Delightful coastal retreat in Seahouses

AnneRating, 5 stars3 days ago
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. Also loved the tie sofa! The centre of Seahouses and the coastal path were in very easy reach.

Great for families and groups!

VictoriaRating, 5 stars4 days ago
We booked as a family of 8 (3 generations) with 2 dogs. Check in was as described. The house was immaculate- and just what we needed for our annual family trip away. Age of our party (73, 72, 51, 45, 42, 40, 14, 14). We took advantage of the snooker table and darts room, then also enjoyed being snuggled upstairs in the kitchen/dining/living area. Garden was large and secure… ideal for our little dogs, with a walk around the fields close by. We didn’t eat out, other than venturing to Dunbar for Asda supplies, we had every meal in the house. It was a really lovely family stay and we’d all definitely go back - the house had everything we needed - from hair dryer to music speakers, tooth picks to first aid kit (my brother in law had cut his finger at work and needed to replace a plaster). Also - it’s right next to train line and main road… but you don’t hear the noise at all. There was also plenty parking as described. We couldn’t fault the house at all. A really nice family stay x

Cuddies Mercat is a great flat and Kelso was lovely to explore. The warm weather helped of course! Everything in the flat was as described with a well appointed kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms and a large living room with dining table.

The Bagie Shed

EmmaRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Amazing stay at the Baggie Shed, would highly recommended it for anyone. We were 4 adults and 2 toddlers and the house was safe and the garden was secure for the kids. The BBQ facilities were fantastic and it was close to Berwick and the beach. We'll definitely be visiting again

THE RETREAT SPACIOUS HOME WITH SEAVIEWS SLEEPS 7

Nice house 100m from the sea, easy to walk out to harbour and coast. All clean, tidy, warm, had all we needed. Good local shops and restaurants. Amble is a small coastal town with a marina and a working harbour (fresh fish at the restaurant was superb).

Absolutely perfect, great location for privacy, peace and quiet and visiting great locations along the coast. The cottage has everything we needed for our stay over Christmas, all we had to bring was our food and personal belongings. The cottage is well looked after and completely clean. Great location for star gazing too. Gillian is the perfect host, nothing is too much trouble for her and you feel that she cares about you enjoying your stay. Will definitely look to return again. Thank you Gillian for helping to make our visit so great.
