Vacation rentals with a patio in South Australia

Loved the flat and location, however there is scope for some minor improvements in the kitchen dept. It would be very useful to have two keys, as it means only one person can go out on their own which is restrictive. However overall I would stay again if these small improvements were made.

Anne's place is a unique gem. Large, quiet and well furnished ,this apartment was a wonderful haven to return to each day after being out and about during festival time. A supremely comfortable space with everything you could possibly need for a stay of any length. Large bedrooms with excellent bedding (with extra pillows and blankets), a well thought out kitchen with everything you could possibly need, and a laundry as well. Great location within easy walking distance of nearly everything, there's a garage if you have a car or around the corner for a 5 minute bus ride into the heart of the city. A real retro 70s vibe. Loved it!

This was the last stop of our 2.5 week holiday, and the absolute best! Our greatest disappointment was that we should have stayed longer, and spent less time at other destinations! And to make matters worse, our 4 night stay quickly became three after realising I had messed up the booking, which meant driving home on my birthday! Tiffany is an absolute super host. It was lovely to meet her, and we were delighted with both the standard and location of her beautiful holiday apartment! We would visit again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much Tiffany, for your kindness regarding my disappointment at having to depart on my birthday. We definitely hope to return again in the not too distant future.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It was spotlessly clean and offered beautiful views that truly enhanced the experience. The amenities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. The location couldn’t be better—situated in the heart of the CBD and close to bus, train, and tram stations, making it easy to explore the city. The apartment itself was very comfortable, offering a relaxing space to unwind after a day of sightseeing. I highly recommend this accommodation and would gladly return!

The unit was centrally located. Walkable to nearby restaurants and beachfront. The unit was clean and tidy with a recently updated kitchen/master ensuite. The beds were comfortable.

How could we fault Hello Alice !!!!!! Scott and I have stayed in a lot of Airbnbs over the years but Hello Alice is by far the most thoughtful one of them all - Laura buys your preferred milk, Metrocards to use if you’re a traveller, cotton pads to take your makeup off, earplugs, I could go on. She’s thought of literally everything!! Don’t get me started on the perfect decor and showcasing local artists as well. Gorgeous coffee table cookbooks to read. A bloody projector !! Absolutely spotless apartment. As Scott and I were staying after our wedding literally next door, we experienced Hello Alice as locals, but we could not recommend it enough for a traveller. We do reiterate the noise from the Cranker next door is loud, but we found we were so immersed with the space and processing our amazing day that the noise didn’t matter. You honestly will be so wrapped up in the space itself and knowing you’re in the heard of the East End you’ll be so pleased you stayed!

My wife and I travel regularly to Adelaide from the UK and will be trying to book this place again. Lovely place, great host and hope to stay again in the future. Thank you

Perfect place to stay for a family getaway. So much was provided that really made a difference to our stay so we didn’t have to worry about purchasing or bringing those extra items with us. Comfortable bedding, nice outdoor area that was cool even on hot days. The only minor negative was the main house shower pressure but the granny flat worked perfectly. We will definitely book here again!

A beautiful apartment right across the road from the beach. It was light and airy with electric blinds and all the required amenities. The private driveway was convenient and it was nice to sit out in the backyard. It was also a pleasure to watch the sunset from the front balcony. Charlton was a helpful host and I would recommend this apartment to others.

Perfectly located to get around Adelaide City. Close to plenty of restaurants, private & without the noise of a busy street. Our host was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic family long weekend. The communications were very clear, very friendly and very prompt. The home is very clean, well presented, in a nice location and has a wonderful outdoor area. We felt very lucky to have found this home.

We really enjoyed staying at Adrian's. It's in a very quiet neighbourhood, yet very close to the tram links and other amenities. We especially loved the porch and garden. the house itself has all one can need for a comfortable stay. Adrian was super communicative and always ready to help if needed. We would happily stay in his place again.

Peaceful accomodation set amongst bushland. Easy check-in, and very responsive host. Easy walk to shops - a bit harder on the way back, but it was great to see a koala along the way! Great sunset view from the top of the road. 15 minute drive to beautiful beaches.

Leonie was fantastic! The condo was perfect for what we were after, everything was as it looked in the photos. Comfy, clean and great views of the Port. We wish we had more than 1 night.

We had an amazing stay at the gorgeous terrace apartment over the LIV Golf & Laneway Festival weekend in Adelaide. The location is perfect. Super close to Rundle Mall, grocery stores, and within walking distance of fantastic restaurants, and cafes. The apartment itself is beautifully finished, with a stunning bathroom and an epic shower. It’s stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you need, we felt right at home. The outdoor courtyard is a lovely spot to sit and relax in the morning with a coffee or in the afternoon after exploring the city. The hosts have truly considered every detail. Highly recommend for a fantastic stay in the heart of the city!

The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, clean, and well-equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the utensils and appliances, making it easy to prepare meals. The living area was cozy, and I loved the natural light that filled the space. The location is fantastic! Mawson Lakes is a lovely area with great walking paths, parks, and easy access to shops and restaurants. Public transport is also nearby, making it convenient to explore the rest of the city. Michele’s hospitality truly made my stay special. She provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options, and she was always quick to respond to any questions I had. Highly recommend.

Rebecca was very accessible and responsive and her instructions for entry were easy to follow. We loved the spaces and comfort of the townhouse. A modern, well equipped kitchen, with a lots of bench space; a spacious dining/sitting area; 3 bedrooms of which 2 had large modern clean en suites; a large garage that contained laundry facilities and a terrace to sit out on in the cool of the evening or early morning. The position was great for access to the free tram to the city and walking distance to a local supermarket. The air conditioning was really effective. We didn’t get to explore the many great restaurants close by as we were there for Adelaide Writers Week and mainly ate there or in the CBD but we had been recommended to the wonderful Afghan restaurant by quite a few people. All up highly recommended especially for a small group. Loved our time there!

Spacious and clean apartment very close to the gardens and CBD. The couch and bed were super comfortable! The office space was very convenient and the kitchen was very well stocked. We'd definitely stay here again.

A beautiful apartment in an incredible location right on the Beach. Views to die for overlooking the sand and amazing sunsets. Michelle was a great host and gave us everything we could possibly need in this location. From a very well stocked kitchen, accommodating lounge, to a comfortable bed. A fabulous location an easy 15 min walk to everything Glenelg had to offer. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and of course the most fabulous family friendly beach. Our whole Adelaide experience was made 100% better by staying here.
