Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Smiths Lake

Fabulous space for a weekend getaway! We stayed as a group of 14 adults and 1 child and had plenty of space, which is rare to find at such an affordable price. The home was beautifully kept and the pool was a real treat on the hot days!

This was the perfect place to stay whilst our boat was being worked on in the marina shipyard as it was so close. It was a lovely house with an amazing outlook over the water, plenty of space and nice backyard for our toddler to play in. There were plenty of amenities within a short walk and beautiful coastal board walks right from the door.

I would move in if I could! I loved how spacious it felt for our 2 families. I stole the granny flat for some quiet time and it was wonderful. The location was great too. I loved sitting on the beach and watching the waves, and the beach was so close that I could pop down any time of the day or night. Whether it was watching the ever changing waves or Nobby’s lighthouse at night or the ships coming in… it was amazing! We travelled often to the Anna Bay Area to visit the Koala Sanctuary, swim with stingrays at Irukandji Shark and Ray sanctuary and for a camel ride on the beach. We also caught the ferry to Newcastle and spent a day at the ocean baths, finishing off with pizza at Queens Wharf… beautiful! Our youngest family member even stated “This is my favourite hotel!”

A perfect antidote to the City life - it was lovely to see and listen to the waves from the balcony/living room at Diamond Beach while simply unwinding and relaxing at Lisa's house. Very close to walk to the beach, with a patrolled section on your doorstep. I don't think the photos do the house justice - plenty of space for a big family. Great for young kids, teenagers or the older selfie generation! Coffee/takeaways very close by although there is a lovely open plan kitchen if you want to do your own thing. A great place to unwind, relax and recharge at a great location!

We had a wonderful stay. We loved the outdoor patio and view. The wifi worked for work zoom calls. If we are in the area again, we would stay again. The check-in instructions were very clear.

Good place to stay very peaceful, quiet and good environment. I would love to visit next time.

Lovely home, with an amazing vintage style feel to it. Walked inside and instantly felt homely. Was a great experience for my 63yr old mother, as she has lived in a similar style home 50yrs earlier a few street's over in Wolf street. Great location and easily accessibility to restaurants and beach

What a spectacular place. Fantastic location, very spacious apartment, and wonderful hosts. The hosts added air conditioning throughout the apartment during our stay and that only made it better! We will most definitely return.

We had an amazing stay at Steve's place! The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—quiet, yet close to all the local attractions. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the welcome chocolate and local recommendations. The communication with Steve was excellent from start to finish. He was responsive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, and we would love to stay here again!

Bianca's place is very comfortable, super clean, very colourful and interesting decor and in a good location. I really enjoyed my stay there and appreciated the aircon on days which were in the mid to high 30s. I had a lovely stay.

I booked this for my son and partner for a stay over the festival period it was peaceful and beautiful surroundings they were very happy

Bruno's place is right next to the famous One Mile beach, which is super convenient. The kids had great time there. We booked both apartments A and B for two families. One of them has a dishwasher with a bigger kitchen, so we spent most of the group time over there in apartment A. I would recommend this place and will come back with friends.

Fabulous Airbnb opposite the spectacular One Mile Beach. The place is so well-equipped with everything you need. We felt right at home and would love to return. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay in the unit. The unit was spacious, clean, everything we needed was there, 2 carparks were great, the view of the harbour was fantastic & there are several restaurants & cafes nearby. The only problem was a noise could be heard in the main bedroom until late at night. We advised management & they responded & found it was a noise from an exhaust fan in the restaurant below. The noise ceased at 10 pm from then on.

Bill’s house was absolutely amazing. The views were just breathtaking and the house itself was very cozy and delightful for cooking and sharing meals. Bill was also an amazing host and made us feel at home. Highly highly recommend.

We had such a wonderful experience and would definitely return again! Felt like home. Diane was so lovely to communicate with, the location was great across the road from the water. Beautiful view to wake up to each morning. Walking distance to carnival, beaches and water park for the kids. Woolworths in the next street which was very convenient. Great location for the beach & local cafes & shops. We appreciated the supplied beach cabana and beach towels! Perfect view from the balcony & good for some people watching with a glass of wine! We used both the main bed & the sofa bed, both were comfy & the sofa bed was easy to assemble and put away. It is right above a restaurant & next to a bar so it is loud at night when on the balcony but inside has very good sound proofing so we had no problems sleeping even on a weekend night with live music playing etc Kitchen has all the amenities you would require for a longer stay & they look to be in good condition, although we mostly ate out so didn’t really use much except the toaster and the coffee machine. The bathroom has a nice powerful shower & a corner spa bath. There’s also a laundry & clothes rack. Good air conditioning. Everything well maintained & clean, very comfortable & welcoming. Excellent to have secure parking included too. Will definitely return!

Grant and Jodee were amazing hosts. the place is outstanding and the views incredible. I so wanted to stay longer. it really is an amazing place to recharge, really comfortable and beautiful. I left some boardies and the amazing hosts even washed them and dropped them back to me. above and beyond hosts
