Vacation rentals in Sodaville

Kathryn’s home should be included in training videos for the perfect example of what to do when hosting for an AirBnB. The home was immaculate. The home had many extra touches, which shows that Kathryn put lots of thought and care into caring for the experience of those that would stay. Each person is different in their preferences for their amenities. We are not coffee, tea or cocoa drinkers, but if you are…the setup is just amazing. We however love chocolate and the little chocolates and snacks on the dinning room table were a very nice touch. Kathryn’s instructions (comprehensive stay-notebook) and ideas on things to do were next level. In a non-obtrusive way, it felt like a visitor center. The grounds are gorgeous and that we appreciated deeply. Our family works in horticulture and are huge wildlife enthusiasts. We understand what it takes to create a beautiful property that sustains many wildlife, but to do so on a 15 acre property so wonderfully is just amazing. 💜

This is our second visit to the cabin this year and we absolutely love it. Edna is a wonderful host, pretty much everything you need is there already. Highly recommend!

The whole experience renting this peaceful home on such a beautiful property was easy. The communication was fast and clear, they were flexible and kind. I would highly recommend this home to other renters, and we will gladly rent this home again!

Great place to stay!

The location is absolutely amazing. LeeAnn and Danny were the most amazing people. Thankful for the opportunity to stay at their property and getting to know them! We got a lot of quiet time for reading. Beautiful bonfires. Warm coffee in our cups. LeeAnn made sure we were ALWAYS taken care of and Danny made sure the first was well lit, as my friend and I had no idea how to keep a fire going. Haha. Great communication. If we had questions or needed something they answered quickly. We had a cute moment feeding the goats. I am so excited to plan a trip back! I appreciate you LeeAnn and Danny! You’ll be seeing me sooooon!!!

Kathleen’s place was so fun and charming. What a great retreat from busy city life. Everything was exactly as described and we had a blissful and romantic retreat. Kathleen even shared some home made cookies with us. We will definitely come back. The property is sitting on 40+ acres so nature is all around us. The property is a beautiful and the host is charming and inviting.

Wow what a fun stay! This poolhouse had everything we wanted and more. I would stay again in a heart beat.
