Helena’s home is simply gorgeous. It is very well equipped with coffee machine, comfortable beds, washing machine ad many other thoughtful touches like fruit, drinks and candy. She also provide bikes for us to use and we cycled into Stockholm on the cycle paths one day (it took us around an hour). The surrounding area is great, forests and many playgrounds to explore; couldn’t have been more perfect for a young family. There is an excellent supermarket 10mins walk away and also a great shopping mall. My only (tiny) criticism is that because it is Helena’s home and clearly lived in when not an Airbnb it lacked storage space in the kitchen and also in the large bedroom. But nothing we couldn’t work round. Helena was so lovely to speak to and dealt with any questions very quickly - we leave Stockholm feeling like we’ve made a new friend!

We had a great week at Jan’s house. We were a family of four and some grandparents. It was an easy 10 min walk to station and shop for easy access to Stockholm and Uppsala. The kids loved the playground and the nearby lake! Thank you Jan!

The accommodation is in a great location , less than 5 minutes from the metro to the center of Stockholm in less than 15 minutes , in a peaceful and friendly neighborhood. We particularly appreciated the charm of the typical Swedish house which is also very well equipped. Perfect for a family with the garden and playground at the end of it . Jon is a very responsive and accommodating host, we highly recommend it .

Wonderful house in a beautiful peaceful location. The garden backs onto a forest which leads to a lovely lake perfect for Swimming. Only 10 mins walk to the metro station, really nice to come back to after a busy day in the city. Lena was very helpful with local recommendations and very quick to respond. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

The house is lovely (and spacious) and we loved our stay here. Mikaela was a great communicator and graciously allowed us to check in very early after an international flight. We have family in the area so definitely hope to stay here again!

This Airbnb was probably the best out of the 40+ we've booked, but it was also the most expensive. 😅 We highly recommend it. It had everything we wanted: it was quiet, spacious, had a good kitchen for cooking, a good TV, and a big enough table to play our board games.

We enjoyed our stay at Fredrik's place. Well appointed and with two really nice terraces, the apartment is well located, namely close to public transport (allow half an hour to get to the center) and other amenities (two supermarkets nearby). Another plus: it is located next to a charming little lake where you can swim (nice to end the day). The beautiful views of the surrounding nature are another strong point of the apartment. Also, communication with Fredrik, always available for our questions, was very easy.

Great accommodation for our family of 6. Very clean and well maintained. It has everything you need. We felt very comfortable. We would come back:-)

I was last year and because it was so beautiful, again this year. Swim in the morning, then take the bus to Stockholm, it couldn't be better. Beautiful large house with terrace and garden.

The villa is very characteristic, with windows and very pleasant outdoor space to live with a sofa, tables, chairs. Everything is very functional, the stay was relaxing. The house is close to a huge green park. To reach Stockholm, the bus stop 504 is a few meters away (with 504 you can reach the metro and from there the city). Asa was very kind and helpful. I recommend this house for those who want to visit both Stockholm and the surroundings (Trosa, Uppsala, the royal castle, Sigtuna, etc.).

The house is exactly as described. Everything was tidy and clean. The house is cozy and feels like home. The bus stop is close by, if you want to walk to the metro station is also not so far away. Martina was friendly and easy to reach. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Monica's place. The house is very tidy, has a good layout, a very spacious bathroom, lots of towels, great washer and dryer setup, and well-stocked kitchen. Our kids enjoyed playing with the bin of legos in the living room and watering the plants. We rented a car and used the dedicated parking spot conveniently located in a carport behind the house. We drove to Stockholm every day and Monica's advice on parking was very helpful. It took about 1 hour roundtrip, including some rush hour traffic on our way back. We'd be happy to stay at Monica's again on a future visit.

The house is absolutely perfect. spacious, bright and very well appointed with beautiful furniture The view of nature is a big plus. The extremely pleasant peaceful neighborhood with many possible walks in Lidingo. It is possible to reach the center of Stockholm in 30 min with a bus to exit the island and then the metro. We highly recommend this house. Gabrielle was very responsive and pleasant

We had a perfect stay at Helena's beautiful home. We felt just like home. Nicely decorated and cozy with a lot of space. We had everything we needed. A major plus was that our 5 year old could play with toys, play games and use crafts. She enjoyed the storm! Clear, fast and good information. We would love to come back!

What a fantastic home. It’s really beautiful, and so peaceful here. Everything is so well done, and we felt very fortunate to be able to stay here, thank you to Julia and her family for allowing us to stay.

Highly recommended!! Great and cosy stay. The house is very comfortable and we loved having our breakfast by the lake! The second day we had a little problem with the electronic lock. With one phone call to the owners it was quickly solved.

We spent 10 days at Linnea’s home and had a great holiday for our first trip to Sweden. Our two young children (3 1/2 and 9 months loved all the toys and the outdoor space at the house. The house itself was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It’s located in a quiet neighbourhood near some small lakes and woodlands where you can go walking. There are also several supermarkets near by. We also visited some larger lakes where you could swim (Drevviken) and the beach at Årsta Harvsbad. The public transport links are good with several options (bus and train) for getting into Stockholm within 40-60 minutes and for getting round the local area. Communication with Linnea was easy and she was quick to respond to any questions. We were there for Midsummer and she recommended a local event nearby which was brilliant. We had a great stay and would recommend staying at Linnea

We were very comfortable. The house is very comfortable and well equipped, and there is nature nearby. And strawberries! Two details to note: the toilets don't have much room for the legs, and there is very little space in the rooms to leave your own clothes.

Five stars for Anna and this beautiful house is not enough! The island is a natural haven and the views of the waterfront from the house are spectacular. Perfectly located within easy reach of downtown Stockholm by ferry or buses and at the heart of the natural beauty of the Stockholm Archipelago. The house is very well equipped, comfortable, tastefully decorated and practical for a great family holiday or a peaceful retreat. Anna could not have been more helpful, responding immediately to any request to make everything run smoothly. Thank you Anna and Thomas for a perfect holiday!

This is one of the best Airbnb's we've stayed in! The house is so spacious, clean, beautiful, in an excellent location - especially good with children! Emily is very kind and shared so many nice tips with us! We really enjoyed staying at her place and would love to come back in the future for continuing exploring Stockholm and its surroundings. I highly recommend it!

Sofie's semi-detached house in Solna exceeded all expectations! Perfect for our us of 3 adults and 2 children. Clean and well equipped. Location was great! Walking distance to Sollentuna city center and commuter train. We are happy to stay here again!
