We stayed here for a week, and fell in love with it! The house has so much charm and character. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and want to stay there again. It was within walking distance to many places, including a beach. A definite charm in Beverly! The host was amazing! She was very responsive to our questions, and checked in a few times to see if we needed anything, which I appreciated. You are missing out if you don’t stay here!

Great house, lots of room, an en suite bathroom in the primary make this property a great location for families and multiple guests. We had four adults and two toddlers and this comfortable house with a great kitchen and roomy den with vaulted ceilings made it very comfortable. I recommend Peter and this charming home very highly.

Rented for a family trip to Boston, New York, and New Hampshire. Was a 30 minute drive to Boston, 4 hour drive to New York City and Mount Washington in New Hampshire. Place felt like being at home as opposed to being at a hotel. House was very clean and well stocked. Using the key pad was easy and worked very well! I have rented other airbnbs were the keypad did not work. Barry and Kellie were very responsive hosts, the house location was very peaceful and quiet. Overall we greatly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to everyone!

This was the PERFECT place for my family’s girls trip to Salem. It was only a 12 minute drive into town. The house is breathtaking!!! The pictures do not do it any justice. Everything is spotless and very welcoming. The private beach is a 3 minute walk up the road. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the neighbors were also very friendly. Tracy was an amazing host!!! 10/10 recommendation.

We loved this house and highly recommend it! We stayed for 9 days and felt at home the entire time thanks to the thoughtfulness and care that Austin and Nina have put into this house. The kitchen has literally everything you could ask for, including great pots and pans, spices and oils, brand new appliances, coffees and teas, etc. The beds are so comfortable and all have great pillows and bedding. The whole house is spotless and has everything you need so you do not need to run out to the store the second you get there. The backyard is so nice for kids and for sitting on the patio (when it's warm out). The neighborhood is nice and very quiet and safe - we loved that we could walk into town (where there are little restaurants, a juice shop, coffee shops, an ice cream shop and a very nice library) and walk to a local high school as well. Austin was so responsive the few times we had a quick question. We will definitely return to this house in the future when we visit our son!

Jay's place was perfect for us. We picked it because we have a five-month-old and needed a place suitable for an infant. This place was perfect. It even came with a pack-n-play and white noise machine. The home is centrally located allowing us to easily access all our favorite places and friends in the "Camberville" area. Highly recommend!

Rhona could not have been a more gracious host! We were traveling back east for the holidays and needed a place to stay. In addition to the many treats she left for us, she bought a little Christmas tree! The apartment is perfect with everything you could ever need or want. We could walk to stores and restaurants. If we had questions she was very responsive. Marblehead is a beautiful town. I highly recommend a visit to Rhona’s AirBnB!!

Visiting a large family for Thanksgiving can always be hectic but staying at Anna's and Milan's house provided that 'calm base camp' it is always nice to come home too. Since the T stops literally at the front door you really don't need a car. But if you do have one there is parking spot in the driveway so what more can you ask for in Boston in regards to transportation. The view is beautiful from the second floor apartment and I literally only had to go across the street to gather my most important collectible on each trip, native beach stones. there's no better place to stay in Winthrop

Our stay was was special because of the cleanliness, beautiful decor, well furnished, well stocked, personal touches, great surroundings and practical. Great location for feeling at home in the Boston area and conveniently close to everything. Communication pleasant, friendly and reactive. We highly recommend this Airbnb.

This was our third week-long stay at Shelley and Danny's place and it was wonderful as before. The apartment is really comfortable, quiet, spacious, attractive and throughtfully equipped with everything you might need (my favorite little touch is the phone charging plugs on the bedside tables and other strategic locations). The location is super for walking to Harvard and for shopping at Whole Foods and other Fresh Ponds stores. Street parking is readily available if you have a car. Shelley and Danny are perfect hosts - very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this place and look forward to our next chance to stay!

We were sad that we had to cut our stay short once we saw the apartment! It was very comfortable and adorably decorated. Perfect for our work trip. The hosts were very accommodating to our changing schedules. Loved the interior design skills that were implemented, each room had its own theme.

Our family really enjoyed our long weekend at Donald’s place. The location is great, right in the middle of Marblehead, walkable to old town and the various shops and restaurants that dot the area— a great base for visiting friends and family on the north shore. We’ll definitely look to stay here again if available the next time we’re in the area.

Kelly's place was perfect for myself and my husband and two year old daughter. It's a gorgeous and tastefully updated older home. Everything was very comfortable, very clean, and in a great location only a mile or so from downtown Salem and walkable to coffee and restaurants. Kelly was super responsive and helpful before, during, and after our visit.

My family had a fantastic time at Leslie’s place. It is conveniently located, many restaurants nearby within walking distance. Host is responsive and gives clear instructions to expedite the check in and out process. We have enjoyed our stay and will be happy to return in the future.

What a wonderful stay! The listing was extremely accurate, the space was actually even more spacious than the photos conveyed. The space was clean, cozy and well decorated. It was easy to find and get in. The host was responsive and friendly! The best aspect of this Airbnb was by far the location - convenient to Salem via Airbnb and walkable to so many great restaurants and scenic views in Marblehead. Would absolutely recommend and hope to come back someday!

This is my second time staying in this listing! I had such a good experience when staying here back in 2023 that I decided to rebook when returning to Boston for a concert. The listing matches the photos and is a clean, open space. There is plenty of room for 4 people, though I only stayed there in a group of 3. Check-in is a breeze and there is nothing to do for checking out, so the whole process is quite easy. Ali and Yuliya are extremely attentive hosts and always responded quickly to any of my questions. There is a T stop less than 5 minutes away, so it is also very easy to access the downtown area. I cannot recommend this listing enough and will definitely use it again if I return to Boston!

My friends and I had a wonderful time staying at Catlin and Ryan's place! The place was clean and spacious, and was conveniently located near a train stop which made visiting all the neighborhoods around Boston a breeze. Ryan was also kind enough to drop by and offer recommendations for local grocery, restaurants, and sightseeing. Check in and check out were easy and clearly detailed in the app, as well as physically in the house. Overall, Catlin and Ryan's AirBnb was the perfect place for my friends and I to stay for our group trip. The next time we come to Boston, we will definitely be looking to come right back here!

Absolutely charming apartment in a wonderful neighborhood. The bed and couch were super comfortable, and the shower was outstanding. Kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with coffee and creamers. We loved staying in this cozy spot in the city. It was only a 20 min easy walk to the art museums.
