Great 1-room apartment that we, 2 adults with dog, enjoyed. Everything necessary was available, very quiet location, contact with host was very good. We will come back:-)

We had a great time! The room was very cosy, and it turned out we even had a direct view of Wartburg Castle through the branches of a tree. The city centre was within walking distance, and there were many beautiful hiking trails nearby. The "Drachenschlucht" is a must-see.

Super stay! Super cute apartment that has everything you need. Very well equipped and with Katja you can communicate superbly. Only mini negative point, the wall to the neighbor is very thin. We had heard every word from the neighbor. But feasible with Ohropax. Gladly again :-)

We were warmly welcomed by the neighbor and everything was explained to us (heating, etc.). It all looks like the photos and we felt very comfortable. So nothing stood in the way of the three-girl weekend. The kitchen is mega equipped. From pans and pots in more than sufficient numbers to baking utensils, everything is there. The cutlery drawers are also well-stocked. Ideal for a longer stay. The location is very good. Near the train station and a tram stop is also around the corner. Grocery stores and breakfast places are within walking distance - all exactly as described. We are completely satisfied and can highly recommend this apartment.

I was able to spend a weekend with friends at this wonderful place and we were all completely thrilled! Very quiet surroundings, lots of space and super accommodating hosts. Will not have been our last visit there :)

I was in Kassel for work and had a quiet apartment with Yonas' accommodation in a great location. The parking space directly in front of the door saved you the search. Communication with Yonas was very straightforward.

Very clean and central accommodation with a nice sitting area in the garden, the kitchen was missing a few useful utensils, but otherwise everything was great.

It was really totally beautiful and Angelika was very kind! I look forward to the next visit!

We had a very nice Time in the Flat of Futzum. He was quick to respond and very friendly. The flat itself is nicely equipped, very clean, and spacious. The bathroom is a dream 😊 The neighbourhood is very quiet, and there are many shops in the vicinity. I highly recommend this place for people who want to visit Kassel and stay in a nice environment.

The place was as described. It is easy to reach by public transport and the communication was very nice and straightforward.

It was a lovely stay, Verena was very accommodating and helpful and the flat is extremely sweet. The area is very rural and good for walking and hiking.

Steffen is a super friendly host, communication worked quickly and well. The apartment was nice and cozy and clean with great views. You felt right at home.

Beautiful and quiet location in picturesque village just outside Fritzlar. Great walks and bike gates are possible from here, and of course a visit to the beautiful city center of Fritzlar.

Great accommodation right next to a hotel. Check-in is therefore very easy via the reception.

The apartment is nice, even much nicer than the photos let me! Nice and clean! The bathroom has phenomenal smells. Everything we needed we found. Enough blankets and towels. Dishes and glasses. The hot tub and fireplace were great and we used both abundantly! The communication was fast and super friendly. For the coffee machine you need whole beans. The only thing that is not perfect is that the beautiful bathroom in front of the glass apartment door is but this is not really a problem, but rather complaining at a high level. 😉 My daughter was very sad that we had to drive home today, so you can imagine how we all felt at home. Thank you so much for the nice break. I'm sure we'll be back

Silke's apartment is cozy and decorated with details. There are little touches to the reception. The access road is very steep but easily accessible and also easily accessible on foot. The situation is quiet and directly in the countryside. The center with restaurants can be reached within 10-15 minutes.

Very nice accommodation for group stays. We were there over New Year's Eve and it was probably the most beautiful accommodation of this kind for us in the last 10 years. Maybe a little remote, the nearest larger shopping is about 15 min away, but you can check that out.

We stayed over 3 nights in the beautiful apartment with our own "spa area". It was my birthday and just wanted to relax in peace - the apartment was absolutely perfect for that! We were nicely received and everything was explained to us in the apartment. Everything was very clean and there was enough of everything you needed. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Unfortunately, the surroundings were a little extinct, which may have been due to the season. Otherwise, you are very close to nature. I didn't need more than a bit of nature and wellness either. Definitely recommend.
