We had a great stay in your lovely house in front of the sea. It is well decorated and pleasant to live in. It was exactly what we were looking for to spend a few days with family and nothing to worry except going swimming, cooking and sleeping. It was a real break from our daily lives! The kitchen is very well equipped and I particularly enjoyed the small terrace on the top in late afternoon.

Very nice place, quiet and homey the owner and Co host response time was very good, exchange’s of key was easy. The place is clean and I recommend this beauty to groups of Friends OR family Enjoy

We can only recommend this magnificent place! The villa is located in a very popular neighborhood, but there is nothing to fear! Once you pass the porch, you'll find a place from a thousand and one nights of exceptional taste with extreme attention to detail! The location of the villa is extremely strategic, close to the airport, Carthage, the center of Tunis and Gammarth. Nearby there are supermarkets and a gas station. Albert deserves a lot of compliments for both his kindness and organization. He also gave us a lot of great tips! We were lucky enough to stay in the topaz suite overlooking the pool, absolutely beautiful. Very small flaw, being off-season the room was clean but a little dusty and with some bugs! We loved our stay and thank Albert so much! We hope to be back soon!

This by far excceded our expectations. Beautiful clean place with beautiful nature and animal. It charmed us the moment we got in. Ela was also extremely helpful and understanding, I couldn't have asked for a better host! We definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a beautiful retreat!

The place is unique it felt like home. It’s like small paradise. Staying in this incredible house was a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils. Beyond that, the host, Dr. Nidhal, is an exceptionally busy person yet always available to assist guests, going above and beyond expectations. His hospitality truly enhances the stay. Although I’m not familiar with golf, I thoroughly enjoyed the vibrant and inspiring atmosphere surrounding the villa. Without a doubt, an outstanding experience 5/5!

Sami and Imen are exceptional hosts! A welcome in person, a perfectly equipped and beautiful house. It's bigger and even more beautiful than the pictures! They are very responsive, gave us great addresses. It has everything you need and more! Linens, lots of pillows and blankets, small products in the bathrooms, everything is very comfortable. Very beautiful and tasteful decoration of the apartment leaves you with the feeling of a past colonial era of Tunis. The place is very spacious and it was spotless clean. The location is just perfect for all kinds of tourists - nevertheless you want to feel the busy life of the Medina or you prefer the European touch - this is definitely the best choice! Ines met us in person and allowed us to check-in an hour before the time mentioned in the listing. She is a very welcoming and responsive host and her beautiful smile warmed our hearts. We recommend this apartment to every traveler and we look forward to return to this gorgeous place.

The moment I came in I was surprised with the cleanliness and atmosphere for such a small village. Details to make guests feel comfortable. So generous, helpful, prompt answer when I needed anything. The cherry on the top Slim’s sister Noura is so loving and got me flowers from the wild. Kareem the brother guided me where to buy food and gave me recommendations where to eat grilled meat. I felt like my family taking good care of me. Just ask and they will do the best to deliver what you need for. I will definitely come again. There is a hike trail walking distance from house that has stunning heavenly nature with a pine tree perfume. Highly recommended. Mutair waterfall is 30min away by car is worth seeing. Get your groceries with you if you are coming late to cook and feel home. Thank you Slim for your hospitality🤍

Yes, I even found tea, sugar, salt, pepper, liquid, dishes, laundry detergent, liquid for the hands, toilet paper, everything you need to start the trip in good condition and very responsive to give the keys to the apartment, always available for information frankly nothing to say if not do not hesitate, apartment very very very good

The place was clean, peaceful, beautiful view from the balconies, walkable distance from the centre, well equipped kitchen, had all amenities as described and was more than sufficient for a comfortable stay. we had a great stay at villa. Both of the hosts were great, excellent personal touches like marmalade and olives, Home grown lemons, oranges and pool was brilliant. All necessary stuff was provided and if any further assistance needed they were more than happy to provide. Absolutely would love to come and stay again.

Our stay at Mustafa and Karima's house exceeded all expectations. It was an amazing experience entering this wonderful house - behind the door is an oasis waiting for you. The pool area was beautiful, the details inside the house were perfect, from the beautiful orange blossom scent, to the soft furnishings and opulent ceilings - the photos do not do the place justice! But perhaps the best part of all was our wonderful host, Karima. Mustafa was away, so we never got to meet him, but his wife Karima made our stay a delight. We were greeted with a smile as she cooked us a delicious breakfast in the mornings, as well as organising trips, taxis and massages for us. Thanks to her hospitality, we had a truly wonderful vacation. Even our children said it was the best holiday they had been on, and they also loved Karima!
