Our stay at the house was absolutely wonderful. Everything was incredibly well-organized, beautifully decorated, spotless, and truly impeccable. From the very beginning, Nihal welcomed us with such warmth and care, always attentive and thoughtful. She went above and beyond by surprising our children with a lovely Easter gift such a special gesture that touched our hearts. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the house had everything we could possibly need, making us feel completely at home. It was truly an exceptional experience, and staying at this house made our weekend even more special. Thank you, Nihal, for your kindness and for providing such a perfect place for our family to create beautiful memories. We hope to return someday!

We had a lovely 4-night stay at Teapot Cottage over Easter 2025. The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything our family of five needed. The location was peaceful and picturesque—perfect for a relaxing break. The hot tub was a highlight—clean and ready to enjoy on arrival which was great for unwinding in the evenings. Inside, everything was well-equipped, from the kitchen to the cosy living areas. Communication from the host, Lammisa, was excellent throughout. Clear instructions were provided, and she was quick to respond to any questions. We’d happily recommend this place to others and would definitely return for another family getaway. The farmhouse was beautiful, with a gorgeous setting and the hot tub was very relaxing. Will deffinately stay again.

A great place for a large family. The kids were kept busy with the pool table and ping pong. Everyone slept well and with 3 toilets available, no one was left waiting. Great location for the pleasure beach and other attractions, with tram stops very close by.

This place is gorgeous and very well kept up to date, the hot tub is great and really the kitchen fantastic and well laid out. Very happy.

We cannot more highly recommend this beautiful cottage which was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated with every amenity required. A peaceful location, a 10 minute walk to Kendal town centre and a short drive to Windermere and other stunning locations.
