Beautiful space in the heart of Federal Hill in Providence. Walking distance from lots of great restaurants and attractions. Definitely a gem of a place!

Spacious studio in the heart of Newport. We loved being able to walk to everything and the included parking space was great. Highly recommend this air bnb if you don’t mind stairs!

This was our second time at Sean’s place, which was a bonus because we knew the kitchen would be stocked with spices to cook our holiday dinner. And the libing space is roomy, good heating in winter (and cooling in summer). Sean is a great host!

Bobby was a great host and the place was super conveniently located in Warren. It’s just as described and we felt that Bobby went out of his way to make us feel welcome. Would give another star if I could!

We stayed here with young kiddos and everything was close enough for them to walk no problem. Erin was great with communication and had fantastic local recommendations. For those who are skeptical because the owners live above- don't be. We didn't see or hear them during our stay. We were unable to use the backyard during our time there, but it looked lovely and spacious. Parking was on street but even during the busy weekend we parked directly in front of the house. We had packed a hair dryer because of a previous review we read, but they have one now. Erin left us snacks and drinks upon arrival and the new packaged sponge for the kitchen is always appreciated! You can tell they have pride in their property and want you to have an enjoyable stay.

Such a lovely little apartment — comfortable bed, well appointed with everything you could possibly need (including coffee!), beautifully furnished. I absolutely loved my stay!

Very comfortable as well as well-equipped, this house met the needs of everyone in our group. The house is very close to Naval Station Newport as well as downtown Newport, which was very important to us. A great place to stay!

We had such a great family vacation in Narragansett! Laura was very responsive and accommodating! Highly recommend her home!

Ami was an amazing host and I would highly recommend a stay! It is usually a logistical nightmare when we are trying to plan family get togethers. Even more so since mum went into a care home. But, thanks to Ami, we were able to have a home away from home were we could just relax together. Ami was also gracious enough to allow our dog, which made moms whole day right there! An impossibility if we had wanted to stay in any of the nearby hotels. Thank you again, Ami! We truly appreciated your hospitality and, if youll have us, we would love to stay again! P.S. Our history and carpentry loving family absolutely adored your hardwood floors and the homes historic charm! Beautiful and so well kept!

Our family of 5 adults and 5 “children”, aging from 10 to 22 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The spacious home was perfect for us all to enjoy each other and to have a place where we could be alone to spend quiet time as well. The short walk to town with all the shops was a plus and the neighborhood was very picturesque. Great backyard where we all played football! Kitchen and dining also great with all the amenities needed to prepare our dinners. Very relaxing atmosphere and highly Recommend!

This was a great place!! Peaceful location and great space. Had everything I needed. Can’t wait to come back. Hosts were wonderful and really responsive. Loved the card and note that was left for us.

We are repeat visitors to Kaios’ home, but it had been a few years since last visit. The rental is consistently excellent, but each visit brings new improvement surprises (decking, landscaping, grille, etc…). Kaios’s is a gold standard host. Excellent communicator and an all around friendly, chill guy. Pre arrival communication is proactive and clear. Any potential queries addressed to in a very timely and helpful manner. The house is wonderfully situated in a quiet, upscale coastal community. Although steps from the beach, the decor is more aligned with the zen woodland plot setting amongst tall trees, interesting flora and wildlife visitors… squirrels, foxes, ample birdlife and an abundance of pet dogs parading their owners. I hope everyone enjoys Kaios’ home as much as we do. Thank you, Kaios.

The house is beautiful, with a fully stocked and clean kitchen. The back yard is large and the house has yard games. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The beds are very comfortable and bathrooms are perfect. Our family had a fun a relaxing week. Peter, our host had great suggestions for dinner and groceries. Close to many activities. We shopped, hiked, played games, walked the neighborhood, and relaxed in the house. Great week!

Fantastic stay at Kelly's place! We were in town for a family get together and brought our two dogs. The location was great - very walkable to restaurants, bars, attractions in Newport, etc and it's also very close to Morton Park, which our dogs loved. Many thoughtful touches like snacks and drinks for us, as well as bowls and toys for the dogs. The place was immaculately clean as well. We hope to come back someday!

We had a wonderful stay for our first time in Newport! Very easily walkable location to everything we wanted to see and do, very clean and quiet neighborhood and Trip was a great host and extremely responsive. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place! Very attractive, super clean, very easy to get into, walk everywhere. The kitchen is so well stocked, coffee, spices all the things needed. Comfortable communal area and beds. It was really nice for 2 couples having 2BR and 2full BR upstairs. We hope to be back.Thank you Shannon for a great stay!

This was just a few blocks south of our son's dorm, so the location was perfect for a college visit to Brown. But it is close to all the shops on Wickenden and the Providence City Bridge (pedestrian) to downtown is not far away. Great location and a very quiet and comfortable place to stay.

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL apartment!!! The natural light is wonderful….so many windows! The bathroom is ultra-modern with a state-of-the-art shower and separate soaking tub :-). The kitchen is bright and has a large island with great seating. The floors are stunning, the beds are super comfy, and the LR is classy and wonderfully cozy. The neighborhood is out of a movie…. lantern lit streets and buildings of historical significance and ultimate charm. A 4 minute walk to the Brown campus! We had a couple of questions ahead and Firas was so responsive. Could not recommend this apartment more highly!! It is an utter gem :-)
