My place is close to Topanga center restaurants and dining like Inn of the Seventh Ray and Canyon Bistro, great views, the beach, and family-friendly activities such as hiking the Backbone trail and Topanga State Park. This lofty retreat contains many steps up to an expansive deck with commanding views. Once ensconced, you will be hard pressed to go anywhere! We do not allow smoking or any drug use anywhere on the property and unfortunately we can not accommodate pets.

Great stay! Clean and comfortable beds. Bathroom is huge! Only thing to make sure you are aware of is the spiral staircase going up to the unit would be difficult with heavy luggage or someone older. We were well aware of the spiral staircase so knew what to expect and it didn't affect us negatively.

A beautiful home just as the photos show, very clean (my wife is excessive about cleaning, so this is a good compliment), not too much clutter, firm beds, excellent service, great location, remarkably quiet for the location (bedrooms are in the back), good parking (we had three cars (sedans) parked on the property one night). Lots to see and do nearby. We look forward to staying again (we’re a couple in our 60’s with two adult daughters who came to stay with us).

The building is very secure and the gym and rec room are great places to try out while you’re staying in the building. I wasn’t able to go to the pool but you can see it from the balcony. Felt like I was at a friends house. Easy check in and check out instructions. Would stay again.

Staying at Ms. Rose's cabin was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences my partner and I have ever had. Ms. Rose's attention to detail, generosity, and warmth made all the difference. We were blown away by the beauty of the cabin and its surrounding property, as well as all the goodies left inside to enjoy. The fluffy robes, dozen pink roses, tasty snacks and beverages, and more were all above and beyond features that made this stay truly luxurious. We are so grateful for Ms. Rose and highly recommend staying here!

Gorgeous place with the most comfortable spaces! The beds and pillows are comfortable, kitchen was very clean, complete with everything we needed. I absolutely love how there were so much storage spaces and tables to place our things. Felt very safe even when we get home late at night. Communication with Jane was very smooth, she even let us take a few lemons from her lemon tree which made my mom very happy! I highly recommend this wonderful home in LA!

Thank you Sam and Juan for hosting this lovely place. The location is superb! Great walking distance to Chinese Theatre and Ovation Mall even with three young kids. The place itself is very comfortable with fully equipped kitchen and plenty of bathroom amenities that made us want to extend another night. The beds are comfortable and for plenty for three families. The free parking is a big plus! We interacted with the building manager and a cleaning lady who were both very sweet and friendly. Sam was very responsive at any hour of the day. Thanks so much for letting us stay at your property.

The apartment is nice- exactly as pictured. Everything was very clean and well stocked with linens, blankets, towels, etc. It is not at the same address as the listing, it’s about half a mile away from there. That shouldn’t be a problem for most people, but having to walk an extra half mile each way when we were going to restaurants and shops on 6th/Wilshire was not ideal with young kids. We had a great time using the clubhouse and rooftop to play pool and chill when we were staying in. The check-in and parking instructions were very detailed and easy to understand and follow. The host is incredibly responsive and friendly. There’s a kind of hole in the wall Salvadoran restaurant right next door to the apartment and the food was SO good- highly recommend trying it if you stay here. Also pop down to Old Ferry Donuts and Blue Bottle Coffee. Overall, a great place, great host. Would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at Brooke’s home! It was a very nice home with great privacy and had everything we needed to make our California Christmas vacation feel right at home! We were looking for somewhere to host Christmas with my sister who lives in LA, and I needed a home with a full kitchen to make a holiday meal like when we were kids! My sister hasn’t had a family holiday in 20 years, and it meant so much to be able to give her that and spend the holiday with her! The hosts were very kind and available to any questions I had, and overall I would highly recommend and I would definitely book with them again!

This is a great deal in a very pleasant neighborhood close to many things you might want to do in LA. Comfortable bed, good hot water for the tub/shower, privacy, good window coverings for the light sensitive, good AC/heat, excellent working kitchen. Our kind host even let us in two hours early since we had a late afternoon event to get to. Also a comfy sofa and TV in both living room and bedroom. A winner!

My wife & I were staying at Neal’s place as our Son underwent a Surgery and needed to stay close by. We were here to help him. The stay was amazing and peaceful. Neal made it easy for us right from our reservation till the time we checked out. Our stress level on Surgery was much reduced knowing we were staying in a great place with great host. He’s very professional, cordial and diligent! He’s very understanding and even followed up with how things were going for us. It was 4 peaceful nights here, in a great neighborhood and friendly neighbors. We will surely recommend this place and if opportunity presents, we shall stay here again! Thank you Neal for making it easy for us. We go back to our home with gratitude and knowing our Son is healing well! Thank you!
