Vacation rentals with a pool in Simpang Ampat

Lovely stay at this airbnb, highly recommemd for those staying in Penang.

Beautiful home and many rooms, perfect for families and group of friends with kids. Great location to access many places in George Town. Friendly & prompt owner. Would definitely stay here again at the next Penang trip

It was the perfect fit for my staycation. The villa was absolutely gorgeous and the jacuzzi was a lovely touch. It felt like we were in Bali. Just note that all the rooms are on the same floor (we initially thought it was double storey with rooms upstairs) but it worked out well all the same :) would definitely want to stay here again next time. Host was very helpful and responsive.

Says exactly what's on the listing - very adequate for a short stay. Loved the pool and facilities, the fact that there was a restaurant and also a 24 hour shop - great for us without a car! But the Grab taxis needed the photos provided by host to get us there, and had some trouble finding us when we wanted a pickup.

Very nice condo, and really gorgeous pool. The only difficulty was tiny, tiny lock on mailbox containing keys. Impossible to make out the numbers on the lock.

It's a really comfy and cozy unit, suitable for family/friend gatherings. The unit was clean and the electrical appliances were easily accessible. Check-in and check-out were smooth as the owner was responsive and helpful.

Will come again with my family....the house so clean, comfortable n room so big.Kids really enjoy the swimming pool.

Eugene is a great host, from amenities checking initially until check-in, everything was smooth and flawless. Eugene’s unit is a corner unit, with fantastic un-onstructed sunrise view. It’s a unit with full amenities which made you feel home. Noticed quite a lot of baby necessities as well however i travelled with fully grown up. Nice restaurants downstairs and next to the condo, with walkable distance for youngster. We called grab car for senior citizens and at RM6/trip to Gurney Plaza/Paragon/hawker area. Big new Gurney Bay opposite condo-a new landmark for Penang. I will definately come back to Eugene’s place again if prefered to stay around Gurney area.

This was a great place to stay out of the hustle of Georgetown. the apartment was spacious with all amenities you would need with a groceries store just downstairs and a plethora of great coffee shops and restaurants near by

Staying at Mr. Chan's place was a new and exciting experience. From the moment I entered, I was amazed by the minimalist arrangement of the furniture and interior decor. There was a fully equipped kitchen and a TV with lots of entertaining movies. The internet was fast, and the bathroom was clean. Mr. Chan is a host who truly values quality. He loves sharing useful information with his guests. He is very friendly and easy to get along with. I will definitely stay here again!

Second time here and we love it. The apartment is perfect, clean and has everything you need. The view is spectacular. The rooftop with pool, sun loungers, playground, sauna and gym is amazing. We will be back again 🤩

It would not be an exaggeration to say that in spite of Penang’s attractions of food and activities, Diana’s apartment made the difference between a good vacation and an exceptional one. We had an exceptional time in Penang. In fact, we enjoyed the apartment so much that we spent quite a lot of time in it. We used the gym daily and watched Netflix (our own account) together over the festive period (Christmas). Checking in was easy. We had a nice car park lot in the basement car park. Home was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed in the apartment. We enjoyed walking in the seafront park across the street, and there were some very good dining options within mins walk from the apartment. It was a rested vacation. Last but not least, Diana is a very responsive host. Her responsiveness and clear communication stood out for us. We will readily recommend this lovely stay to anyone.

The host is friendly and helpful. She waited for us at the apartment due to our delay in arriving out of the airport. She provided clear instructions on how to access the car park and apartment door. The inside of the apt is clean and pleasant. The linen is clean and comfortable. We adults and children were very happy with our stay here and surely will use their service again if we revisit Penang.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay in Edward's apartment. All the amenities were great, such as the wifi and TV. Having a functional kitchen allowed us to cater for ourselves if we wanted to do so. The best feature is the balcony which oversees a stunning setting. Edward is a great host who communicated with us constantly. Nothing was an issue for him to sort out. I would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone wishing to visit and stay on Penang Island as the location is central to everything.
