We had a great stay in your lovely house in front of the sea. It is well decorated and pleasant to live in. It was exactly what we were looking for to spend a few days with family and nothing to worry except going swimming, cooking and sleeping. It was a real break from our daily lives! The kitchen is very well equipped and I particularly enjoyed the small terrace on the top in late afternoon.

Very nice place, quiet and homey the owner and Co host response time was very good, exchange’s of key was easy. The place is clean and I recommend this beauty to groups of Friends OR family Enjoy

We can only recommend this magnificent place! The villa is in a very popular neighborhood, but there's no need to worry! Once you pass the porch there is a place for a thousand and one nights of exceptional taste with an extreme attention to detail! The location of the villa is extremely strategic, close to the airport, Carthage, the center of Tunis and Gammarth. There are supermarkets and gas station nearby. Albert deserves a lot of compliments for both his kindness and organization. She also gave us a lot of great suggestions! We were lucky enough to stay in the topaze suite overlooking the pool, which is absolutely gorgeous. Very small flaw, being out of season the room was clean but a little dusty and with some bugs! We loved our stay and thank you so much Albert! We hope to be back soon!

The place is unique it felt like home. It’s like small paradise. The view from the balcony is so relaxing ☺️ you can hear the waves when you sleep at night . 3am salah is an amazing host always available.he took as for hike in raf raf mountain 🏔️ an amazing experience.the place is very secure close to all shops

Staying in this incredible house was a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils. Beyond that, the host, Dr. Nidhal, is an exceptionally busy person yet always available to assist guests, going above and beyond expectations. His hospitality truly enhances the stay. Although I’m not familiar with golf, I thoroughly enjoyed the vibrant and inspiring atmosphere surrounding the villa. Without a doubt, an outstanding experience 5/5!

Sami and Imen are exceptional hosts! A welcome in person, a perfectly equipped and beautiful house. It's bigger and even more beautiful than the pictures! They are very responsive, gave us great addresses. It has everything you need and more! Linens, lots of pillows and blankets, small products in the bathrooms, everything is very comfortable. Thanks for everything!

We had a wonderful week at Mohamed Yassine's villa which is more than equipped. The villa is more beautiful in real life. The view is splendid without any vis-à-vis. I also emphasize responsiveness and hospitality during our stay. The beaches of cap zbib, cat mami are also nearby by car. For the brave , there is also walking access to the beach (25min) from the villa overlooking a beautiful wild cove. It's definitely worth it . We'll be back without hesitating.

Very beautiful and tasteful decoration of the apartment leaves you with the feeling of a past colonial era of Tunis. The place is very spacious and it was spotless clean. The location is just perfect for all kinds of tourists - nevertheless you want to feel the busy life of the Medina or you prefer the European touch - this is definitely the best choice! Ines met us in person and allowed us to check-in an hour before the time mentioned in the listing. She is a very welcoming and responsive host and her beautiful smile warmed our hearts. We recommend this apartment to every traveler and we look forward to return to this gorgeous place.

Great place for a solo traveler or couple. Convenient location and thoughtful layout

The moment I came in I was surprised with the cleanliness and atmosphere for such a small village. Details to make guests feel comfortable. So generous, helpful, prompt answer when I needed anything. The cherry on the top Slim’s sister Noura is so loving and got me flowers from the wild. Kareem the brother guided me where to buy food and gave me recommendations where to eat grilled meat. I felt like my family taking good care of me. Just ask and they will do the best to deliver what you need for. I will definitely come again. There is a hike trail walking distance from house that has stunning heavenly nature with a pine tree perfume. Highly recommended. Mutair waterfall is 30min away by car is worth seeing. Get your groceries with you if you are coming late to cook and feel home. Thank you Slim for your hospitality🤍

Yes, I even found tea, sugar, salt, pepper, liquid, dishes, laundry detergent for the hand of toilet paper, everything you need to start the trip in good condition and very responsive to give it the keys to the apartment, always available for information frankly nothing to say if you don't hesitate apartment very very well

We enjoyed our stay at his place for a week; it was home away from home. The place was clean, peaceful, beautiful view from the balconies, walkable distance from the centre, well equipped kitchen, had all amenities as described and was more than sufficient for a comfortable stay. we had a great stay at villa. Both of the hosts were great, excellent personal touches like marmalade and olives, Home grown lemons, oranges and pool was brilliant. All necessary stuff was provided and if any further assistance needed they were more than happy to provide. Absolutely would love to come and stay again.

Our stay at Mustafa and Karima's house exceeded all expectations. It was an amazing experience entering this wonderful house - behind the door is an oasis waiting for you. The pool area was beautiful, the details inside the house were perfect, from the beautiful orange blossom scent, to the soft furnishings and opulent ceilings - the photos do not do the place justice! But perhaps the best part of all was our wonderful host, Karima. Mustafa was away, so we never got to meet him, but his wife Karima made our stay a delight. We were greeted with a smile as she cooked us a delicious breakfast in the mornings, as well as organising trips, taxis and massages for us. Thanks to her hospitality, we had a truly wonderful vacation. Even our children said it was the best holiday they had been on, and they also loved Karima!

We had a lovely stay at Hana's place. The villa is great you have everything what you need there. Hana is perfect host, easy to communicate and very helpful. When we asked for late check out there was no problem, thank you one more time for this. The villa is walking distance from nice beaches and restaurants. Highly recommend.
