This is my second January at Kite Beach staying in Elizabeth’s lovely condo. It’s right on the beach and easy to walk to local restaurants. About 30 mins walk into Cabarete. You couldn’t ask for a more beautiful beach. Ocean swimming as well as having a beautiful pool. It’s just such a great find. Can’t wait to come back. It was very hard to leave 😿😿

We could not have asked for a better week. You really feel a sense of community staying here. Everyone that we encountered was so friendly and engaging. The condo itself was perfect. Walkable to two restaurants right on the beach in either direction and an easy drive down to the main grocery. This is my third time in Cabarete in less than a year and this has honestly been my favorite place that I have stayed. Alexander is awesome! Helpful and responsive right when you need him! I will definitely be back!

Bob is a very responsive host and easy to communicate with. the location of the villa is very convenient. there is a great pizza/Italian place just a short walk away. the private beach is very quiet and relaxing as well, also a 5 minute walk from the house. The locals are very kind and always willing to help.

Alexander is very friendly and a fantastic host. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely visit again. The home was perfect for our family of four. It was very clean and close to the local public beach and within walking distance to Santa Fe, which is a great place to visit as well. The restaurant, Maria’s, is just a short walk away and very delicious.

Very nice, calm and spacious place, this was great ! Right on the beach, great pool area allowing to sun bath directly in front of the sea ! Perfect place for kitesurfer, wingsurfer or even morning SUP on the reef wave ! The building staff is very nice and welcoming. The place feels secure. You also have access to the kitesurfing school which give you access to the compressor ;-) Ben is very responsive and a great host who provide a lot of good recommandation !

My stay was very comfortable. Unfortunately, one day something happened that affected the power in the condo and an electrician had to be brought in but it was remedied that day. I had the chance to meet Wilma and she was very pleasant. Angela, the cleaner and care taker of the condo, is absolutely wonderful and she dealt with any other concerns I had. I stayed here last year and will again next year. The location is great too.

We highly recommend this unit and our host. We were two retired couples and the size was perfect. The villa is in a gated community so we felt very safe. There is a restaurant on site with affordable very tasty food and a friendly staff. They even deliver meals and we used this service twice. The complex is very lush with vegetation and pleasant to walk around. The complex offers complimentary shuttle which we took to 4 different beaches and the grocery store. We had a water line break in one of the bathrooms and our host was there promptly to fix and even brought us bananas from his tree.

The place at Bahia de Arena was superb. Quick access to beach and walking to restaurants. Joe communicated throughout our stay. House keeper coming in MWF was helpful to keep things clean and even doing our laundry mid week for us! Note that listing states there is a washer and dryer but it is kept locked up by the house keeper so we weren't able to use it the day we left to dry our wet suits, etc. Additionally we had a broken glass one day and there is no broom available for guest use. Only suggestion I have would be to let guests use the washer/dryer and cleaning supplies!

They went above and beyond by recommending an amazing chef, exciting excursions, and a reliable driver, which made our trip even more special. It was amazing! Definitely exceeded our expectations. The place was spot on clean and very comfortable for a group of 4. Kitchen was fully equipped, we were able to cook several meals during our stay. Bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious. The secondary bedroom has a very nice balcony but unfortunately it was not furnished. Overall the complex has gorgeous surroundings and the pool was wonderful, we ordered a few drinks from the bar and the service was great. Luis was very responsive and clear on instructions. We definitely recommend this place and hope to be back soon!

this is an excellent studio apartment and I highly recommend it. five stars. who is well appointed, clean and centrally located. All amenities were in walking. distance: shopping, restaurants, transportation the beach. everything is right there at your fingertips while living in a traditional Dominican neighborhood. It doesn't get any better than this.
