Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Smyrna

Matthew’s house was amazing and is very comfortable, I was in town for meetings and I was able to live and work like I was at home - cook my own meals, work at the 2 office spaces with monitors remotely, go for morning runs through the beautiful hilly neighborhood and say hello to all the deer. It is very quiet and conveniently located near Dunwoody and Sandy Springs. Easy to get around and a lot of easy shopping nearby. I definitely recommend it and will stay again when I have meetings at my office in Atlanta.

Michael’s home was peaceful, and the neighborhood was quiet. The inside was beautiful. We plan on staying there again.

We booked for 7 days, but on our second day my husband became very ill and was admitted into the hospital. I messaged them about the refund policy when checking out early & they were very understanding & my money was refunded almost immediately. Thank you! Location was perfect for a weekend in Atlanta. Close enough to be close, but far enough away to avoid the heaviest traffic. The townhome was well kept, clean, and perfect for our family of 5. We appreciated the access to multiple streaming services, which made for a relaxing evening in. My ONLY gripe, and this doesn't impact the overall rating because it's personal: a lack of top sheets on the bed. I'm a millennial, and like having a top sheet. I am not used to sleeping right under the blanket on a bed. If I would have said something during the stay, I'm sure Nattalie would have worked to make it to my preference, but I didn't say anything, because it didn't really matter. Her communication throughout the stay was impeccable. I'm just splitting hairs. I would absolutely consider staying here again.

Great place with a lot of charm. Conveniently located near downtown and Ponce Market. Host was nice and flexible.

I’ve been using Air BNB for a few years now and this was definitely the best host I’ve had so far. Not because of the space itself but because she quickly opened up her home to us. We came down to ATL around 7am and kept ourselves busy until 3pm. Unfortunately the host we had originally stood us up after we were already there. Kelly Jo was recommended by Air BNB and within 1 hour she cleaned up the place and opened her home. This is a basement unit but more spacious than some apartments. The bathroom was so nice and the emerald green walk-in shower was amazing. Had a fridge and microwave and to large beds. Would definitely book again. Thank you for saving my Birthday.

Zakeus was a great host to book our stay with. The place was as advertised and the neighborhood is lively and much to do within walking distance. We visited Atlanta to go to six flags, but also had so much fun locally. This area is great for dog owners. There is a fenced dog park and piedmont park both within a few minutes walk. Thanx again Zakeus.

This is honestly one of the best places to stay in the area! The hosts are so kind and polite; they treated me like family. They are genuinely some of the kindest people. The apartment is clean, quiet, and has everything you could possibly need. I actually specifically booked this listing again because I stayed here a few years ago and was so impressed with my experience. I would without a doubt recommend this place to anyone traveling to the Sandy Springs area!

I planned my mothers 60th birthday here. We had family coming in from all over the country and this home was big and spacious. The host is lovely and attentive. The home is beautiful. And I LOVED the bathrooms. 10/10 would recommend. 🥳

This Was One Of The Most Amazing AirBnb Experiences Ive Ever Had. Our Host Extremely Understanding And Hospitable. The Place Was Completely Amazing From The Drive through The Gates Up To The Point Where You Lay Your Head Is Almost Nostalgic. The Bed Was Comfortable, the Place Was Extremely Sleek In Design and Very Clean. Did I Mention The Community Was Very Nice! We had to cancel our other Airbnb due to safety reasons and false advertisement. We were left stranded! We Explained To Our Host about our Situation and She accommodated us. Ms. April was A Blessing And Made My Surprise Birthday Catering event. Even That More Special With Her Great Attitude. This Air Bnb Was A Deal For Such Low Price But To Be Honest VERY Underated! This Needs To Be Corrected And Given ALOT more Value Based On The Quality Of This Host Property. I would Definitely Book Here Again And This Was A Moment In Our Lives We Will Cherish Forever! Thank You!

Rod's place was exceptional. The spacious, clean layout suited our group perfectly. Communication was effortless. Highlights included the game room, gym, and especially the outdoor heated pool - perfect for relaxation. The outdoor grilling area was a huge plus, allowing for enjoyable cookouts when weather permitted. Well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds added to our comfort. Convenient location and modern decor enhanced the experience. Rod's attention to detail made our stay memorable. Highly recommended for a comfortable getaway with great outdoor amenities.

This is definitely a great space to entertain your family for the weekend. Very private! Unfortunately for me we booked in December. Too cold for me to enjoy the pool, though they do have the option to heat. Overall I was definitely satisfied
