A lovely space to stay for the weekend …great lighting, comfy bed and tasteful artwork; roomy closet and fully equipped kitchen. Several restaurants within walking distance .

This was a great place to stay less than 10 minutes from downtown Roswell. Having Island Ford Park across the street from the neighborhood was a big plus for us to get a wooded walk to the Chattahoochee. The layout of the house lends itself to traveling as two couples, each with their own attached bathroom and still having a spare 1/2 bath. We found the space relaxing. It was very clean and still maintained a lived-in feel. The back patio was a nice shaded place to sit later in the day. Ally was very responsive and flexible. The rental was very easy to find and access. As we have some family in the area, we would definitely consider this rental in the future.

This place is pretty good. Communication with host was within mins and small issues were corrected within the hour. This is a basement apartment with a trail that leads from the front to the back of the house with a private door. There are a lot of bugs due to the lighting outside, but that GA for you. Overall not a bad place to stay at.

We loved staying here. The house was so nice and the fenced backyard was great with our pups. The house is in a good location as well and close to other attractions in the area.

I wish I could award Anna and her husband 10 out of 5 stars! They were exemplary hosts from start to finish, and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was well maintained and very thoughtfully stocked with all of the essentials (and then some) for a week long stay. Anna herself was always easily accessible and highly responsive whenever my wife and I had questions for her related to use of the space. I’d never been to ATL before, but I was thrilled that the Charmer was located in a walkable neighborhood with quite a bit of options for shopping, eating, and leisure. Whenever we make a return trip to the city, the Charmer will definitely be on our list of preferred accommodations.

Such a great home in a great location. Close enough to everything at UGA and downtown Athens, but far enough away to have a more homey suburban feel. The beds are super comfortable, the giant sofa (not pictured) is awesome for lounging, all of the provided entertainment (pool table, foosball table etc) is a real bonus and the backyard is so large and private. It is perfect for morning coffee especially with the birds chirping and the deer wandering through. I will definitely book this home again for future trips to Athens.

Our stay was great — such a cozy (and spotless) atmosphere. Our hosts were kind and communicative throughout our stay. We ended up extending last-minute and our hosts made it quick and seamless.

Sarah's place was great! It was exactly what I was looking for! Her instructions were clear and you can tell she really paid attention to details! I recommend staying here!
