Very nice place right by the Indian Dunes; property is very nice with lots of great landscaping, outdoor furniture and open spaces. Outside had a large 8+ person hot tub, grill, upscale fire pit, nice landscaping/frog ponds, and lots of deck space/lawn space. House itself was very well appointed and clean -- worked great for our group (6 adults, 8 kids). Mark was quick to respond whenever we reached out.

Beth’s home was perfect for our group trip, which centered around cooking together for a Passover Seder! The kitchen had great appliances and equipment, with the space for many of us to cook at once. The house had everything we needed and we were all comfortable.

We've stayed here before. It's always really clean and nice. The towels are super soft, and the pillows and linens are awesome. You're right across from the outlet mall, and a farmers market type store across the other way. There's a cute little ice cream shop on the corner. You're close to the beach and the zoo. It's just a nice place to rest and reset. I highly recommend it.

For our trip this home was perfect. It was near the friends we were visiting, short drive to Lake Michigan, great restaurants in the area, and we loved having a kitchen so we could grab some groceries and save some money on meals. The home is older but so is ours so we felt right at home. Everything was clean as well. We hope to stay here again.

Great house for the value! Clean and lots of amenities! Wish we visited in summer as fenced backyard is great! Stairs to second floor are steep but in good condition with handrail! There are local trains that are present throughout the day/night, but their sound didn’t bother us 😊 Overall a great value and lovely vintage home! Host was very responsive and friendly! Thank you!

We had a great time at Mikes place… came to town to check out the beaches and boy were we impressed. So much to offer in the property that I had to convince the kids to give the beach a chance. Overall we had a great weekend and couldn’t be happier with our experience at this property.

This is our third year staying here while visiting our daughter in Portage. This condo is so well equipped and well kept. Teresa is the most responsive host we’ve ever had. She responds quickly and I never would worry about it if there was some issue cause I know I would be able to communicate with her easily! See you next year!

We stayed for 3 days and we absolutely loved it. Perfect for couples that want a little getaway from the city, and love a good view and calm environment. The only noise you will hear here is the bird chirps and ducks quack. We thoroughly enjoyed how cozy the apartment is and spent a good deal of time outdoors by the grill and in the dome. Elena was an amazing host and they even had Indiana dunes park passes available which was great. Would recommend 100%.

Absolutely perfect in every way. I have booked a (lakefront)fall retreat for a group of 12 ladies six years in a row. This home is by far the best equipped! From cozy blankets on hooks near the outdoor seating areas, cushions stored clean and dry inside so the outdoor seating could be used easily, and very high-quality large amount of beach chairs available, I have never seen such great amenities at a beach home! Mattresses are very high-quality and bedding was soft and luxurious! We loved every second of our weekend!

Location 10/10 on Lake Shore Dr and tucked away from the crowds. The kids loved the space and the “loft”. Kitchen well equipped. Great beach access. Perfect for a small family or couple. Of note, there were no beach towels or beach chairs. The check in process was handled by the Beachwalk front office and was a drag. The owners were lovely and not a comment on them more so the checkin process as a whole by larger management. Despite arriving a few hours early for check in we were not able to actually check in or receive the house code until 4 pm sharp resulting in two trips to the main office which was not ideal with small children.

This was ur second stay at Andrew’s and it didn’t disappoint. He worked with us last minute to make a reservation so we had somewhere to stay. A friend of ours passed away and we didn’t have a lot of planning time. We love that the place has a pack n play, high chair, and some kids toys & dishes. Things like that make a stay with children much smoother. Thanks again for another great experience.

Ninna's place was fantastic! It was exactly as described, and the process was proactive. Ninna communicated very well and anticipated questions we may have. We had friends from the area join us for dinner, and Ninna was accommodating of that request. Her place was perfect, with everything we may need during our stay. The kitchen was stocked with all the things we needed, and the coffee nook was a nice touch! The kids enjoyed the little playroom upstairs, and the mattresses were very comfortable.

Vince’s place was amazing, it was such a good location, easy to drive to anywhere in Chicago. Vince was very easy to contact and was responsive within minutes. He made our stay very comfortable. The house was amazing and there was a lot of space, and there was a lot of amenities available for use, for example kitchen utensils and shower amenities. Overall this stay was amazing and I would book this again if I came back in the future

The house looked just like the beautiful photos & Jay was incredibly responsive throughout the visit. This home is located close to 290 to go downtown or further out to the 'burbs quickly. We needed a home to stay last minute, and Jay was accommodating to that as well - we were happy to find this spot with all the space we needed inside and out. As a bonus, we met neighbors who were very friendly.
