Villa vacation rentals in Sivas

It was absolutely perfect. We had contact via WhatsApp before arrival, so it was no problem at all to get to the accommodation. The house is a dream, 25 minutes from the airport, the nearest tavern is 5 minutes away and highly recommended. Everything was perfectly clean. It was even wiped once during our stay and new towels were also provided. Everything you need is there, even a basic supply of food, it would satisfy the first hunger. There is absolutely nothing negative to report, we would love to come back.

Absolutely fantastic villa with amazing view just as advertised . I came with a party of 7 and Stamatis was absolutely Amazing and accommodating for everything we need , excursions and all. Place was extremely clean and was great for my 7 person party . My only thing would be we wish the warm showers were so few and far between .

We had a great time in this lovely Cretan stone house, very clean and perfectly equipped. Toilet linen is changed twice a week and bed linen is changed every week, in addition to the cleaning done very regularly, which was not mentioned in the listing😁. The village is very lively and there are excellent restaurants , as well as a small convenience store perfectly busy. Maria Ionna is a very responsive host to our requests and always very friendly . I highly recommend this location!

We had the best time here! Communication before we arrived as well as during our stay was easy and quick. Thank you to Maria, who welcomed us so warmly and helped us with anything we needed! From the first moment we stepped into the house we were in love with this place. There’s enough room for every guest to have their privacy and even their private hamam sauna. Around the villa you only hear some crickets and bells of the sheep herds. The highlight was of course the outside area, where you can grill in the evening and enjoy the beautiful sunsets in the morning! It was an amazing experience and the most beautiful house we stayed at. Totally recommend for a relaxed and luxurious stay!

Good bits. The villa was outstanding, as described & the photo's don't lie! Pool is amazing as are the views. The villa & grounds spotlessly clean & spacious. Plenty of outdoor furniture. Nikos provided a lovely welcome pack, inc Oat milk as requested. He also gave us some good recommendations for ordering in (efoods app was great & better than trying to use the oven & utensils). The beds were very comfortable. We had a problem with the jacuzzi, but Nikos's father was there to sort it out within the hour! Can't fault the service or friendliness. We were a family party of 10 with an age range of 17 to 61. Not so good bits. Not enough plug sockets in the bedrooms & no window covering on the upstairs master bathroom. The cats! They drive you mad, they meow constantly & try to get indoors, you can't leave the doors open (problem when half the party love them & feed them!!! but the other half don't like cats). Taxi's expensive. Overall, would thoroughly recommend & return.

We were eight women who spent a week at Villa Rodea. Had an amazing time, the view is wonderful and we had an uncomplicated care by the Komos team. We'll be back.

3 weeks enjoyed the house, swimming pool and quiet area. Every week the bedding/towels were renewed and cleaned. Rapid response from the hello crete team. Also outside office hours

What a relaxing time we had. Alexia welcomed us with big smile and she explained how to find everything and how it works as well as whatever we needed she would be available to help us. The house is big,spacious, very clean and located in a perfect quiet location with lots of privacy. We arrived late, and there were food and drinks waiting for us. Couldn't recommend here enough!

We had a wonderful stay and hope to return someday: what a beautiful view, good location and fantastic amenities. We really enjoyed it!!

Wonderfully relaxing family holiday spent at Georgio’s place. We had a warm welcome and send off and George was always available when we needed him, at the same time also very respectful of our privacy. Local restaurants served good traditional food. The port was accessible by bus service and about €15 for taxi to Rethymno Port, although in my opinion should be considered if you are staying with young children or elderly, and so would consider hire car if you wish to explore local area. The villa’s pool was very clean and welcoming in the hot sun, and we all enjoyed the sweet and savoury treats that were baked and left for us during our stay, amazing! Overall we had a fantastic break and highly recommend a stay in Villa Rogdia.

The owners were great always on hand and responded very quickly - they arranged car hire and food delivery for our arrival. Would highly recommend this property especially if you like it private - it’s a great location to travel around due to close proximity to main roads to explore along the coast or go down to the south of the island. Would recommend you hire a vehicle, there is a Lidl 5 mins away and the main town is just around 10 mins. This would be ideal for family with older children as there is a great pool and plenty of activities ie pool table / table tennis table. The property was extremely clean with plenty of towels and lovely basket with some fruit / wine on arrival - great hosts and property….

We really enjoyed our stay in Thomais´resort. Thomais did everything to make us feel welcome and welcomed us with homemade cooking and wine. Located on the mountain top the distance to shopping and restaurants is several kilometers, but excellent taxi service solved this so we dropped our plans to rent a car.

Fantastic family holiday. The communication before we went was perfect; clear to understand and always a prompt reply. On arrival into Crete we received a message to check we had landed OK and welcome us to Crete; a really sweet touch. We were met at the property with a very warm and friendly reception from the host, given a quick tour of the property and it's facilities and then left to make ourselves at home. We were very pleased to find a selection of items provided for us to have a drink and a snack on arrival. Throughout the stay Magdalena was contactable if we had any questions and also provided some helpful recommendations of places we might like to visit. The villa was so beautiful though, that we spent a lot of time just enjoying it and relaxing in the peaceful countryside. The location of the villa is fabulous, set high on the hill with mountain and sea views in all directions, yet only a short drive to the shops and beach. Would thoroughly recommend a stay at Diktamon.

We loved our 1 week stay at Sunset Villa! The location is perfect. Private with amazing views, but still close enough to restaurants and shops. Rethymno is a short drive away. The villa was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The outdoor space is particularly special with a large pool, nice seating areas, and great views from the roof terrace. Ibrahim and Karima were great hosts, very welcoming and helpful. Ibrahim was in regular contact with us after booking and waited up late for our arrival at the villa. He even provided eggs, milk, butter, bread, and fruit for us which was such a nice surprise! We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Crete.

Really magical place. Just a stone's throw from the village center. The place was comfy, well thought out, clean, the views were amazing and Monica was very kind and flexible. I would absolutely recommend this place :)

Lovely place to stay, we loved it!!! Anastasia was quick to respond and very friendly. I would stay here again on my next visit. make sure you eat at the tavern at the end of the street if staying, great food and drinks!

The place is exactly as shown in the pictures. Theodoros is a very good host, always very friendly and always available. He sent us some restaurants and shopping opportunities right after our arrival. Our check-in and check-out was flexible and could be adjusted to our flight times by arrangement. All in all, we felt very welcome and well taken care of from day 1! I can recommend Theodoros' villa to anyone who wants to have a nice vacation in Crete without hesitation!

Villa Canyon 2 is impeccable. Nothing to say about it. Beautiful,clean, comfortable, definitely strong point outside with the pool where you can relax. It is on a very quiet hill, 5-10 minutes by car from the center, the road to reach it perhaps slightly uncomfortable because uphill and narrow,but on the other hand you can enjoy the surrounding environment of great tranquility. Self check-in, we were greeted with fruit and a plumcake. If you want to be picky, I only report the absence of shampoo and body wash. In general, however, very positive experience, I would definitely go back to Villa Canyon2.

I can’t thank Antonio, Yiannis & the Sueno team for such a great stay. Nothing was too much to ask and they were all available to help throughout my short stay. The villa is stunning with lots of lovely touches such as robe, slippers, shampoo & conditioner and even a welcome hamper! Thanks again for a wonderful stay and for being amazing hosts.

Great stay at quiet villa I a quiet village (just us, the goats, chickens and cockrels and occasional horse) with fantastic views of the mountains. Good supply of kitchen equipment. We were very grateful for the wine, cake, fruit water and cheese on arrival. Although we did not organise any extracurricular activities with them, the managing company was proactive and responsive, polite and helpful. A car is a must to get around the island easily at your own pace and timetable. We visited beaches, caves, monestries and botanical gardens and ate at lovely restaurants as well as cooking at the Villa. If you like outdoor cooking and are a larger group (we were just two) there is a spacious outdoor kitchen including grill, and pizza/bread oven and sink all under a shading Olive tree at the back if the vila. Fully recommend a stay at the Villa and in Crete

It was a great stay. A little remote but with a car it was perfect. A few minutes you were at the promenade and restaurants and bars were also easily accessible. Overall, we were very satisfied
