We had a lovely, cosy holiday stay with beautiful decorations and extra goodies to make it even more festive. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the beds were super comfortable. Kathleen responded rapidly and super kindly to all our questions. A great pick!

My experience at the property exceeded all of my expectations. The house was super in amenities and cleanliness. Extra thought was put into the little details that guests rely on for an enjoyable stay. An example of that would be snow shovels and rock salt at the ready, or coffee creamer in the fridge. The dishes and silverware were complete sets and matched. All the upholsteries, lighting, and bathrooms were like new. All the TVs, DW, lighting, etc. were modern. And everything worked! The backyard is perfect with a grassy lawn and lit pathways. Lastly, the charming decor was so welcoming, I didn't want to leave.

Angela was phenomenal. She went all out to check up on me and make sure everything I needed was catered for. Her place is beautiful and very organized. I will definitely book her again. I highly recommend her place to anyone. Thanks again, Angela!

I came back to PA for my dad’s funeral and we chose to stay here because it seemed like a great location for the kids and it was perfect. We had a very nice stay. The yard is incredible and the location is absolutely perfect. Close to Tyler State park and central to everything. The kids spent so much time outside in the yard.

This stay was great. I travelled with a big group and we were comfortable and it was easy to access. Furthermore, the host generously sent a gift along with batteries needed for the fire alarm. Would certainly stay here again.

We had a wonderful holiday stay at Jake’s beautifully maintained historic property. The house is spacious and fully updated, with a charming, rambling layout and bonus spaces like a separate garage and studio. The picturesque grounds, with unique water features and wooded areas, provided a serene backdrop for our visit. The kitchen was highly functional and perfect for preparing family meals, and the modern, spotless bathrooms added to the comfort. The standout was the master wing, offering privacy, style, a luxurious soaking tub, and a cozy gas fireplace in the bedroom. The quiet neighborhood is close to a great grocery store (5-6 minutes away). While there are no sidewalks, daylight walks were enjoyable, with nearby destinations to explore. Jake has created a welcoming, contemporary space within a historic home, making it an ideal home base for visiting family or friends. It’s a great place to gather, share meals, and enjoy quiet entertaining.

This was an AMAZING weekend away! The beautiful cottage made the experience lovely. As soon as we arrived it felt like home. Everything was ready, music and candles going, the space was alive. Anything we could think of was there and ready for use. Heidi was amazing, she provided us with a few celebrations gifts. We are so grateful for our experience at the cottage and we know exactly where we are going to be when we visit New Hope again!

Excellent hosts! Brian and Patricia were friendly and responsive but leave you to your privacy. Spacious apartment that is conveniently located. Clean and comfortable, and perfect for our family of 3.

We stayed at Janak's place for 5 days and it was amazing. The amenities are very nice and also new since the place is brand new! The stay was amazing and would love to come back a second time!

Was very good and easy

The location was perfect for our plans. The house appears to be an old country farmhouse, it reminded me of staying at Grandma's. The house is in great condition and super clean but old houses come with some quirks that add character. It is right off the highway but no significant issues with noise. I would absolutely stay here again. George was great to work with!

I stayed here 2 nights and had an amazing time with my family although I had to keep eyes on my toddler because no chain lock on the door going outside but other than that this place is definitely not bad at all I would recommend

It does say whole house. But it’s a build out of the house. You could not hear anything during the day or night but the picture is all that’s there and the back yard is cute and right now water

I love this house, and have stayed several times. The location is quiet and peaceful, and the converted garage is super fun to hang out in. You could even have a guest sleep and shower there in almost separate accomodations from the main house.

Amazing host. Very responsive to messages. It was my first time booking Airbnb. Didn’t have no issues and he made it an easy process and responded and helped with everything that was asked. Deff. Recommend
