river. Anyway , super indico, we intend to come back!

We like hosting very much. simple, quiet and clean place. Dona Cida who received us, was a sweetheart. Felipe always answered us when we had a question. If you are looking for a simple place, close to nature and quiet, I highly recommend it.

Very nice place and clean and amazing view. We had a little holiday party and everyone loved it. The outside of the house is the same as the listing, the glass room is undoubtedly the most beautiful of all. Tati is simply MA-RA-VI-LHO-SA!!!!! Super thoughtful, polite, cute and helpful. Always very concerned about our well-being. We had setbacks and he really understood and was very flexible. This house already has a very special place in our hearts.
