The product of a complete gut renovation in 2020. The unit is 300 yards to Fisherman's Beach at the bottom of the street. The apartment is the 1st floor of a two family home (our family lives upstairs). It consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, pro kitchen, open living/dining area. The driveway can fit 2 cars (tight). There is additional parking at the bottom of the street. Please see house rules settings for holiday minimum bookings. We are pet friendly, but require case by case approval.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alex's place and highly recommend it! - Spacious, clean, well-maintained 2nd floor unit. Appreciated the balconies with view of water, bonus room with workspace, daybed and cozy electric fireplace, new full bath with nice washer/dryer, large TV, and plenty of parking for 2+ vehicles. - Family & pet friendly. - Safe, pleasant neighborhood with a local feel. Close to the beach sidewalk that stretched for miles from Winthrop Beach to Deer Island–great for scenic walks, scootering, dog walking, and beach combing. Playgrounds, parks and restaurants within walking distance. - Minor notes: Located near the airport flyover route, although we weren't bothered by the air traffic noise–it was more like the sound of the waves that came and went. We never heard the 1st floor guests and had separate entrances. - Excellent communication with the host.

My mom and her friend had a wonderful 2 1/2 weeks stay at Sharon’s place in Jan. The location was perfect as they could walk to the grocery store any time. When the weather was warm, we all enjoyed walking the beach (3 blocks away!). Our kids enjoyed playing with the toys in the closet. My mom enjoyed the full kitchen and cooked there often. Sharon was kind, communicative, and helpful!

The rooms were just as pictured and the bed was very comfy. Loved the little snacks in the kitchen and drinks in the fridge. It was the little things that made this stay so magical. This was the PERFECT place for my family’s girls trip to Salem. It was only a 12 minute drive into town. The house is breathtaking!!! The pictures do not do it any justice. Everything is spotless and very welcoming. The private beach is a 3 minute walk up the road. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the neighbors were also very friendly. Tracy was an amazing host!!! 10/10 recommendation.

I came with a friend and we LOVED this place. The love they poured into this place really shows. It is really close to everything you need. They have recommendations and leave details on how to get to each place, made us so happy. We had the best sleep. Felt safe. It is so comfortable. So clean. We want to come back, and we will! Mark was so awesome and helpful. It really is a gorgeous hidden gem.

Excellent experience. Easy check in and the place was perfect, she even had some snacks waiting for us upon arrival. Easy walk to the ferry into Boston, and easy parking. It was winter, but there were plenty of outdoor activities so we'd love to come back during the summer. Older house but so charming and great location. Overall great communication before, during, and after; she even offered to ship a shoe my niece left behind to us. Would love to come back and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a great place in Hull.

This was a beautiful bnb right by the water. There were so many local food spots to eat at as well. The place was very clean and cozy, the perfect place to stay away from the city but close enough to get to and from without issue. Small touches like a welcoming Thanksgiving card and chocolates really stood out. We came for marathon weekend and wanted to stay a little bit out of the city chaos. Elise’s place was perfect, right on the water and easy access to public transit to get into the city when needed. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay, and I can’t recommend this place enough!
