Waterfront vacation rentals in Sosua Beach

The residence is very comfortable. The beds are good. The private beach is also enjoyable. Bring a mask, snorkel, and a floating buoy as you can swim out to the reef. The downside of this is the party boats that dock and play loud music sitting just offshore. The toaster is shot and needs replacing. I know they area has had a problem with guests stilling knives, but the ones in the unit would have trouble cutting hard butter. If you would want to, You can rent a scooter or Quad, right across the street.

Maria’s lovely condo is luxurious, with a great attention to detail. It’s fully equipped with everything one could want (daily necessities like TP, soap, and detergents). Love the air fryer and the roomba! It was super clean inside with a lovely beachfront outside that feels private. The grounds are well-designed and regularly maintained. Security is pleasant and helpful. The only “downsides” of its decor is it can feel cluttered with many pieces covering main surfaces making it difficult to use them (countertops, tables, etc.). We put a lot of little pieces away to prevent them from getting broken. It would also benefit from more storage, as there’s not a lot of free space for belongings and supplies (closet, kitchen cupboards), especially for an extended stay. But other than these two minor details, it’s somewhere I hope to return, and Maria was a gracious and most hospitable host. Muchas gracias, amiga!

Delightful! It was the perfect place for our family. Safe, diverse community, great food and lots to do. The condo was AMAZING! Extremely clean, comforting beds, spacious bathrooms and bedrooms. Thanks Francois for your fast responses and attention to all details of our stay. We will definitely return.

We had a great stay at Seawinds and the apartment was great, Location easy to get to and clean. Our stay felt like heaven on earth.

We enjoyed everything about Ana's condo. The location is perfect- far enough from the noise and chaos of Cabarete but easy to walk to all the restaurants and activities. Seawinds is impeccably maintained and clean. Staff are friendly. The condo itself was spacious and comfortable and has one of the best views of the ocean- we spent a lot of time enjoying the balcony views. Ana was very responsive to questions- her answers came within minutes. We would love to stay again next year!

The house is as seen in the photo, the attentions from Andrew and his father were excellent, the location is very good, I recommend this villa, it is suitable for families and for people looking for rest and tranquility, I would definitely book it again.

We loved this place so much! The area of cabarete was perfect, we were very happy to be in a cozy place felt really peaceful but not overly “resorty.” Hosts were awesome, very welcoming and super responsive. We hope to stay here again when we come back to cabarete!!

An Amazing Stay! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Daisy’s beautiful home in Sosua and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease. The space was exactly as described spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I loved the cozy bed, fully stocked kitchen, and the stunning views made my experience even more enjoyable. Daisy was an exceptional host, always quick to respond to any questions and providing great local tips that helped me explore the area. I truly felt like I was at home during my stay. Thank you, Daisy for such a wonderful experience! I can’t wait to return and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Sosúa.

This location is absolutely amazing has everything you might need in this a perfect place. If you're interested in kite surfing enjoying the beach or spending time in cabarete. I highly recommend this location. I have stayed there several times and I will stay there in the future.

Listing is exactly as described, it’s perfectly located in front of the pool and has the perfect view to the beach. The beach is at at a walking distance and has anything you need close by. The place has 5 bedrooms, so it’s perfect for family and friends who want to spend a very nice weekend together at the beach. Lina is always responsive to any requests we made. We stayed for a month -after our first week Mother Nature was not kind with high winds and waves that affected the pool and beach area 🙁 However Alexandra was kind and thoughtful and offered us options 🧐 After discussing the situation we decided to stay. The place was picture perfect and we were comfortable and felt safe here. Thank you to all the staff who were kind and very friendly 😎

Our daughters loved Jenni’s place. Beautifully decorated yet casual and comfortable. The views from the balconies were outstanding! Everything was in good working order. And Jenni always responded quickly to any questions we had. The Seawinds property is incredibly beautiful with an outstanding staff that keeps it pristine including the large pool overlooking the ocean. Definitely a 5-Star experience!

Faby and Jeff have a wonderful apartment on the top floor of the blue houses in the Victorian complex. The complex is clean, has a pool, a jacuzzi (no idea whether hot or cold) and is maintained almost daily. All the staff are helpful and friendly at all times. The apartment has everything you need to spend a few weeks here. We only used the coffee machine and toaster at breakfast. Since we had a rental car, it was easy for us to drive to Cabarete or Sosua or Puerto Plata for lunch/dinner. We really enjoyed the apartment.

Clean amazing view def coming back

I had a wonderful time in Linka's beautiful apartment. I spent most of my time on the balcony which was like having an additional room, and I loved the hanging daybed. I did have trouble gaining access to the apartment when I first arrived, but the host was very responsive and was able to help me immediately. The condo is located in a great area of Cabarete and you have a direct view of the Kite Surfers. The kitchen was wonderful, and had everything you could need. It was one of the best kitchens at an Airbnb that I have stayed at in the DR.

It was a very nice place to stay, as advertised. It looks just like the pictures. This condo met all my expectations and needs. Clean would be an understatement! This place is immaculate, private, and quiet. The location puts the icing on the cake for this place. It is within walking distance of everything. I'll come back.

The apartment felt like home. Great location. Yuriy was more than helpful throughout my stay by recommending things to do and places to eat. Will definitely come back for a second time.
