Angelika is a very warm and attentive host and can be reached within 30 minutes with questions. The apartment is absolutely quiet in an area with predominantly single-family houses, close to fields and a forest area and is strategically conveniently located (near A7). The place is clean and spacious, the interior is functionally furnished with loving details, the heating works perfectly even in icy cold outside and there is free Wi-Fi. The value for money is very good and I am more than happy to recommend the place.

My five week stay with Astrid was very pleasant. I felt very comfortable in the apartment from the first day. The direct view to the Main River and the fireplace were a highlight. Würzburg Central Station is super easy to reach by car. The communication with Astrid went smoothly. Here, the well-being of the guest is paramount, which I also felt. Always happy to come back:)

The host, Stefan, is very kind and a great host. When I checked in, I went out of my way to bring my luggage up. I met many times during my stay and told me a lot about it every time. The room was very beautiful, and we had a very wonderful stay during our stay. Especially the dining kitchen is perfect.The bedroom and bathtub were very beautiful and seemed to be in a hotel. Also, it is in a very convenient location for most of the tourist destinations in Würzburg, so I was able to walk around on foot. I'd love to visit Stefan's place again if I get the chance. Very nice and bright, spacious in-law. Basic amenities available in the kitchen. Beautiful sanitary rooms. I felt comfortable and enjoyed the tranquility.

My dog and I felt right at home. Just arrived, right on the edge of the field. Unfortunately, I did not meet Christine in person, but the exchange and communication was very nice, friendly and accommodating. Every question was answered directly, the response time is almost seconds fast:) The only downside to the place was that we hadn't booked longer. We didn't want to leave 🥰

Location 1A, parking situation great, apartment really nice with balcony and everything as described. For our little one, Nico provided us with a crib, a high chair and even toys - thank you for that. The house is a little clairvoyant, which did not disturb us.

Overall great stay. Pros: 10 min walk to the train station. Quiet neighborhood. Clean kitchen and bathroom. Extremely quiet sleep & friendly host. Heater and easy cooling through opening one of many windows. Bedding and sheets were very clean. Cons: Walking up the very quiet stairs, especially at night, to avoid inconveniencing the downstairs neighbors was frustrating. Felt like I had to be absolutely quiet in the home. Wood is squeaky. Bed is squeaky; so, as a light sleeper, tossing in bed woke me up. Floor mat was a bit dirty. Overall, great stay for the price. Would 100% book again. Hermann is a good, friendly host.

A nice place to stay overnight in transit with our dreams. It was clean and quiet. Within walking distance of the city center where you can have a drink or eat and in the morning a delicious bakery nearby.

Nice small apartment with everything you need, centrally located, restaurants, shopping and everything else you need within a five-minute walk. In the middle of the city and yet totally quiet due to the location in the backyard. Should we want to go to Würzburg again, we will definitely come back!

My father and I spent a weekend in the Mainschleife region and were completely satisfied with our overnight stay with Daniel. Also for families and groups (up to 4 people), the two-bedroom apartment with a large, well-equipped kitchen offers plenty of space. Various spots such as Volkach with a great small old town, the vineyards, various family-run wineries, the constitutional column of the Bavarian Constitution, etc. can be reached quickly by car and the surrounding nature around the Main can also be explored on foot. Particularly noteworthy is the proactive communication from Daniel about check-in with excursion tips for the area.

All the best, large, well-kept apartment. Didn't miss anything. Were 2 nights there because of Playmobil Park visit. Really great for large families👍

We had a great stay! The apartment was clean and well equipped – the kitchen had everything you need to cook. The hot tub was a real highlight, and the garden is really nice – great for relaxing and grilling (a grill tongs would have been helpful). We didn't use the game room with the pool table, but it made a very good impression. Overall an absolutely recommended place to stay! :) (Even even nicer and bigger than it looks on the photos)

We were received very nicely. The apartment and garden are perfect. You can tell how much love was put into the design. If you want to escape from everyday life, this is the perfect place. We will be happy to come back :)

With Manuel in the village, forget the time in cheerfulness – that's how I arrived, I was hardly gone again. The location is desirable quiet and yet centrally located to Bamberg, an absolutely optimal choice for the area for me. Manuel greeted me kindly(st), let me in, communication with him couldn't be better. A few days as a break, whether excursion or just rest, here I could definitely do both. My stay, he didn't miss anything, Manuel as a host I can recommend with (m)a clear conscience. If there is not much to be satisfied and happy, I like to return here a second time.

We were very satisfied. I booked the accommodation for a family weekend. We have a one-year-old with us. There were a lot of toys in the apartment, behind the house a large garden with a fleet of vehicles for the little ones, slide, balls, goals, shovels - everything a child's heart desires. The apartment is large, the bedrooms are upstairs. Everything is fine. Kitchen is nice and large, a nice fireplace is also available, which provides cozy warmth. The owners live downstairs and are very helpful. We enjoyed it very much, we felt very comfortable. It's very quiet there. Parking right outside the door. 25 km to Rothenburg ob der Tauber and 16 km to the open-air museum Bad Windsheim. Accommodation is highly recommended for families.

Positive: Spacious bedrooms and a modern bathroom with great shower stand out. The hot tub is a nice extra. Flexible check-in/out times thanks to quick communication. Negative: Unfortunately, hair was found on a pillow, and the kitchen could have been a little cleaner. Neutral/Info: The kitchen requires your own tea towels. Bath towels were missing, but what was in the description. Sounds of the wooden stairs can disturb night people or late sleepers. Rothenburg ob der Tauber is about 25-30 minutes away by car. Conclusion: Grosniczki's apartment is ideal for a pure overnight stay or a relaxing evening with friends. You can also spend a cozy evening with friends there. However, if you are planning a longer stay, you should find out in advance which things to bring with you for a smooth stay. In my opinion, given the fair price, these minor deficiencies are forgivable.
