Welcome to Grönhem's farm in the heart of Österlen. Here you will live in one of two apartments, with its own garden, in a crosstalk with origins from the 18th century. The farm is nestled with rolling pastures for our horses in Österlen's hilltop landscapes. It is located between Vik and Rörum with proximity to the sea and the beach at Knäbäckshusen as well as to two golf courses. There are nice walking paths in beech forests close to the farm. The apartment has an open floor plan with integrated kitchen and living room.

Single-family house in Simrislund on a calm street. Fully furnished. 2 beds in double bed in bedroom. 2 single beds in the guest room. Outdoor drying wind and a drying rack are indoors. There are outdoor spaces with three walls furnished with seating with tables and a daybed. Raised garden that is protected,gas grill is available. distance 50m playground ,400msea, 500m railway station ,700m Willys and approx. 1km city center. It is not allowed to charge an electric car due to the safety risk.

Bright open plan house in charming Österlen

Enjoy beautiful Österlen and stay in the tranquil neighbourhood of Rörums strand. Fill your days visiting bustling nearby villages, enjoying great restaurants, numerous art studios, sandy local beaches (unfortunately, Knäbäckshusen beach is closed for 2024 due to storm damage) and the forested hills of adjacent Stenshuvud National Park where you overlook the sea, apple farms and meadows. Beautiful beachfront accommodation in Rörum between Kivik and Simrishamn Stay spacious with views of the apple groves and with bike distance to Knäbäckshuset's chalk-white sandy beaches. Large and spacious patio with outdoor furniture and barbecue grill. Carefully equipped house with all the comforts as well as access to the sauna in the adjacent building. Our nice and cozy house (anno 1865) is located in the middle of Österlen in picturesque Järrestad. The house has two floors with large living area, kitchen and bathroom downstairs and 2.5 bedrooms upstairs. Newly renovated fully equipped kitchen (April -21) Patio, nice garden and big meadow outside (south facing). Close to Simrishamn, swimming, golf courses and everything else Österlen offers!
