Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Silver City

Beautiful home, well appointed. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the welcome homemade chocolate chip cookies!

The posted description accurately describes the Carrage House Cottage (CHC). The first thing we experienced was the spaciouness of the cottage and uncluttered furnishings. The kitchen has everything one needs to prepare full and light meals. The CHC is located high on a hill between downtown and the college. There is ample off-street parking and the neighborhood seems secure and is quiet for peaceful sleep. We recommend taking a flashlight with you if you walk downtown (about 0.3 miles) at night. Being on a hill the walk downtown includes sidewalk steps that are sometimes not uniform and difficult to see. Outstanding hiking trails are nearby and the CHC provides a comfortable place to rest after exploring the Gila Forest. Dogs are welcome! We will ask to return later this year to continue our exploration of the area. Thank you.

Absolute serenity -- Sandy's guest house is immaculately maintained, thoughtfully decorated, and adorned with a beautiful garden full of birds of all varieties. The views are truly epic: New Mexico's high desert mountains both near and far, Bear Creek right outside the backdoor, and unmatched dark sky stargazing with the Milky Way and stars stretching from horizon to horizon. What can beat taking in this scenery while also sitting in a hot tub taking it all in? Sandy also provides fresh baked bread and organic coffee and other breakfast items that get each day started on the right foot. Sandy is also highly responsive and available for any questions, and cheerfully provides great advice on local hikes/activities/restaurants. Local hiking opportunities are also top-notch and offer a variety of options, including summiting 9000 ft peaks, canyon hikes through multicolored towering rocks, and naturally occurring hot springs. We will be back!

This is a lovely location, and beautifully appointed. We have had guests stay in this unit (overflow) and all rave about the comfortable bed and great rain-shower. Very responsive hosts - a great place to stay in Silver City!

We had a wonderful time at the Silver City Casita. Cindy and Alex were great hosts, very clear instructions and helpful. The house was just what we were looking for— it is a nice neighborhood close to the main drag, comfy, and quiet. Our dogs enjoyed it as well! Thank you so much!

This is our go-to rental when we travel to Silver City to see our family. If this house isn’t available the dates we want, we will find a time that it is available. The lot is large. The location feels safe. Lots of wildlife. Birds, deer, bunnies. Lots of birds!! Every time we come Rachel adds a new nice amenity. We cook most of our meals in the well stocked kitchen. I don’t know how many hours I spent swinging on the glider in the backyard making great memories with my 9 year old granddaughter. The house is well kept and very clean. We will continue to stay at Rachel’s place as long as it’s available. Thank you SO much Rachel. We sure appreciate your place in Silver City and enjoy doing business with you.

Four of us (two couples) stayed at Polly's place and it worked out great. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and one with two twins. The bedrooms are separated by a door only so if someone is really sensitive to sound, this could be a small problem, as sounds from one room could be heard in the other. However, it was not really a problem for our group. We enjoyed sitting around the dining room table and reading/watching TV in the very comfortable living room/sitting area. Th e house and yard are surprisingly private and spacious. It should be noted that parking is on the street and there are 4 or 5 steps down to the level where the entry patio is. The kitchen was very well equipped - more so than many airbnbs. And the water pressure was great! Thank you Polly!
