Condo vacation rentals in Simpson Bay

Fantastic place to stay with the four of us (two kids). Lenworth and Janel are great helpfull people. Two bedrooms with each a bathroom was luxury for us. Joy and Dale are wonderful hosts. Great communication, easy check in. Condo is located in the middle of everything, if you are going to Sint Maartin this is where you want to stay. Close to Maho beech good restaurants and night life all in walking distance. Thanks again Joy and Dale

The previous photos, description, and reviews are very accurate and reflect reality. Big favorites for the terrace and for the studio decor. Patrick is a perfect host! The Mezza Luna and Savannah restaurants within walking distance are delicious, as well as the nearby bakery for croissants, sandwiches, and coffee. We recommend this studio without hesitation, perfect for a couple or single person.

Shelly’s apartment is spotless, perfectly located near the beaches and restaurants, and ideally situated for exploring St. Maarten. The space is comfortable and equipped with all the amenities you could need. Shelly is incredibly responsive, flexible, and kind, making the whole experience seamless. If her apartment is available, I would definitely stay here again. She absolutely deserves 5 stars!

Marie’s place came as advertised. It was clean, spacious, functional, cozy, and well decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped and generally in good working condition. The water in the master bath shower ran a bit cooler than the main bath shower but not a huge issue as there was thankfully the second bathroom as an option. The view and proximity to the beach was appreciated daily and was a differentiator. Didn’t swim in it though as there are better options nearby but was essential to our overall experience. Parking was really convenient too. The location is very close walking distance to a small grocery store (literally across the street) and an awesome boulangerie (we bought quality baguettes and pastries there daily). Marie was very friendly, kind, helpful, and quick to respond to your needs. Overall, it checked off on everything we expected and was a key factor to making our vacation a success. Would definitely come back!

The setting and location of this apartment is outstanding. It was wonderful to be able to see the sea out the window, hang out on the patio, and walk right down a few stairs to the beach. It is a 5 minute walk down the beach to the beginning of the town with tons of restaurants, I understand some of the best on the island. We liked being away from the busier parts of the island where the cruise ship ports are. A couple downsides of the the apartment is that you hear people pretty easily because oddly the bathrooms have windows that go to the common areas, I guess for ventilation, but it can be noisy and we heard babies cry in the middle of the night. A sound machine could be a good option. The other potential downside is being on a busy road without a sidewalk. We were close to town but didn't want to walk on the beach at night, so ended up driving. Though there are not many parking spaces, Ian did tell us where else to park when the spaces were full and that worked out.

Beautiful condo with a million dollar view! Communication was 5 stars! If we needed anything at all had any questions they were answered and we were helped right away. The condo is spacious we had plenty of room! It is right beside Mary Boon’s where you can sit on the beach and enjoy the entire day by the water if you buy drinks! It was fabulous!! Things to note This is right at the airport , planes right past your kitchen window! The planes fly from 7am until 10. When I say right at the airport I mean a 737 aircraft takes off right outside the kitchen window. It is very cool!! Also loud… just something to be aware of. You absolutely need a car. This is not close enough to Simpsons Bay to walk easily. Also only one bedroom truly has an ocean view. The others are not what I would consider an actual ocean view. All that said we had an amazing time! Thank you for hosting us! We would definitely come back again!

Steps from the beach, steps from the bars, steps from the best restaurants. What else could you ask for? This ground-floor apartment is super aesthetic, spacious, and had a private backyard area. I briefly considered moving in and forwarding my mail.

I had such a wonderful experience staying here! The Airbnb was exactly as described and had such a cozy feel. I really appreciated how safe I felt throughout my stay, and the location was just perfect. There are so many great restaurants within walking distance, which made dining out so easy and enjoyable. Mullet Beach is also just a short walk away – such a beautiful spot to relax. Plus, there’s a grocery store nearby, which was super convenient for essentials. The hosts were kind, thoughtful, and went out of their way to make some good recommendations. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend it! I’ll be back to stay long term! 🥰

Great little tiny studio on small beach on outskirts of Marigot. Very pleasant and enjoyable for two! We did experience leaking from the water heater, but Camille fixed it when we were out for the days activities.

We loved staying with Leanne! She and Danielle accommodated our family at the last minute and everything was perfect. The place is beautiful, clean and comfortable, with everything you might need to for an amazing stay.

The house is just like the photos, a common area with a pool, barbecue and a beautiful garden. The cleaning is excellent. It has everything you need to use in the kitchen. You can feel at home. The hosts are super attentive and are aware of everything. Thanks!

We had a wonderful stay, the location was very convenient as it was close to all of the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Grocery store and restaurants are just steps away, the beach is about a 10 minute walk. The condo was just as the pictures depict and the check in was extremely easy as the host sent very clear instructions. Host was very responsive and extremely accommodating, looking forward to our next visit!

This Airbnb and a very good value. It was clean and the downstairs air conditioner was cold when we needed it. The views are spectacular! Karine was quick to help us out when we needed bowls and beach towels. She helped us with the WiFi and upstairs fan too. Ask her for directions to the path to Orient Beach. The pool is on the ground floor-it’s not obvious from the photos-and sometimes it was busy with up to 8 people, but usually not too busy. I recommend bringing your own pillow and make iced coffee at night for the next morning because the keurig is noisy in the a.m.. The washing machine was such an asset. Always had hot water for showers and never for washing dishes. Am going to miss this place! Thank you so much Karine!

My stay at Glory's Residence was a memorable one..the place was as described and all the amenities listed was present. The surrounding was very peaceful and scenic and if you're lucky enough you can catch a glimpse of monkeys in the area. Will surely be back!

We stayed in Anne's apartment for a few days between our holiday in Orient Bay and flying out home, we wanted somewhere conveniently close to Marigot, shops and restaurants and Anne's place was just what we wanted. The place was clean, equipped with all modern amenities and the sunsets were beautiful. Anne was super proactive in her communication.

Harry was terrific. His condo had the most amazing private beach area was clean. Walkable to everything in Margiot. Harry showed us some of the local favorites including the amazing Sandy's Rst. From the very beginning Phil was very helpful and personable. Phil was very detailed on the instructions for check-in and the surrounding area. He provided recommendations for things to do and places to eat. He inquired if we had any questions or concerns, making us feel comfortable and at ease with renting from him. He already had pretty much covered 99.9% of the information that would have been needed, therefore we felt pretty much at home being in his place. We loved how well stocked the unit was re: towels, linen, kitchen supplies, the peacefulness of the unit and the cleanliness (which is definitely a plus plus for us) but above all the view from the unit was to die for. We enjoyed our time very much especially when lounging at the pool. We were especially grateful that he accommodated our check-out time. We will definitely be back. Thank you Phil for being a great host.

Carole is a first class host. Her place was clean and as described. The home was in a gated complex, very safe. Carole provided a list of recommended restaurants at varying price points and all those we went to were fantastic! The walk into the town of Marigot was about 5 minutes, but at first the area seamed a bit sketchy. After walking a few times it was not the bad, people were friendly, and at night rather empty. Carole was very responsive to any requests. Access was easy, keys in a lock box! Thanks Cheers Peter and Peggy

Fabulous stay, very clean and well located apartment with restaurants nearby. Access to the pool, gym, laundry is very convenient. I highly recommend this place if you want to discover the island with peace of mind.

Beautiful condo with great views, and convenient to most places on the Island. Jolanda was very responsive to any questions and needs we had. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a very tropical, beautiful view in the open air kitchen. The bathrooms and kitchen had very nice finishings. Very comfortable bed and furniture. Great air conditioning when needed. Great pool area with two pools. Nice breezes since you are right on the water. The condo grounds had beautiful palm trees and flowering plants everywhere. There's a great bakery and three restaurants on the water that are walkable from the unit. Mullet Bay beach was our favorite, a short distance away with three places for food. It's close to Maho Village also with a small shopping area with shops, restaurants and a casino. Romaine was a very responsive host if you had a question or need. A car is recommended. Beach chairs and a cooler were provided also.
