An excellent retreat, great views, wonderful space. A car is needed to get around. Emerald were very attentive with their time and communication.

We had an amazing stay at Luke's villa. We traveled with a group of 3 friends and the accommodations were perfect - each had our own private space and plenty of places to congregate as a group. It was very private and quiet, welcomed downtime with ease to explore Deia, Valldemossa, Soller and Port de Soller. Will absolutely be back to Mallorca and would gladly stay at Villa Hamilton again!

Excellent host, responded very quickly to all inquiries while we were there. The villa was within walking distance of most major areas in palma, including the waterfront, restaurants, and major landmarks. The villa itself was well stocked, slept all 8 of us comfortably, and was a cozy gathering space at the end of the day. Alzina provided a baby crib and high chair, which was very convenient.

Pepe‘s Finca was a great holiday home for us! It is super well maintained both inside and outside, lots of beautiful details! As Pepe looks after his animals daily we got to interact with him every now and then and he was very friendly! Communication over phone worked well and we always received speedy responses from Home Villas. The „noise“ around the place didn’t bother us at all, especially as it’s very calm at night, but if you are very sensitive to animal sounds and hearing a nearby street in the background during the day, this mightn’t be your place. We enjoyed hearing and seeing the huge variety of animals and there were no bad smells ever. The only very small downside for us was the varying water pressure, so we made sure to never shower in parallel. Overall an ideal place and starting point for a road cycling holiday.

Amara is a trusted host, very friendly and very involved. She is always available and gave us some very helpful infirmations when we arrived. The accommodation is very large, clean and offers very nice services, starting with the outdoor space which has a large swimming pool and many places to settle in. The accommodation offers very beautiful spaces with multiple terraces, living rooms and a typical and sought-after decoration which makes it all its charm. The Finca is ideally located, 15 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from Palma and close to shops. We had a totally exotic stay with my friends in a beautiful setting. I fully recommend where you will find everything you need.

Very nice place! We liked the pool and the outdoor kitchen the best. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, very pleasant. Our landlord was very accessible and very helpful with questions and concerns.

This was a VERY special place! The house is beautifully situated on the coastline and the views and outdoor spaces couldn't be more spectacular and relaxing. We were a family of 5 adults (30 years+). Everyone had their space to spread out and we were also able to be together. Though there is a beach right down the road, we felt no need to go there. If you are looking to be close to Palma, however, this might not be the location for you. We were there after the height of the season and it was quiet (which is what we were looking for). The drive to Palma was about an hour.

A beautiful home in a quiet area of the city, the house was clean, well furnished and is as per the photos. A car is recommended as it is about 15/20min drive from Palma. Julieta was always responsive and helpful, and was a lovely host. Thanks for having us!

Our stay was beautiful! The villa is exactly as described. The kitchen has everything the cooking heart wants. The view is breathtaking and it's just a great house . Ignacio is very helpful and very quick to respond to any concerns. Highly recommended.

An absolutely amazing place! We traveled with friends and kids, and everyone loved it. There were plenty of areas for the kids to run around, a fantastic pool, and an incredibly large and beautiful house in a totally private location Sebastian and Miguel were exceptionally responsive, taking care of everything we needed. Sebastian, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Our flight was delayed multiple times, and Sebastian even suggested getting some groceries and pizzas for us since we would be arriving after the markets had closed. It was such a wonderful experience, and I'm sure we'll return again and again! If you're planning to visit Palma de Mallorca, I highly recommend staying at this villa! Thank you, Miguel and Sebastian - you are truly amazing people!

We stayed at Fabrizio's Finca for an extended holiday weekend and loved the place! It is a wonderfully historic home and I truly look forward to staying there again into the future! It is a perfect place for a group to 4 - 6 people! Five Stars!!!

The finca is quiet and offers everything you need for your stay. It looks exactly like the pictures and has enough space for eight people. We were able to check in on our own and were allowed to stay a little longer on the last day, which really relaxed the departure.

We spent three weeks of vacation in the finca with our two children and felt very comfortable. Particularly noteworthy is the pool, which offers enough space for cooling off, romping, splashing and swimming due to its size. The covered terrace was also great, where we stayed most of the time. The house is sufficiently large and very well-equipped. The air conditioners in two of the three bedrooms were worth gold as it was extremely hot in early August! Communication with Catalina worked super well, very friendly and helpful! Despite the remote location of the house, you can quickly reach Pollenca (about 6 minutes) and Playa de Muro (about 20 minutes). A holiday in the finca is only recommended!

If you are reading these reviews and trying to decide whether to stay here...STOP...Book it now, whilst you can! This is a gem of a find. Perfect sized villa for a family of 4, all within walking distance of the beautiful Old Town. It is equipped with everything you might need and the swimming pool is fabulous. We loved every miniute of our stay, despite the storms! Maximilian, the Host, was brilliant - responsive and super friendly. He couldnt do enough for us and made us feel so welcome. We have already recommended this villa to family and friends and would absolutely stay here again if we are lucky enough ti gte the chance.

We had a fantastic 7 day stay at Jaume's villa, which was perfect for us as a family of four. The location is perfect for visiting the surrounding beaches, villages and towns in the north of Mallorca. The villa is really well equipped, very clean and well looked after. The garden and pool is very private and peaceful, with fruit trees to pick from. The photos do not do the views of the surrounding mountains justice. Jaume was a great host and made sure we had a great stay. We highly recommend and hope to return very soon. Thank you Jaume!
