Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Soukra

l was enjoying staying in the house,it's calm,but in the same time very good location in Marsa,walking distance to restaurants,coffee shops,marketing,souvenir shops,even the beach. The house has nice equipment and it's designed well. It's a good studio for a couple. We were missing coffee machine and some other small details,not iimportant enough to mention,but the host was asking us if we need something,he was very very kind and gave us the chance to enjoy our staying in peace,but advised us not to hesitate calling him,if we need anything. Because of my late flight,he allowed us to stay until the afternoon,at the day of departure.I am sorry for not being able to use the pool,because of November,the weather is not for swimming usually,but the pool certainly gives magic to the house. l must admit,some damage was unintentionally ,by accident caused by us,but the host is trying to find a solution that fits all of us. I recommend.

This is such a lovely apartment, spacious, bright, with excellent linens and very nicely decorated. We felt very lucky to have the chance to stay here. There’s a garden behind and it’s a very peaceful area. We were able to walk to La Marsa. We will try to stay here again next time if it’s available.

I had the honor of meeting Dr. Nidal. The vila was very beautiful and beyond expectations. I always recommend it for others and I will definitely return in the future.

One of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed. The photos don't do it justice – it's really spacious and the decor is adventurous and tasteful throughout. The location is pretty much as good as it gets in the heart of Sidi Bou Said. Bustling once you step outside but very peaceful indoors and in the two gardens (inner courtyard and pool area). We had an issue with the pool which was resolved during the day while we were sightseeing. Split between a few friends, this place is surely better value than a hotel in the area offering a similar level of accommodation.

I have no words to describe this apartment! one of the best stays I've had in Tunisia, I will definitely be coming back & staying here again! The apartment was very spacious, clean and looked exactly like the pictures! The apartment was even better in real life! Malek & his mum were extremely helpful, kind, understanding and very welcoming! The amenities are pristine and the location is perfect! There is a supermarket just down the hill (literally a 3 minute walk from the apartment), with a mini cafe/restaurant inside & they serve the cheapest & best Pizza Makloub (in my opinion). This apartment in Ariana is 20/25 mins from the capital & costs roughly 8TD -12TD by taxi. We stayed here through 22nd November 2024 - 29th November 2024 & the weather was so nice, it was around 21c - 23c! Additionally, the air conditioning & heating system is quick, easy to use and very good! I will definitely be coming and rebooking this apartment for my next trip to Tunisia :)

The house was neatly clean . All the amenities listed are there. Wael transferred me Tahé who is a great communicator and a very friendly person. He actually called to check if I am well settled and if I need anything else was so helpful pointing out Bolt (uber) . Thank you so much Tahé you are a wonderful person.

Overall definitely satisfied. Check in was flexible; we arrived much earlier than check-in but my two little kids were asleep and they were kind enough to quickly clean one bedroom for them to sleep in while the rest of the place was getting cleaned. SUPER helpful! The cleaning was great overall, except one bedroom which we had to call about for them to come back and clean (linens smelled and mattress was very uncomfortable); but that was fixed within one night. There is construction on the properties right next to us but honestly noise was not an issue at all. Area felt safe. We had issues with lack of hot water on/off through our stay but they changed the boiler so hopefully a permanent fix for future guests. One of the bathrooms is fully enclosed but is just outside the kitchen leading to the outside of the house (for pool use mostly I think). Lots of great spaces throughout the house for us to hang out in as a family and big dining table for us to eat together. Great space!

Had a wonderful stay again in Amen’s Airbnb. A super host. Always communicative, helpful and very kind also. Would definitely stay again as it’s a beautiful place and in a great location.

We had a very good time at hichem’s place. It was very easy to reach by louage from Tunis downtown. Hichem was very helpful. Just Internet was a bit slow. We can recommend the apartment!

The City Centre is close and it is a good value hotel.

A really chill apartment in a very quiet neighborhood away from the hustle of Tunis, but close enough for work and play. I would highly recommend Faten’s oasis!

Beautiful appartment in a great neighbourhood. Really suitable for a family with two children. The appartment has everything one needs + a great book and album collection. The huge terrace is great for work and gathering. There are some simple shops nearby where you can buy everything you need. Highly recommended.

House with artist taste, availability and hospitality of the owners. If you want to live with a quiet and kind French family in a purposefully bohemian and deco environment you are in the right place. Goulette is in front of the sea ,with many restaurants,without the penetrating smell of smog and the tumultuous traffic of Tunis.

As soon as you step foot into this home, you won’t want to leave!!! Every inch of the home is immaculate. All the finishes are top of the line, and make you feel as if you’re in complete luxury at every turn. Sunlight in every room, spacious yard and plenty of balcony space on the top levels. You won’t find better in Tunis. My family and I are truly in love with this home. Thank you again to the incredible hosts, they make you feel right at home and are there for any need you may have! 🫶🏽

We loved our stay at the beautiful villa in Ariana! The host gave us a very warm welcome and showed us around the house. The house is very spacious and had beautiful interior design. We were 7 people and the host made sure to have more than enough necessities prepared, like towels, toilet paper and bedding. Whenever we had a question, the host reacted in a matter of minutes and was always very helpful! The Villa is located in a very nice and clean area of Tunis. Plenty of restaurants are close by, as well as a grocery store right around the corner. Taxis are also easily accessible since the house is not far from the main road. I would definitely recommend this villa for families and hope to visit it again!!

We were 7 friends. Charming house with pleasant garden and terrace in a beautiful residential and secure area close to the beach and the lively center of Marsa within walking distance. Parking of the car in front of the house. Nearby shops and restaurants nearby . With the TGM Tunis train, Sidi Bou Said , Carthage are quickly accessible. Tuline has always been attentive and has noted the small electrical problem to review. Excellent stay.

Very good accommodation we had a pleasant stay in this house! Private residence and close to everything! Chemss was very available and responsive Suitable for families and friends!
