I love this place! Like a secret paradise. I ended up staying longer because I loved it so much. The house and pool area is lovely. Amazing with the new heating AC since I was there winter time, nice and warm. The surroundings, the mountains, sun sets, ocean is just like being in PARADISE. Mar was super sweet and helpful when I needed help. I recommend this place for sure and would love to come back!

The finca is quiet and offers everything you need for your stay. It looks exactly like the pictures and has enough space for eight people. We were able to check in on our own and were allowed to stay a little longer on the last day, which really relaxed the departure.

Excellent host, responded very quickly to all inquiries while we were there. The villa was within walking distance of most major areas in palma, including the waterfront, restaurants, and major landmarks. The villa itself was well stocked, slept all 8 of us comfortably, and was a cozy gathering space at the end of the day. Alzina provided a baby crib and high chair, which was very convenient.

Simply fantastic! The view was breathtaking, exactly as described, if not better! The host was incredibly nice and helpful, always quickly reachable and full of tips for the area. The accommodation was clean, cosy and perfectly equipped. You immediately feel welcome. Highly recommended, I would love to come back :)

We had a fantastic stay (3 families with little children between 2 and 5 yrs old). The house is big, well equipped (we really appreciated the toys for the beach) and the fence for the pool (that we didn’t use due to the weather). Port of pollenca is very nice : plenty of restaurants, lots of playgrounds on the beach, beautiful beaches nearby (formentor) ! Thanks Tony for your help as well when we arrived quite late to find the crib. Best Alberto

Beautiful accommodation in fantastic surroundings, perfect for hikes in the Tramuntana! Images in the ad are accurate, we really enjoyed our stay.

Great stay as a group of four adults and two children. House was very spacious with a choice of sitting areas to take full advantage of both sun and shade. We all especially enjoyed watching the boats come and go from the marina and being able to walk to many very good eateries. The property was very comfortable for our stay. (Huge supermarket within walking distance with great fresh meat and veg etc)

Amara is a trusted host, very friendly and very involved. She is always available and gave us some very helpful infirmations when we arrived. The accommodation is very large, clean and offers very nice services, starting with the outdoor space which has a large swimming pool and many places to settle in. The accommodation offers very beautiful spaces with multiple terraces, living rooms and a typical and sought-after decoration which makes it all its charm. The Finca is ideally located, 15 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from Palma and close to shops. We had a totally exotic stay with my friends in a beautiful setting. I fully recommend where you will find everything you need.

The house and location are just perfect! The views are incredible and the home was just what we needed for our family! We did have a few issues with the air conditioner, front gate, WiFi and a toilet not working, which took quite a bit of back and forth with the host before we ended up turning to google and YouTube how to fix some of the problems ourselves. Other than these things, the house is amazing, very convenient to get around with a rental car to various beaches and to/from Palma.

We were welcomed on our arrival and were treated to some complimentary local delicacies. The villa was well equipped for a large group, both inside and outside, lots of seating for meals and relaxation. The swimming pool was a big hit. Our three grandchildren aged 2, 4 and 7 loved the play areas and the adults enjoyed the table tennis and games in the basement. It had a very secure garden. Although we could see and hear the airplanes we were never disturbed by them by day or night. All in all we had a great holiday and we would recommend the villa and its grounds to other families.

A beautiful home in a quiet area of the city, the house was clean, well furnished and is as per the photos. A car is recommended as it is about 15/20min drive from Palma. Julieta was always responsive and helpful, and was a lovely host. Thanks for having us!

Beautiful place in the middle of nowhere. All you can hear is goat bells and birds. The place is very remote which we loved. Villa is well thought out eg bedrooms away from pool. Pool was fab - love the water jet and bubbles too. We paid for it to be heated (30 degrees). Incredible sunset every night we were there. Large property and outside grounds. We have a 1 and 4 year old. The set up worked well for us. Nearest supermarket is 20/25 min drive. Nearest beach is 25 mins drive. King sized bed in each room. We also used the cot which was in very good condition. Saw previous review about bees. No issues for us and not a single mosquito bite. Large covered outside area. Enjoyed using the bbq - there is a sink and fridge outside Loved the warm outside shower. There were stairs with no stair gate but our toddler was ok. There are a lot of doors which can be opened from inside (no key needed). Too heavy for 1 year old but 4 year old could open them. We will definitely return!

Andratx is a great holiday destination- lovely but not over busy. It provides access to a beautiful area of Majorca with many pretty villages and harbours, small beaches. A superb range of restaurants. The villa is a very pleasant 12-15 min walk around the harbour to the centre. A surprising quiet location and the nearest tiny beach is a 3 min walk. Lovely pool and terraces with harbour view. The villa is very comfortable- super cool even in the heat and excellently presented . There was nothing we needed that was not provided . An absolutely amazing place! We traveled with friends and kids, and everyone loved it. There were plenty of areas for the kids to run around, a fantastic pool, and an incredibly large and beautiful house in a totally private location Sebastian and Miguel were exceptionally responsive, taking care of everything we needed. Sebastian, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Our flight was delayed multiple times, and Sebastian even suggested getting some groceries and pizzas for us since we would be arriving after the markets had closed. It was such a wonderful experience, and I'm sure we'll return again and again! If you're planning to visit Palma de Mallorca, I highly recommend staying at this villa! Thank you, Miguel and Sebastian - you are truly amazing people!

We stayed at Fabrizio's Finca for an extended holiday weekend and loved the place! It is a wonderfully historic home and I truly look forward to staying there again into the future! It is a perfect place for a group to 4 - 6 people! Five Stars!!!

Stayed here for a week with friends for a cycling holiday. The house is as per the advertisement and everything is in working order. Fresh towels were provided middle of the week. The mosquitoes can be an issue if there is no wind so come prepared.

Great location to explore Palma. Beautiful house which felt like home. Excellent host and communication was first class. We were met on arrival and any questions were answered. Would highly recommend and will hopefully be returning in the future.

Pepe‘s Finca was a great holiday home for us! It is super well maintained both inside and outside, lots of beautiful details! As Pepe looks after his animals daily we got to interact with him every now and then and he was very friendly! Communication over phone worked well and we always received speedy responses from Home Villas. The „noise“ around the place didn’t bother us at all, especially as it’s very calm at night, but if you are very sensitive to animal sounds and hearing a nearby street in the background during the day, this mightn’t be your place. We enjoyed hearing and seeing the huge variety of animals and there were no bad smells ever. The only very small downside for us was the varying water pressure, so we made sure to never shower in parallel. Overall an ideal place and starting point for a road cycling holiday.

If you are reading these reviews and trying to decide whether to stay here...STOP...Book it now, whilst you can! This is a gem of a find. Perfect sized villa for a family of 4, all within walking distance of the beautiful Old Town. It is equipped with everything you might need and the swimming pool is fabulous. We loved every miniute of our stay, despite the storms! Maximilian, the Host, was brilliant - responsive and super friendly. He couldnt do enough for us and made us feel so welcome. We have already recommended this villa to family and friends and would absolutely stay here again if we are lucky enough ti gte the chance.
