House vacation rentals in Smithville

It was a great stay! The place is bigger than it looks in pictures. We were a large group and there were plenty of mirrors and getting ready space. I would recommend for large groups!

This place was actually recommended to me and there couldn’t have been a better recommendation. It was exactly what we were looking for while visiting Austin. If you’re looking for a place not too close to town, but accessible by Uber then this is the spot. Definitely worth it. Thanks for making a great weekend feel warm and cozy!

we had an amazing time at kims! we really enjoyed the pool and backyard, super comfortable beds, lots of room, and loved the house layout. the location was perfect!

Hosts were so accommodating and so nice!! The space was extremely clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The space was beautiful and everything was well maintained and the pool is great!

Our stay was incredible! Loved that the property was gated and felt so safe and homey. It was also super close to downtown! Whenever I had questions Ryan and Candace were quickly available, I’d stay with them again in a heartbeat!

If you are looking for a place to stay in Austin this is it. The place is huge, even better than the pictures and has all amenities you could ask for. The place was clean, well maintained and stock with just the right essentials. Our friends are asking us for the details already, if it’s available don’t hesitate, book.

1st of all, at 80, Rod Stewart can still rock!! Our recent stay at Brentwood de Maria was pleasant & our host was very responsive when we couldn’t login to the WiFi & issues we were having with the televisions in the living room & one guest room. We were able to connect to the WiFi (apparently the modem had been unplugged) & Todd logged into his personal YouTube account until he could fix any bugs after we left. The home was in an eclectic neighborhood which we loved! It was clean, bright, spacious & we never felt unsafe during our visit. (I would recommend some sort of blinds on the bathroom windows & a full size ironing board. And just a side note, even though we didn’t play, a new corn hole game might be needed for future guests; the one there was probably ruined by rain.) There were plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, bookstores, thrift shops & shopping nearby which is always a plus. Would we stay at Brentwood de Maria again? Definitely!!

Don’t believe we’ve had a more responsive host in recent memory. Reachable by text and phone in <15, and went out of their way to same day ship an item that was not in the house when we arrived. Very very impressed with their eagerness to make our stay enjoyable. The home stands out on the block, looks like a modern build and was a great home base for us all trip. The pool is a nice touch to relax between activities, beds very comfortable, and the master bathroom is a luxury. Thank you

Our family enjoyed our time over Christmas week in this comfortable home. We were able to use the kitchen for our Christmas dinner, it had all necessary cooking supplies. We also walked over to Hanks for breakfast.

Lynn was an amazing host very responsive and helpful. She is highly recommended and would love to stay at one of her properties again!!!! House was amazing and had all the amenities needed to have a great time!!!

This home was exactly as described. It’s a bit plain, but we were mostly booked to have a place to sleep. We have rented other homes in the area and encountered issues with check-in to where the code didn’t work and we couldn’t access it or couldn’t adjust the air conditioner. Edward’s place worked for us. The larger TV was nice. I would recommend and would rent again.

Place was super clean and had super comfortable beds. easy access to highway but far enough not to hear any noise. We had a great time at this airbnb.

Jason was super responsive from the get go! The home was spacious and clean! Definitely loved how close it was to the city! Ten minutes and you can go anywhere! Will be staying again!

This was an amazing property and perfect for my local bachelorette weekend! Quiet area but so close to downtown!! The kitchens were so well stocked i was shocked! The turkeys and chickens were such a funny addition too, we were posing with all them!

My family and I were very comfortable in Benjamin’s home. The home was clean and nicely decorated. It also had comfy furniture and a kitchen with everything we could possibly need. Communication was top notch! I would highly recommend this home and would definitely stay there again!

I have to go to Bastrop at least once a year for my daughter‘s dance competitions. Olga was a fabulous host with an immaculate home. The house had everything we could possibly need. It was clean and so comfortable. The location was wonderful, and the neighbors were great! We will definitely be staying here again! The host is very responsive and very generous. She even left snacks and drinks for us.

Great little get away! Large front and rear decks for star gazing or napping. Very private peaceful and quiet. All the amenities you could ask for. With a fantastic host!

Nehemiah’s spacious Airbnb near Austin and close to the airport is a truly amazing place to stay! It is large and open-spaced with two floors! It is also kid friendly! It well furnished with comfortable furniture and beds. There are three bathrooms and a very spacious kitchen! You don’t need to bring anything, because his place has everything you need! I strongly recommend this Airbnb and I will gladly stay here again!

Great stay in ATX! We came to town for the Longhorns game and to see some friends and Garrett’s place was the perfect home base. It’s very close to everything and anything you’d want to do. Our family with our littles had a great time relaxing at the place, spending ample time on the deck and enjoying the cowboy pool. Couldn’t recommend this Airbnb any more whether it’s a weekend getaway with all your friends or a little family home base for some ATX fun. Thanks Garrett! I’m sure we’ll be back!

Rented the place for my birthday. The location was superb for going out in DT Austin. Lucas was very responsive, and the house was awesome overall. The hot tub was also a great addition to our stay. 10/10 would stay there again.

Nice place and comfortable. Nancy was nice and accommodating to our request to check in early due since we were visiting for my nephew’s wedding.
