Beautiful place and a great host

Check in was a little difficult (only one name from the group can be left with the registration desk) but otherwise a great stay!

Eugene was very responsive and thorough. The house was even better in person. It was very clean, updated, and was in a secure gated community. We had seven adults stay for two nights and we had more than enough space for everyone. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the outdoor space was icing to the cake. I would absolutely reserve this property again.

The house looked exactly as it did in the pictures. It was perfect for my family. The bedrooms were perfect and clean. The location was great as it was so close to the beach. And finally, the host was lovely and accommodating.

We had a great stay at this Poconos home! The house was very clean and well-maintained. It was conveniently located near different attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The open kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, which made cooking a breeze. The Wi-Fi was a little spotty at times, but the host informed us ahead of time, so we were prepared. Speaking of the host—they were incredibly responsive and friendly, which made our stay even better. Overall, a great experience! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Anthony’s place was an amazing gem in Williamsburg. The neighborhood was very quiet and residential. The apartment felt cozy and warm, and the private back yard was an added bonus. We loved the comfy sheets and bed. The bidet and heated toilet seat were an added touch of luxury! Anthony was also responsive and accommodating. The only potential challenge was street parking but I was able to nab a spot after driving around the nearby blocks for a bit.

Just want to said is a nice house and very clean we had a great time because we love to BBQ and the pool and we BBQ next to the pool it was nice to see the kids from outside the pool we would love to go back next year

This was our second (perhaps third time, I don’t totally remember) staying at Robert’s. We always book it when we’re in town and it’s available. Extremely clean, very responsive hosts, and always a pleasurable stay!

We had a wonderful stay in this charming older home over Christmas. Parking was easy. It was Ideal for our family of 3. The location was perfect for visiting downtown Princeton, and grocery stores and restaurants were close by. Natalia was immediately responsive to any questions.

A Great stay at Jory’s house - plenty of room to spread out and relax, as well as have nice family dinners and time to chat and play games. Great location near our family, as well as the very nice Manayunk Main Street and canal walkway.

Very welcoming! This place gives home away from home, and is located super close to the beach. The host is absolutely amazing, and accommodating. His communication skills are top tier! I recommend this place, and I will definitely book again if available.

I was so happy to find such a dog-friendly home. We were greeted with a huge dog bed, biscuits from a local store, spray in case of accidents, sheets to cover the beds in case dogs like to sleep in bed, and a fenced in yard to let them go out. We drove our pups to the nearby dog beach and they had a ball. It was just myself, my mother, and our two dogs. The home had all the necessities we needed and the fireplace was a wonderful added touch. The couches were also covered so we could snuggle with the dogs just like at home. Very close to downtown Manasquan. And Lisa was very helpful and responsive.

Great spot and super affordable. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone.

The house was absolutely beautiful well cap very clean and organize. I rented this place for Christmas so there was ample items that we found usable to make a beautiful Christmas table presentation. I would highly recommend this place again. Thank you Martha for your hospitality.

We wanted a vacation house for our whole family.We wanted to have activities for all ages and please let it be under an hour or two to get there. Well, Carol's property checked all the boxes. Plenty of beds for 4 couples and charming twin beds in two of the other rooms for the kiddos.A dining room large enough gather and plan our days and dinners.The kitchen was well appointed. It was the very large front porch that stole out hearts. the boardwalk was just a 5 minute walk.( We were walking with 4 year olds)We were able to take advantage of all the boardwalk had to offer. As close as it was we never heard crowds from the rocking chairs on the front porch. Carol was a gracious host.

It's a great place with lots of nice property amenities (pool, gym, walking path, dog park). You check in like at a hotel. The apartment is basically set up like a hotel, too. They give you enough dishwasher detergent for one or two loads of dishes, enough laundry detergent for a couple of loads of laundry, enough K-cups for two cups of coffee (but no sugar or creamer). There are no spices or specialty kitchenware at all. It is bare bones yet still adequate, with place settings for 6. It's easy to get to from the main highways, and it is fairly low-stress traffic-wise by NJ standards. The bed and bedding were comfortable. They should really provide a full-size broom and dustpan though. The tiny hand broom was driving me crazy by about day 3, and the regular vacuum didn't do very well on the non-rug parts. As a bonus, it also has a pretty good view, which was a little surprising. And the parking garage was handy when it was snowy and icy. People were exceptionally nice. I'll stay again.

Martha‘s apartment is really nice, with everything one could want, very nicely furnished, well equipped and extremely clean. The neighborhood in Forest Hills is very nice, with a good public connection to the city and all one needs in walkable distance. One thing one should consider is that there is no complete separation of living and sleeping room as the wall is open at the ceiling. The hosts are very nice and responsive. Thank you very much, Martha and Dylan! We will be back.

House is spacious, cozy, clean, has all possible kitchen utensils , lot of games, pool table is great addition, close to the pool area. Host is great and responsible. Pleasure to stay.

This is my fourth or fifth time staying in the Carriage House at the Alpaca Farm, and I plan to come back often. Everything you need for a peaceful, private getaway is here! Lori & Jim are exemplary hosts. The Carriage House is cozy and welcoming. My friends and I cooked a lot this trip and really gave the kitchen a workout! Breakfast in front of the fire was the perfect way to begin our day. All the animals are always friendly and a joy to interact with. The Fall foliage is stunning!

Gayann’s place was great. She was extremely responsive from beginning to end. Everything was clean and comfortable. The landscaping was amazing and the home was beautiful.

Red was a great host! Extremely responsive and acted right away on all of our needs. The community had a lot going for it with their own ski hill, sledding hill and indoor pools. I would highly recommend this place.
