Quick to respond. Accommodating. Perfect place to stay while in Verm with our 2 small dogs. Fenced in back yard with 2 doggie doors made them feel right at home

I stayed with my son for 10 nights while he recovered from surgery - so we spent a lot of time there! The house was wonderful and had everything you could think of/need! Everything worked great! The only thing to make note of is there are no blinds on the front room windows. Since the house is on the corner of the road it felt a little revealing to the outside when sitting on the couch. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend for anyone comparing houses!

Quiet and serene, a great place to see Dexter’s unique piece of art. It was fun to see the repurposing of the things and sit on the decks and enjoy the weekend.

We have stayed here more than once, and it is definitely a favorite in Vermillion! We love walking to the Main Street with all of the restaurants and shops. Having the bedrooms upstairs makes it easy for people wanting to hangout downstairs with a movie to not disturb early sleepers. We used the grill and make a big dinner for our son Friday night before their Saturday football game- the kitchen had what we needed and dinner was delicious! The hosts are so friendly and communicative! We will be back!

We were in town for work, and stumbled across this property as we were trying to find a place to stay in Sibley. It was clean, safe and comfortable, and very centrally located! Thank you so much - we would love to stay there again!

The place was very comfortable. The host was helpful when needed, very attentive. Extremely clean, had all kinds of cooking utensils. Very convenient place in Le Mars. The building had a neat history.

We always love staying at one of Brad’s places when we are visiting Siouxland. He is a great host and his place fits our family of four perfectly.

We especially loved the outdoor space—it was the ideal spot to enjoy a quiet morning coffee or wind down in the evening. Stephanie was an outstanding host: responsive, welcoming, and clearly dedicated to creating a five-star experience. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests’ comfort and it made all the difference. This stay exceeded all of our expectations, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway!
