The little house in the Pomona Valley

Relax with family at this peaceful home with large wooden deck where the sun reaches from morning till night. The plot is fenced so you can have your dog on your holiday. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, stove and microwave and in the bathroom there is in addition to the toilet and sink also a bathtub. By bike or on foot you reach Sweden's most beautiful beach in Knäbäckshusen in 10 minutes and in the village there is the French crêperie and Mandelman's gardens. The beds are located in a sleeping loft that is reached by stairs.

Sea location in Baskemölla. Entire home.

Architect-designed little house in Baskemölla in Österlen. Immaculate inside 2023. Close by is the sea and a great nature. Skåneleden (SL4) runs just below the house. 5 km south is Simrishamn with restaurants, cafés and shops. To the north you take the wonderful promenade in the footsteps of Carl von Linnaeus towards the fishing community of Vik. Proximity to fantastic sandy beaches and all the little grains of gold that Österlen has to offer. Note: Rental 2025 v24-v27 (weekly) and v32-v35 (weekly) check in Sunday.

Newly built beachfront house in Österlen

Completely newly built in 2022, very fresh detached guest house 100 m from the beach. You live in a forest-like area, with a sea soda and the beach as a neighbor. Take a morning and/or evening swim. Relax with miles of walks or bike rides (bikes can be borrowed). In this quiet area there is a 40 sqm large private small house with two bedrooms at each end (or 160/140cm bed), a living room with sofa and dining area, bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen. Fast wifi. Nice patio with private barbecue.

A unique beachfront house with panoramic view over the Baltic Sea with a spacious porch to the south. 15 minutes walk to Hagestad Nature Reserve with forests, hills, meadows and fields and long white beaches with sand dunes. A stunning view from the hills behind the house 3 bedrooms, an open living room with dining table, fully equipped kitchen and a fireplace. 5 minutes walk to a local restaurant with homemade food. 5 km from a fishing village with local restaurants and the famous Ale Stenar

Open plan cottage 40 m², just 100 m from the beach

Modern cottage in a quiet forested area, only 100 m from the beach with its characteristic fine white sand. Child friendly (100 m to the nearest road, and virtually zero traffic). Both cottages shown are for rent, this ad describes the smaller one on the left. It was built in 2002 and has an open plan with a sleeping loft (double bed, but adults cannot stand up). Drapes for privacy at night. The host Maj lives in a house 30 m towards the beach and is available whenever she isn't out golfing.

By the sea in Brantevik

At the beach in Brantevik is a small guest house with a view over the sea and where only a small walk separates the house from the water. There are four single beds, two in the loft and two in a sofa bed (but the house is small for 4 adults). There is also a small kitchenette, with two hotplates, microwave and fridge as well as a toilet, shower and washing machine. If you need additional beds, there is a nice friggebod next to the house that can be rented for a supplement.

This splendid holiday home is in the Österlen Idyll of Kivik. The house is in a central location and offers a view of the sea and the harbour, which is just 400 metres from the house. The garden is huge and sunny. There are several terraces next to the house. Especially from the huge bedroom, enjoy a view of the grave mounds of Kungagraven, which is the largest of its kind that dates back to the Bronze Age of Sweden. Lots of room for family and friends.

Cottage of 64 sqm a stone's throw from the Baltic Sea. Perfect for the family with two adults and 2-3 kids. Bathroom, kitchen, living room and one bedroom with double bed and bunk bed adapted for children. There is a pull-out bed in the living room. Where there's a TV but no channels. But a Chromecast is available for streaming. Fenced yard. The cottage is left in the same condition as on arrival. Vacuum cleaner, mop and cleaning supplies available.

Guest house is located about 150m from the beachesand parking directly on the plot. Contains 2 single beds (incl. duvet and pillows) that can be moved together, toilet + "trinett kitchen" and separate shower with separate entrance. It is popular to jwalk on the shore of the several km long beach and finish with a dip before breakfast. Check-in Saturdays after 3 pm, check-out Saturdays before 11 am. No smoking ! Welcome!
