Beachfront vacation rentals in Simrishamn Municipality

Very cozy, very nicely furnished summer cottage right by the sea in the second row. You can be at the sea in 30 seconds and on wide sandy beaches in 3 minutes. Kitchen is well equipped, towels and linens were there. We found the description of the striking situation a little misleading: There is actually only one real, lockable bedroom with two single beds. The other sleeping arrangements are cozy, BUT not in separate rooms. Our double bed was in the passage right next to the kitchen, our son slept at the top of the gallery in the living room and therefore did not have his own room as a retreat. We had imagined this differently, was ok for us as a family, but with friends I would not find this situation so pleasant.

A place to be. We loved it and our dog too. Great location near the ocean. Perfect for your holidays. We felt home and can truly recommend this house.

A good and spacious cottage with good equipment and there was most of it as you need. Very good location and close to beach and activities. We would love to come back :)

Unfortunately, I had not understood that sheets and towels are not included in the price. Doubt if I had booked if I had known. Now they were kind and gave me access to sheets for a fee! Otherwise a great place to stay!

We had a nice, short stay at the cottage. The location is fantastic, in a small grove, the beach is right around the corner. For people who do not own a car, it is good to know that there is not often a bus and the nearest shopping for pedestrians is a long way away. We enjoyed the seclusion and the peace and quiet. The beach is not crowded even on sunny days, in cloudy weather, we were even there alone. The cottage is, as described, very small, but very cleverly furnished, with cooking utensils, electric stove top, kettle, etc. There are many mosquitoes in the forest, so it is recommended to bring mosquito spray! Everything was clean on our arrival. We will be happy to come back!

We spent our summer holidays at this lovely house close to the beach and really enjoyed our time here together with our kids. The location of the house is perfect - on a private path to the beautiful sandy beach.

We were here for the second time and had a great time again! Camilla and Anders are very warm hosts, very attentive and generous. The holiday apartment was already decorated with little surprises (toys, cuddly toys) for our child. They gave us lots of tips for trips in the area. The apartment and the entire farm are beautiful and cozy, we felt very comfortable.

There were four of us in August for four days. The apartment is located directly on the beach (great) and you can see the Baltic Sea from the balcony. Joacim gave us excellent instructions for check-in, so it was easy to get into the apartment via the code lock. The apartment is very well equipped, even in the kitchen. Breath taking sunrise views. Cozy bed and great location just on the beach and easy parking + Type 2 charging possibilities. Very much recommend this great place!

We had a great time in this lovely summerhouse with great location. Just a short walk to the beach wich was not crouded at all during our stay! The swimmingpool was our daughters favorite! We would come back for sure 😀

We were very comfortable when we arrived. The apartment was sparkling clean and nicely modern. We were able to cook very well because the kitchen was well designed for this. The large bathroom with the shower were also extremely comfortable. We also used the balcony regularly and the view of the water was of course super nice. The sleeping area was great, just an extra blackout would have been great. Great was the free parking and the keyless access to the apartment. We had a lovely time here during our Denmark-Sweden tour.

Super nice place with a great location right on the beach. Daniel is a great host and was very easily accessible and also reached us through excursion destinations himself. The only downside was the not quite darkenable bedroom, which was quite unusual in connection with the spots always turned on at night on the outside of the building. If in doubt, you'd prefer to bring a sleeping mask, then that's fine.

Perfect accommodation for our large group. Very child friendly and cozy with walking distance to Åhus Brygga. Very good communication with Malin both before and during the stay.

Nice and nice accommodation right by the beach. Municipal pool that was great for the kids very close, fantastic ice cream kiosk in the same house. Perfect for a few days of lounging.

This was a really great AirBnB experience! It was an absolutely pleasure to stay for a week in this beautiful beach house, which is just a stone throw away from the beach. It's an absolute gem, nicely furnished and super clean. Our kids loved the garden and the sundeck. The communication with Novasol and the owner Lotta was very easy. We enjoyed every second of our stay and would definitely come back whenever we are back in Borrby. Thanks again for your hospitality, Lotta!

Perfect accommodation! Large, spacious, comfortable, a wonderful garden! We and our son with family had everything we needed, it worked very well with a small 1 year old, we felt completely safe.

Clean, tidy and cosy cabin that we can highly recommend. Nice surrounding and close to many nice places in the area.
