Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Sololá Department

Absolutely breathtaking. I spent the few first few hours here pinching myself. This place is very special - with a garden full of life and colour, and meticulous attention to detail throughout the residence.. There are several "must-stay" places around the Lake front and Villas Del Carmen will no doubt be ranked as one of those once more people become aware of this tranquil place. The pool and hot tub are the perfect way to relax against the backdrop of the lake, plus the Shala for morning meditation or yoga. It couldn't be easier to get here - the entrance is just a few steps up from their private dock (the boat driver will know to drop you here when you follow Sofia's instructions). Sofia is the perfect host...and chef. If you have chance to try her meals, definitely do! I am leaving feeling very blessed and only wish I could have stayed longer. I hope to return one day (but in the meantime, I can only pass on the recommendation). Enjoy!!

A great place in central Pana. Minutes walk from the lake. Outstanding.

Wow. We felt right at home as soon as we pulled on the street in our 4 minute Tuk Tuk from the town center. Christian welcomed us warmly as family and showed us the house and even helped recommend things to do as well as food. The space is beautiful and homey. His wife made us some amazing home made bread as well. The place is big and the kitchen is well stocked with essentials. The rooftop is absolutely gorgeous and serene. We spent time reading and lounging on the hammocks during a rain storm and also during sunny afternoon. We also walked 5 minutes down to the beach to watch sunrise and chill. This was one of the best stays we’ve had so far in Guatemala. It’s truly special to be welcomed to a beautiful home like this. Thank you & we can’t wait to come back again !!

Great stay in a beautiful well manicured property. Beautifully decorated, well stocked kitchen ready for cooking if you want to. We even grilled our own steaks on the gas grill. If you don't want to cook, you can simply hire Carmen who makes fantastic Pepian and Jocon with your choice of protein. The kitchen already has filtered drinking water and ice, no need to buy bottled. Short walk to the town of San Marcos and very nice quaint stores. Everything was as described with breathtaking views. Very attentive caretakers, in particular, Mariano and Edgar, who went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. There was a minor accident when kayaking and Edgar raced to the water to assist very quickly and made sure we were safe! If you plan to stay here, be sure to bring your own soap and shampoo. The property is accessible by car and has a parking garage. All in all a pleasant and peaceful time we had there. Thank you!

Beautiful home, breathtaking views, great location and overall, spectacular. Everything was exactly as shown in pictures. The gatekeeper, Daniel was friendly and very helpful. My family and I had a wonderful time!

Great experience. Walkable to San Marcos (though there is hills and altitude). Rooms and facilities were as advertised. A6 is below parking. Was loud early one night as someone was checking out and packing car so they were in and out. Not really something something that Alas can do. Otherwise, very peaceful. Team was responsive at all hours and they had someone wait with me when I booked at 4AM and 6AM tour and transfer pickup. Team also arranged for Tuk Tuk and morning hike tour.

It is a nice apartment with a nice view. Silvia was always on the lookout for anything we were offered. This apartment is next to a hotel that they let you use their facilities except to lend you their kayaks. Well-equipped and clean.

Fiona and the team were super friendly and helpful. I'd certainly consider the place in the future. Great time!

Hans's place was perfect for us. It is quiet yet near the town and easy to access to Panajachell The view is amazing, the house is very comfortable, and we highly recommend it.

Miguel’s place was beautiful and relaxing. Clean and spacious. Santa Cruz was a great location with less action than some of the other areas along the lake. Would highly recommend!

Very nice place to stay with a great view! We felt super comfortable. Panajachel can be reached in 5 minutes by TukTuk (or also in 20 minutes on foot) and it is much quieter here.

Great location of Airbnb on the main road. Marco was very helpful with letting us book last minute. Highly recommend

The stay was great although there is just a bit of noise from the street. It wasn’t enough to keep me up or anything but is something to note if you’re a particularly light sleeper.

Gorgeous spot with the best views in town! We had a great stay and they were lovely hosts. The only down side was that the roosters and dogs in the neighborhood were super loud most of the night and the roof doesn't fully seal on the windows so it was pretty loud, but otherwise a lovely spot. thanks!

The hosts were wonderful! They were super kind and accommodating. Regardless of our late arrival (due to traffic) they were there as soon as we arrived. The room has a spectacular view! You don’t even have to leave your bed to enjoy sunrise over the lake. 100000/10!

The room and views were beautiful

We had a nice stay at Sarah's place. Great wifi, clean space, with a nice cafe downstairs. It's right in the middle of everything in Pana, but can be a bit loud, so bring your earplugs (it's nothing crazy, just noting for the light sleepers out there)! Overall, we'd happily stay here again.

I had some disruptions in my travel and Sarah was very helpful to make alternative arrangements for me. She was very responsive in all my communication. The location is great and the apartment is immaculate. It’s very private and I felt very safe traveling alone.
