Vacation rentals with a patio in Simrishamn

We stayed in Johan's apartment for 6 nights with 4 people. The apartment is very nicely decorated and comfortably furnished. We were able to sleep wonderfully in the beds. The open kitchen/kitchen-living room our main place to stay. Although we didn't have good weather, time hasn't been long for us. We met Johan. He is very nice and took good care of us. Thank you Johan

The cottage was just as we expected - there was everything we needed. Patrik is a great host. Shortly before our arrival my husband suffered a foot injury. Patrik was very supportive and helped us manage this issue. Thank you!

The property is very spacious. A little cold, but with warm clothes you get along well. Slippers are also provided. In addition, there are extra blankets. Washing machine and dryer are also available, although you should be aware that both have only a small fill

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Betina’s holiday apartment. It was centrally located, well equipped and very clean and tidy. We would definitely recommend it to others and would stay again if applicable. We also appreciated the opportunity to charge our car. Betina communicated very well and was extremely helpful.

Our stay in Vitaby was amazing. We appreciated Mats hospitality and lodging. I hope you get a chance to meet Mats. He’s great. The place had beautiful peaceful views, the beds were comfortable, and the decor was great. We would stay again.

Very nice and charming accommodation that suited us perfectly for a one night stay. Close to Simrishamn, by car it took about 15 minutes. Quiet and nice around the apartment, nature just outside. The host Lindsey is very nice and gave us all the instructions we needed before arrival. We can warmly recommend it 😊

Had a great weekend at Jonny's place; good accommodation and really nice garden where we got to take fruit and berries. Was very easy to communicate with and was always available for questions. Very satisfied!

We rented Petra's nice house 4 nights over new year to get away from the big city's firecrackers and rockets. The house worked great for us (me, my roommate, our nine-month-old baby and our leapid dog). Petra was very friendly and quick in his communication. The house was incredibly cozy and well equipped, and there was plenty of old-world charm while feeling fresh and recently renovated. We mostly stayed at home and indoors due to the weather but appreciated our dog and carriage walks in the area. Great grocery stores are a short drive away and we lacked nothing during our stay. Would love to come back another time!

Great attentive host. Hands on all the way. Nice place with all you need. Location is good. I could imagine the garden would be spectacular in the summer.

Easy to find the house, modern contemporary design with spacious open plan kitchen. The house is close to the fishing hamlet and sea (other side of the main road) and near the Automat (self service shop).

We had some really lovely days at Agneta's house. Everything was in the most beautiful order. The house is peaceful and with only one neighbor, which we never heard. Many beautiful hiking trails right nearby. The place was absolutely perfect for us 4 people and 1 dog. We would love to come again: -)

We felt very comfortable at Kristin's. The house is very nicely decorated and there is everything you need. Great recommendations for dining, beaches, etc. Communication was quick, friendly and proactive. Everything very clean and Kristin was very helpful and very friendly. We will be happy to come back!

Had a wonderful week at Kicki and Martin's place in Österlen. Absolutely magical home in an incredibly beautiful setting. Will miss the sunsets at the field. Close to beaches and other places of interest. Highly recommend!🥰🌻

We stayed in Anna's apartment for a week and felt very comfortable there. It is lovingly furnished with lots of little details and the equipment of the kitchen is also very comfortable. It was very quiet in the house and also in the area. And we liked the fact that we could reach the center on foot. Anna was easy to reach at any time and very friendly in contact. We will be happy to come back.

Great apartment close to the water with possibility for lovely walks nearby. The apartment was furnished with everything you needed to make a meal. The beds were comfortable and lovely with a large dining table where you could meet for meals. All in all, a great place where we would definitely like to stay again.

We were very comfortable upon arrival. The apartment was spotless and beautifully modernly furnished. We were able to cook very well, because the kitchen was ideally designed for it. The large bathroom with shower was also extremely comfortable. We also used the balcony regularly and the view of the water from it was of course super nice. The sleeping area was great, only an additional darkening would have been great. The free parking and keyless access to the apartment were great. We had a lovely time here during our Denmark-Sweden tour.

A central accommodation perfect for 4 people with spacious surfaces and a newly renovated bathroom. Welcoming and nice host couple who welcomed us and helped when we had concerns. Nice to not have to bring towels/sheets. Clear instructions. Recommend!

The three of us had such a lovely week at Anne's. The kitchen had everything we needed and the fridge filled with breakfast on arrival was awesome. The farm is idyllically located and the animals were a highlight for our three-year-old son as well. Yes, the farm is situated in such a way that you have to go everywhere by car - but we know that from Sweden. And you don't have to drive far for great excursion destinations in all directions.
