We loved our stay at Sweet Briar in the Vines - was the perfect location for a weekend away with friends. All the bedrooms were so beautiful and unique. The kitchen and verandah was perfect for our afternoon cheese platter and BBQ dinner. The breakfast provided in the fridge was a nice touch. The living room was spacious and cozy. The location was beautiful - a quiet and peaceful home amongst the vineyards. Saw some kangaroos in the morning. We can't wait to go back :-)

5 plus stars from my whole family. The home and vineyards are pristine. There was so much to do both inside and outside. We cannot speak highly enough of David or Cookie as my children now call him (feeling comfortable with him straight away). David went above and beyond the entire trip. Wonderfully quiet studio in a perfect location. We had a wonderful long weekend at Samantha’s property nested almond the vines of McLaren Vale

We had the most amazing stay at The Red Shed, or as we have now lovingly refer to it as, Donkey Manor! Sarah is a fabulous host and we felt welcome and at home from the get go! But, the real stars of our stay (sorry Sarah) were all the beautiful animals, and our most absolute favourite guy, Murphy! If you are looking for Hilton style accommodation, keep looking, this place isn't for you. If you are looking for a heartwarming and fun filled experience however, you will find absolutely everything you need for a very comfortable and memorable stay at The Red Shed. This place is so much more than a lifeless hotel, it has heart and we didn't want to leave. Location was perfect for exploring Hahndorf and the surrounding Adelaide Hills region. Do yourself and your inner child a favour, book The Red Shed, AKA Donkey Manor now! And give Murphy a hug (and a sneaky carrot) for us xx

This was fantastic accommodation. Right in the centre of the Barossa never too far from anything in the area. Nice quiet location. The home had every amenity you could possible need and also very generous with local produce provided for breakfast during the stay. A TV with Netflix available in just about every room including one in the bathroom with the spa bath. We will definitely have this place as our first choice when coming back Thank you.

It was a beautiful cottage, with lots of friendly animals and beautiful surroundings. Marijan was very friendly and provided some good recommendations for local site seeing. I highly recommend the place to stay for a few nights

Views were fantastic and better than the photos reflect. Very quiet and peaceful place. We saw kangaroos, wallaby and an echidna from the windows. Binoculars and books on local wildlife were great. Bed was comfortable, and the place was very well equipped. Great stay!!

We had such a great stay with Sally and Martin and what a beautiful home away from home they have created. My family and I felt right at home and Sally was a fantastic host making sure we were looked after from start to finish. It was such a beautiful location and we felt so relaxed the entire time. The farm animals were a treat for the kids, from the geese wandering the property to the kids getting to collect the chicken eggs each morning. We will be back for sure and can't wait for our next stay here.

What an amazing stay: we got hooked from the photos and even though it was dry and wet we just felt right at home. David has curated the cottage beautifully and his taste is immaculate. It’s tastefully designed inside with a premium finish and you feel right at home:

Just WOW! From the time of booking, Amanda was attentive to details, friendly and super accommodating. The location was absolutely perfect for a wet & windy getaway, with board games, a fantastic fireplace, and even activities for the kiddo. Our fur-buddy was so welcome, with friends to play with and even his own welcome basket- Amanda even had heaps of blankets to make his stay more comfortable. We didn’t need to bring a thing! Amanda supplied an array of breakfast goodies- there was nothing better than relaxing on the back veranda, listening to the rain with an Nespresso in hand. We can’t wait for our next visit.

In summary, outstanding accomodation in a beautiful location. This would be the best Airbnb we have stayed. The design, comfort and setup, from the kitchen to the bathroom; is five star. We were provided an amazing breakfast selection, bread, croissants, jams and juices, as well as a bottle of wine. Communication was easy. Clearly a lot of thought and effort has been applied to making this a great experience. We will definitely stay again.

This was such a beautiful location, vibe and overall energy of the house. The photos don't do it justice, absolutely beautiful and perfect for biggers groups of multiple families on vacay, would absolutely come back!

We had a wonderful experience at Melissa Jane’s place. A beautiful farmhouse with lots of attention to detail; very comfortable and welcoming. There were unique, quality furnishings with historical references in every room. The kitchen had excellent appliances and had everything needed to cook beautiful meals. The grounds surrounding the farmhouse were beautifully kept and we enjoyed sitting outside in the comfortable outdoor settings to have our lunch in the beautiful garden. In the evening, the fire pit was a hit with everyone. A real sense of history could be felt both inside and outside the farmhouse. Melissa Jane was very friendly, attentive and communicated well. She made us feel very welcome and my family commented that the house had a real feeling of home. I would definitely like to stay there again.

This house had everything we needed for 3 friends to have a weekend in the Barossa - the main bathroom was huge and the beds were particularly comfy. It was a great base to walk to restaurants on the main street of Tanunda, and an easy drive to some lovely wineries. The alpacas were a bonus and cute company to have at the side of the yard.

Accommodated a late booking with ease, extremely helpful, turning a rushed stay into relaxed and comfortable.

Absolutely loved staying here, such a beautiful place in a great location. Home was clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed woodwork, BBQ and also feeding Alpacas and Sheep.

loved the apartment. Very close to main street. Sherri extremely friendly and provided lots of additional recommendations of places to go when we had unexpected rain. Would definitely go back there.

Lisa was very accommodating, we were surprised with breakfast foods for the duration of our whole stay. House had everything you could need, games, movies and the complimentary wine was a nice added touch. Lisa was very easy to communicate with and was very helpful.

Second visit to the best accommodation in the Clare Valley. Beautiful, immaculate, quirky and so well designed. Two massive King bed areas at each end with beautiful ensuites. This place can't be beat!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Michael’s place. Our kids love olives so it was exciting for them to stay on a real olive grove. They explored the grove and examined the different olives. A nice touch were the olive samples and olive oil. Super delicious and we made pesto pasta the last night using these ingredients! The location is a short walk to Nepean bay which is very calm. We used the kayak one morning on the bay. The stay is also 45 min from Penneshaw, 1 hour 15 min from Flinders Chase, 40 min from Stokes Bay and 15 from Kingscote. However, the best part of the stay is the wildlife. During our time we saw anywhere from 1-3 koalas living in the trees behind the yard. Kangaroos each evening when we came back. A few quokkas and an echidna waddling around. Each morning the kids would wake up and go straight to the backyard to see where the koalas had settled from the night before. Each evening at dusk the koalas would become active and move around the trees. We highly recommend.

Fantastic stay! Beautiful location- very accessible to McLaren Vale and beaches, and so peaceful with a great view. Judit was a wonderful host - very friendly and responsive. She went above and beyond in equipping the house to make our stay enjoyable. Great touches throughout. Would definitely stay again next time we visit McLaren Vale.

A group of 7 and the home was cosy but worked for us. A fantastic supply of information of what to explore in the are, well equipped property, sensational to have a hot tub and beautiful outdoor area. This place is an absolute gem. We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely property.

Great spot to stay, awesome location to town and surrounds to get a good feel of the area. Host communicated well and place was spotless and homely. Would recommend!

Great accommodation in a beautiful part of Carrickalinga with a sensational view. Would certainly stay again. Place had everything we needed. There is WiFi, but worth mentioning not a smart TV only free to air. Less than a 4 minute drive to the new Fleurieu Gin distillery. Delicious gins with great views. It was a nice and generous touch to have a bottle of Gordon's Gin available during our stay. The local Forktree Brewing was under a 10 minute drive and had great food as well.
