Although there were some check-in glitches our host was responsive a d communicative, and everything was able to be quickly and amicably resolved. Great service and communication.

A lovely, comfortable house full of cheerful details. Quiet, and close to the start of the Cliff Walk, Eastons Beach, shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well appointed and uncluttered—a great place to gather. Would gladly stay again.

We had a lovely time staying in Tom’s home. Everything was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals. Tom was so responsive to our messages and very friendly… he was kind enough to check on us the day after check in. The neighborhood where the house is located is peaceful and had a great water view. We definitely would stay again if we are in the area again.

Ami was an amazing host and I would highly recommend a stay! It is usually a logistical nightmare when we are trying to plan family get togethers. Even more so since mum went into a care home. But, thanks to Ami, we were able to have a home away from home were we could just relax together. Ami was also gracious enough to allow our dog, which made moms whole day right there! An impossibility if we had wanted to stay in any of the nearby hotels. Thank you again, Ami! We truly appreciated your hospitality and, if youll have us, we would love to stay again! P.S. Our history and carpentry loving family absolutely adored your hardwood floors and the homes historic charm! Beautiful and so well kept!

Lovely trip to Newport. Location of this house is perfect. Everything was clean and nice and super super easy communication. We forgot some small items and the hosts went above and beyond to mail them back to us.Great stay.

We absolutely loved our stay! It’s a beautiful property with lots to do. We loved getting to watch the sunrise over the lake in the mornings. Micaran has everything you could need at the home and was very helpful and responsive. The home is close to lots of restaurants and beaches while still feeling private/peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to be back soon!!

The house was very clean and in a great location. The outdoor area was exceptional and we enjoyed several meals outside as a family. A walk to Pebble Beach (.5 miles) is definitely worth it! Just a lovely beach to spend some time on. We will definitely come back to this area in the future!

Awesome place Celina was great

Very well equipped house, amazing backyard with pool and hot tub, definitely the highlight of the house. The washer wasn't working but Stephen was a great host, very communicative and offered to get our clothes washed if needed (we didn't need it). Would definitely recommend!

Everything was great at the location. I currently a house in the area, but wanted a bigger place for my family to visit. Kitchen came with everything we needed for Thanksgiving dinner including plates, cups, utensils. We really didn't need to buy much outside of a few things. I wasn't aware there was a section for kids, or a room set up for kids. I may have missed that when booking, but it was a pleasant suprise to see they had a room already ready for my young nephew setup for children. My only problem was that the office downstairs did not have a power cable for the monitor or video cable to connect to it. The office space downstairs is nice with an adjustable desk and computer chain, but for working remotely I did not have anyway to connect to the monitor so I had to provide my own power cable for the monitor and video cable. Outside that, it is a beautiful home and the neighboor is really in a nice area. If you need a bigger spot, this place definitely will fit the bill.

What a relaxing and wonderful stay! Barbara’s place was welcoming and even better than the pictures. The house has everything you need and the addition of the community pool was the cherry on top. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. We look forward to returning to Barbara‘s place the next time my family and I visit MV.

This home was great for our family. The pool and backyard are beautiful, and the house was clean and welcoming. There are a lot of activities in the area. I would stay here again!

Very convenient location near my home while I do some renovations

We had a lovely girls weekend at Sara’s house! It was an absolutely perfect location, easy to get to Newport and the beach/cliff walk. The house comfortably slept our larger party. I would highly recommend staying here!

Thank you Cristyn for a wonderful place to gather with my friends and enjoy a holiday dinner together. We loved the views, the fireplace, and the well-equipped kitchen. This place is definitely on our list if we get together again next year!

This was exactly what we were looking for--it was equal distant from vineyard haven and oaks bluff, right along the bus route. We ended up renting bikes and biking to and from different towns, which was amazing. Theda was extremely responsive and even let us check in and out when we needed. We'll definitely stay here again when we're in town!

This was our second time at Sean’s place, which was a bonus because we knew the kitchen would be stocked with spices to cook our holiday dinner. And the libing space is roomy, good heating in winter (and cooling in summer). Sean is a great host!

We knew we weren't going to be on the beach but we wanted to be near the beaches and we were. The cottage was a little Gem in a secluded area off a main road with a private neighborhood behind. The landscaping was so adorable with Adirondack chairs and a fire pit w/ outdoor bbq & seating area. It was cutely decorated with a newer kitchen & ALL the things needed for your stay! The loft bedroom was so cool & games in the L.R.! Our family had a wonderful gathering and fun stay. The beaches were beautiful and we got to bring our dog, Freedom along for the fun! We'd stay here again!

Great place, private with a little back yard fenced in. Great for my dogs. John wax very responsive and helpful. This is a charming little cottage. Highly recommend !!

We had a lovely stay at Catie's! The area was great and close to everything we wanted to explore over a short visit to Cape Cod. Catie is a very accommodating and friendly host and the space was comfortable and clean with a cozy style and all the amenities you could need. The pet friendliness and extra dog crate was an added bonus.

My husband and I stayed in this lovely cottage for 4 days while visiting for a wedding. I myself LOVED the quint and cozy comforts of the cottage. It was private, quiet, and really just lovely for a little weekend (I could even do a week) get away. My husband, however, did not enjoy the stay as much as I did. He felt the value for the cottage was overpriced some. My sister and her wife were set to sleep on the pull out couch (this was a back up plan) and opted not too b/c they felt the space was humid and the pull out did not appeal to their comfort. BUT I could seriously live here! If was charming and lovely. It took me right into the environment of the region and made me feel like a local. The kitchen had everything you needed. The fridge is smaller, but local restaurants and groceries make it easy to buy food every other day or so. While my husband and family may give it more a 7/10; Personally, I give it a 10/10!

This was our third year at Michael’s and as usual it didn’t disappoint. The location is perfect for biking or walking, the apartment is the right size for our little family and has everything we need. Michael is super responsive and helpful, the local beach is perfect. We will likely be back again next year!

Susan’s place is wonderful! It has a warm, homey feel, thoughtfully furnished and decorated with an artist’s eye. The shelves are lined with a fantastic collection of books—fiction, non-fiction, and art volumes—plus striking artwork and playful tchotchkes throughout. There’s even a desk in the front room, perfect for working or writing. The kitchen is spacious, with a good size table. The bedrooms are cozy and equipped with very comfortable beds for a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom has a charming, classic style with a well-sized tub and shower. The neighborhood is fantastic—walkable and filled with great restaurants, coffee shops, and stores, with downtown and College Hill just a quick ride away. We’ll definitely look to be back on our next visit!
