Great place in Istanbul, felt like home. Three levels & basement, 3 bd, 3 bth, a patio for morning coffee and evening tea, authentic stay in Istanbul (Beşiktaş- Ortakoy area). Safe place, we have found parking place easily, the host, Yunus - was very helpful and kind.

We were very satisfied, the house,pool,cleaning etc. met our expectations in everything, Ms. Gülcan hosted us very well, and thank you to Mr. Tolga, we will 🙏 definitely come back again

A full price performance house. The hot pool was very good. Very close to grocery stores, bakeries, etc. It was clean and tidy. We stayed comfortably for 10 people, but the house has 1 double bed and 2 single beds. There are armchairs, etc. There is a tea maker and coffee maker in the kitchen. All the specified amenities are available and working. I recommend.

Ms. Yeşim is a great host, easy to communicate with, she is very good at hospitality, she is caring. It offered quick solutions to everything for us, we had an extremely comfortable and enjoyable time as a group of 6. We stayed in Ilker house for a month. We enjoyed every minutes of our stay. The house is in a very peaceful investment, with a walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and never the less to the beautiful water line of Bosphoruse and Bebek exclusive area. The cozy garden in the front is a place were you can enjoy your meal outside. The partial view of the Bosphoruse, The Bousphoruse Bridge and the asian side of Istanbul makes the house even more charming. Ilker is a very nice host who cares about his guests and makes sure that nothing is missing. Very helpful and easy to get in touch with. Me and family feel that we had a firend as our host. We realy felt ourself like home. Thank you again Ilker for beeing such a nice and caring host. We will definitely choose your beautiful home for our next stay.

We were absolutely satisfied, the host was always quick to answer our questions. The house was generally clean, especially the bathroom and kitchen were spotless ; however, detailed cleaning can be done. The bottom corners were just dusty for our crawling babies. We've never had a warm-up issue. Kitchen utensils were a little limited, glasses, small pots, etc. would be great if they were added. We were quite satisfied, we plan to stay again thinking that the pool would be very nice in the summer.

The Christmas movie house of my dreams was 😍 very nice. Whatever you see in the photo, it's really it. We had a small period, the hot pool was very fun. By the way, Mr. Birol was both very caring and everything was spotless. And we want to come in the summer. Because the garden is really big and there are very nice areas. The moment we stepped into the garden, we felt like we were in our own home. Everything was made before we arrived. We had a very pleasant time as 4 families. The house and the pool were absolutely very hot. Families with Children may prefer. The host, Mr. Gökhan, immediately responded. We felt like we were in our own home. Only the kitchen and bathroom furniture has been worn out and can be repaired. Also, since it was cold on the glass balcony, unfortunately we couldn't sit down. The UFO located there is insufficient power. Overall, we were satisfied. Thank you

We rented a place through this application for the first time, the owners of the villa, father, son, very polite, and humble. We got an immediate answer to all our questions. Even though the weather was rainy, the pool was so hot that we could get in even in the evening. The rooms are immaculately spacious and definitely one of the best if you are going to keep them on the sides of Kartepe. They really deserve the money you give to the fullest. It's been our favorite place.

The house is great. We gathered 8 people to celebrate. We went with twin babies. They provided two high chairs and a park bed. Everything and everything was clean and the pool was very nice. Of course, there is a clear smell of chlorine from those used for heating and cleaning purposes, but if not, we could have doubted cleanliness. Next time, we will take bathrobes and garden slippers with us. It was not a good idea to use the bath towels by the pool, we made a mistake

The house was as pictured and quite clean. The house and the pool were heated before we arrived, all the items and supplies we would need in the house were available, towels, slippers, barbecue and fire pit supplies, cleaning supplies, etc. There was wifi in the house and it was everywhere without any problems, and Netflix was also available. The kitchen was built-in and the machines were all working properly. We also used the washing machine in the bathroom and we were satisfied with it, and it would have been much nicer if there was a tumble dryer. The hot tub was quite big and worked fine. The temperature of the pool was very good, we used it comfortably during the day and at night. The garden was quite spacious, with very good lighting and having a dining table in the barbecue area was also very pleased with us. We had a pleasant time both inside the house and in the garden. Her privacy was also quite good, both the garden walls were high and not too low with the neighbors. Having an indoor garage in the garden was also an extra benefit. Our host was also very caring and helpful.

Everything was very nice, we entered without any problems, we left without problems, my friends stayed more than me, and even though they left a little polluted, we did not have any problems with communication, we did not have any problems in any waterfall, everything was good and beautiful.

Mr. Ercüment's helpfulness, solution-oriented approach and hospitality in everything were really appreciated. Her husband Ms. Müzeyyen's kind attitudes and the hospitality she offered made us feel at home. The place we stayed was exactly the same as the photos in the advertisement; we did not encounter any surprises. The fact that it is located in a safe location made us feel at ease and the fact that the items to meet our every need have complemented our comfort. Cleanliness, order, and attention to detail exceeded our expectations in every way. It was a great chance to come across such sincere, kind, and caring hosts.
