It’s a cozy place that feels like an old home of my own, nestled next to a forest that offers quiet and fresh air.

I would honestly give our stay more stars if possible. We had to book a stay very last minute and I mean within a few hours of arriving and I found this home. Not only was Sara responsive right away, but she let me know within a short amount of time that the place was ready for us. My phone was having issue with service and didn’t allow me to completely confirm, but Sara alerted me so I was able to rebook it and get everything set. Our family was on our Christmas trip and many things had gone wrong and we had our young children with us and we were looking for a safe comfortable place to be. This was a light in the darkness of our day. Not only is this home very clean, but you feel safe, secure, comfortable and at peace. If we ever come up that way again, we will absolutely stay in this beautiful little home. Thank you Sara! You saved the day and were so kind. Blessings to you.

Wonderful place and very comfortable which was a huge plus given the rain episodes. The kitchen is well stocked and we cooked all our meals there easily. Our host was very generous with supplies. We hope to be back.

This house looks small but it is not. It has plenty of room and 4 bedrooms !!!! I had some mess ups on my in and out days (rough week - work drama) but she took care of me. I really appreciate all your help. Hope to stay again next year.

Pejhman's house was wonderful. The amenities were great. The neighborhood was quite and peaceful and close to many restaurants. Definitely a place I will recommend to others and book the next time we are in town.

The house was gorgeous and our group had an awesome stay here. In particular, the beds were extremely comfortable- I wish I had those mattresses at home. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was fully stocked for our cooking needs. The hosts were friendly, responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay and felt right at home! We loved the minimal decor, how clean and crisp the home felt - was very boho chic. It was centralized that the drives either to Issaquah or Ballard didn't feel like a trek. Having restaurants and coffee shops either in Totem Shopping Centre or Juanita Village Kirkland center were great as they were centralized to the house. The yard was perfect for our dogs to stretch their legs and we were so fortunate for the weather to enjoy the outside.

This home was perfect for our group of 7. It is close enough to downtown, easy Uber access, but also in a quiet neighborhood. It is walkable to some very good restaurants and coffee shop. John was extremely responsive and helpful. The house is very well equipped with everything you’d need. Highly recommend!!

Officially our “ Snowcation Home”. Emma was speedy in response to all my questions previous to arrival. We requested early arrival to get a little more snow play in with our young-ins and dog. The home was even better than pictured. We didn’t want to leave for many reasons and number one its location to sledding hill ( half a football field, if that) from the front drive. There was enough snow to sled in the yard too. Absolutely magical! Features we appreciated were all the cubbies around the home and rooms, electric fireplaces, super awesome home decor, and the kids room details. Awesome neighborhood and well kept main road to house (winter time)

The place was exquisite, the host was accommodating allowing us for early check in. The surrounding was tranquil, my family was able to relax and be comfortable. It is overlooking the lake, walking distance to the park so we were able to visit the cherry blossoms and have our kids play in the playground. The hot tub was always hot for us and the water was clean. The place is huge, there was a steam bath in the basement, the kitchen had a huge stove and grill was readily available. I am picturing such nice summers in this place, with paddle boards and life jackets available as well. The garden was muddy because of the rain, but we were still able to enjoy the backyard with the cemented patio and the hot tubs. It was just perfect for our visit to Seattle. We did have trouble with street parking though, since the road was a bit small and the neighbors too were parking on both sides of the road, our rental car was scraped on the side mirror. So just heads up to find a better place to park

Excellent place for a relaxing weekend and spending time with the family. The pool and jacuzzi are very good.

Shannon was very responsive. The unit was perfect for my weekend getaway. not terribly far down the hallway from the elevator. The view was calming, bed was comfortable and kitchen was very functionable. I will look forward to staying there again.

We were two families staying at the house for the weekend. We had plenty of room and it was very comfortable. The outside space is stunning and we had a lot of fun with the fire pit, hot tub and looking at the beautiful forest. The beds were very comfortable and it was great having three full bathrooms! We had plenty of towels and everything we needed to cook. We loved the X-Large dining table comfortably seated all 8 of us! Would definitely like to stay again!

What a wonderful home to stay in! Hot tub was perfect, master bathroom is huge! Kitchen is large and well appointed, and the host responds within minutes if you need something!

Great Suncadia condo. Really worked well for our family. Especially good for the winter crowd as, instead of being directly adjacent to a busy pool and barbeque area, the area outside was quiet but we were a short stroll from the sledding hill. Host provided everything needed, including some really nice above-and-beyond touches, like some stuff for our dogs stay and sleds for enjoying the hill.

It was a great place to stay away from the city! Peaceful and lots of activities for adults and kids. My family and friends enjoyed this place so much, especially the kids. We had a great time and celebrating our birthday weekend. Derek is very responsive if we need something or questions around the house. The place is very homey.

We were there for 6 days to visit with Kids and Grandkids. They live about 2 miles from the VRBO. Very convenient. Kathy and Gordon did many special features to make our stay better. They provided some coffee and fruit to get us started. They had lighting all around the house and on the driveway so finding them in the dark was easy. Very secure, safe place. Only met Kathy. She is very accommodating. We hope to visit again some time. Would recommend to any couple that can still climb stairs. (Only a few to get to the second floor). Thanks for the experience.

This is a lovely, clean stay in a very peaceful neighborhood. I slept very well because there is no noise at this place! Yet it is close to many things. The host was very helpful and the place is exactly as described, in fact it’s nicer than it looks in the photos. Would stay again!

Manjinder’s house was extremely spacious and suited our needs well. This is the second house we’ve used that Manjinder has owned. We appreciated his willingness to come change the heat for our ladies prayer retreat after 10pm. Manjinder you rock 💯🥳🥰

Perfect “glamping” trip! It was awesome having the two pups around, played lots of fetch and was guided to the private beach’s with Maisy! Thank you for having us!

Fantastic getaway location that offered tremendous privacy. Extremely spacious house that was even bigger than the pictures made it look. House had everything we needed from plenty of towels to soap/spices/basic amenities. For those coming in the winter months, be aware that the drive up is extremely steep and I would highly recommend 4 wheel drive if there is snow or ice. Rita was extremely proactive and responsive with her communication! Definitely worth the stay for a small group looking for a peaceful place to escape.

Connie is a great host and friendly. She’s always gets back to you with any questions you might have. The cottage is always clean and perfect. Will definitely stay again.

It was a great stay here, I really enjoyed the cozy environment. Great location close to the city and only a 12-15 minute drive from cap hill. Would stay again!
