We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The check-in process was seamless, and everything was perfectly prepared to meet our requests. Being a large group, we were initially concerned about coordination, but the caretakers Gautam bhaiya, Das bhaiya and Shanu exceeded our expectations. They were always on their toes, ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of at all times. It genuinely felt like a home away from home! The property itself is stunning, with a beautifully maintained pool that we thoroughly enjoyed. A major bonus is its fantastic location—just under 5 minutes from the beach. The food served was exceptional, and the fresh coconut water offered every morning was such a delightful touch. The Host was incredibly thoughtful and even suggested some amazing local spots for us to visit, which added to the overall experience. Despite being a large group with diverse preferences, everyone had only great things to say about the property and the service.

It’s one of the best places to stay in Goa… peaceful, newly constructed villa with all the amenities and private pool with excellent support staff and the property manager Mr. Manoj was soo helpful in all the ways.. there is a restaurant near by and the taste is awesome too.. This property will definitely be my option when I visit Goa again… and lastly the property matches exactly with the pics that u can see in the Airbnb site..

I had a great stay at this villa with a group of 12 people. The property is spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. The 5 rooms were tastefully decorated, hygienic, and comfortable, providing the perfect space for our group. The caretakers were extremely humble, always available, and very courteous, which added to our pleasant experience. However, I did face a bit of disappointment regarding an extra charge for a chair cushion with a minor burn mark. While the cushion was still fully operational, the fine seemed higher than expected, and the host was not flexible about it. That aside, this villa is a fantastic choice for groups of 10-14 people. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we created many wonderful memories here. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Goa.

The Villa was beautifully decorated and was very spacious. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had an extra couple of guests staying with us who happened to be India at the same time and that was handled very efficiently. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. The villa was cleaned daily which I had never had in any other Airbnb. The beach was 30 minutes walk via a couple of routes which I enjoyed doing every day. We occasionally used a taxi and they were very easy to come by. There are plenty of great eating places both around the beach and more local to the villa. Dunes on the beach was our favourite place to visit for drinks and/or food. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

We were 8 friends and had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The place is situated off the main Calungate Road and all daily needs, medicines and restaurants are in very easy reach. Breakfast provided by the staff was excellent which was a big boon. Kitchen appliances and cutlery are very well provided. Rooms were meticulously cleaned everyday and that was a big relief. Overall we had a good comfortable stay here. Hghly recommended.

Lucy's place is one of the best place I have stayed in my recent times. It is going to be hard for the future host to provide us a place with this high standards. we were group of 6 adults and 2 kids, we stayed for 3 nights. we checked in midnight ly , Lucy was readily available on call whenever needed. she proactively checked with us for car and other things . provided us with a contact of local home chef. The place was easy for find , it's just as seen in the pictures . 20 mins from Baga beach , we were able to get great food delivered for top restaurants in swiggy, there were 2 highspeed wifi . we could not have asked for more. We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Arowana Palms 5 BHK Villa from 4th to 8th Dec 2024, and it was an amazing experience we will cherish! Beautifully designed, spacious, comfortable and well-furnished rooms that offer plenty of space to relax and unwind, making it perfect for a group/family getaway. Parking accommodates 3-4 cars comfortably. A private swimming pool provided a perfect spot to cool off and enjoy some quality time together. Pool table & carrom board added more fun. The villa's caretakers, Nandu and Arjun, were incredibly polite, helpful, and attentive. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, from arranging delicious food to organizing a fantastic barbecue evening. Their warm hospitality truly made our stay more enjoyable. Mr Asis, ensured that all required information is shared with us well in advance. We highly recommend The Arowana Palms for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Goa. We can’t wait to return!

Amazing place. The place looks exactly like in the images. It truly feels like home. When compared to other places which only offer a stove and cooker as kitchenware, this place has everything one needs for a fully functional kitchen. The location is peaceful - away from the touristy hustle and bustle. Overall a 10/10 in every aspect

Excellent service for the housekeeping team. Well sized rooms and comfortable beds. Beach was about 10 to 15 min walk and the main road was just 5 min away with lots of eating places. Very convenient location and quite central. Rosy and her team took great care always providing service for our large group with a smile. We had dinner most days at the vill and she and her team are an excellent cook.

We booked the place for 6 people for 5 days, the host was extremely responsive and proactive to assist us in times of need. All blankets were provided, along with extra towels and napkins. The property was clean, and it is easy to access, the beach is at 5 minutes walking distance. Highly recommended for a stay at a budget.

It was a really good place to hang out with friends in nature

Our stay at Mia CASA by horizon stays was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty and tranquility of the property. Nestled in a secluded location, the villa provided an intimate and private escape, yet was still conveniently close to Anjuna and vagator beach.The villa itself is a true gem-spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with every luxury you could possibly need. The attention to detail in the villa is impressive. The kitchen is fully stocked with high-end appliances and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals when we didn't want to leave. The bedrooms were comfortable and serene, each with its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring complete privacy. The beds were heavenly, and the linens were soft and of the highest quality.The outdoor space was equally incredible, with a private pool. Special thanks to Sagar raj(Host)who helped us organize an evening-it was an unforgettable highlight of our trip. This villa worth the money❤️

This villa is a hidden gem within the quaint, peaceful village that is Aldona. The villa itself is fantastic, it’s very spacious, equipped with all amenities, and is extremely clean. The caretaker, Vasu, makes the stay as smooth as possible. This stay is perfect for anyone looking for a weekend with coworkers to brainstorm among nature, or an escape from city life within the peace of Goa.

Stayed here for about a month and it was a beautiful experience. If you’re looking for a peaceful, a bit isolated stay in the middle of nature, this is it. Badal at the property was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help with anything we needed help with and Olesia was extremely responsive and always available when needed. Our stay at Carmelin & George's Airbnb was absolutely delightful. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by fantastic restaurants. The apartment itself was cozy and well-equipped, making it a great place to stay for our vacation. The decor was beautiful and the hosts had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and convenient. I loved waking up to the sound of the waves and being able to enjoy my morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean. If you're looking for delicious Goan cuisine, make sure to check out George's shack named Inspiration at Mandrem beach for cozy ambience, tasty food, and friendly service. It truly lives upto its name by inspiring relaxation and enjoyment for all who visit.
