House vacation rentals in Sierre District

We were more than happy with our stay at this cottage, which perfectly matches its description. But what marked us the most was above all the exceptional hospitality of the hosts: warm, caring and always available. Their kindness was greatly appreciated by our entire group. The chalet is in a great location, with shuttles that serve the ski resort and the baths very well that adds a perfect touch of relaxation after a day in the mountains. I have had the opportunity to stay in several Airbnb rentals, but this one is one of those that will have left me with a memorable memory, an exceptional quality of hospitality. We would highly recommend this property!

It is a well designed, classic-styled ski chalet with spectacular views across Sion to snow topped mountains. It is a short drive down to Sion or up to Thyon. Beautiful walking is within easy reach, whether you want 3000m peaks or a stroll by a stream. Or just visit the many historic sites or vineyards. The chalet has a strong sense of having been a much loved family ski chalet and holiday home for many years. As a result it is unusually well equipped - Raclette machines, fondues, ham slicers, big bbq etc. There are great places to sit inside and out with a real sense of comfort and style. The pool is a welcome addition on very hot days, albeit it is not the most obvious destination for a holiday by the pool.

There were 8 of us at Airbnb and we had a great weekend. The surrounding area is very nice and quiet. The kitchen is super equipped. On the upper floor it gets a little cooler at night but under the duvets it is warm enough. The house is rustic, which also makes the charm! We would leave in a heartbeat.

The cottage is spacious, convenient and very welcoming. If access is only on foot, which has not bothered us in any way, it is located quietly and very close to the bisse d 'Ayent and its magnificent walks. The FreeBus stop, which drops you off in front of the gondola in winter, is right at the end of the pathway and that's great! Living there for a weekend with the family, with big children (all adults), at 8, is a time that we prioritize in the year and everything has come together to make it go really well. The season didn't allow us to enjoy the large terrace, but in the warm season it's really a plus, with a magnificent view. Great value for money. Thanks to Salvatore for his availability and his nice gesture for the 9th guest on the ground floor.

We had a great time at Chalet Margaret. The scenery and views from the cottage is beautiful, the ideal location allowing many hikes and activities from the cottage on foot. The chalet is particularly well equipped. We did not lack anything and felt great in this cottage, young and old. We will come back without hesitation

Extraordinary little tower in authentic Swiss mountain village. Fully equipped, nice bed and a wonderfully decorated ceiling. The garden is beautiful and has two terrasses overlooking the village and the Rhône valley. Numerous hiking possibilities. Roland is very friendly and helpful and knows everything about the region.

We had an exceptional stay at this beautiful cottage! As soon as we arrived, we immediately felt at home. The cottage, both warm and comfortable, is perfectly renovated and offers an ideal setting to rest in peace. Only 100 meters from the bus stop and then 5 minutes from the Zinal cable car. We would highly recommend this place and are already looking forward to returning for a new stay.

We were lucky enough to stay with Marianne and Victor for a few days. The cottage is spotless, very well fits a family with two children. It is very nicely decorated, the bedding is of good quality we slept very well, and the kitchen equipment allows cooking for the whole family. The location in the village is perfect: less than 5 minutes from shops and about 8 minutes from the bubbles that take you to the top. Definitely recommend and would not hesitate to book again!

The accommodation was perfect when we arrived and looked just like the photos, with all amenities and services being exactly as described. The location was also incredible, with scenic views and amazing landscapes surrounding it. Additionally, the seller had great communication and was very helpful to all our needs. Lovely chalet very close to Montana. Great for our 2-day ski trip, but probably delightful in spring or summer as well.

I fully recommend this chalet. Be aware that you need a car if you want to stay there.

If you’re looking to get away from the hustle and noise, look no further. This place is incredibly quiet, private and peaceful. Plus it has a beautiful view! It provided the getaway we needed. Also, Carmen was a very attentive host and even dropped off some veggies from her garden for us.

It is a cosy cabin with enough space for a family. We had really good family time at Malena’s place. She is really flexible and not complicated. If you travel by bus, the station is close from the cabin. You can also walk around 10 to 15 min to Grimentz.

The accommodation is very pretty and comfortable with a fabulous view (and sunshine). I would say it is more beautiful than what we see in the photos (interesting architecture, quality furniture and amenities, full kitchen). It is suitable for any public: adults, children and teenagers. Sunbathing in the morning, walks in beautiful nature, perched at the top of an old and fairly well preserved village, fireplaces in the evening and, we had a great week!
