The apartment is in the center of the beautiful old town. Location is perfect. The place is just like what we see in this listing - clean and spacious with 2 beautiful patios. Most importantly, the host Fabiola is friendly, helpful and always responsive. Would definitely recommend it to friends.

Our stay was fantastic, the time did not accompany much so we spent a lot of time in the house, which is wonderful. Very clean and cozy, we lit the fireplace with the firewood that Agustín and Nuria gave us. The estate is incredible too, we took a very pleasant walk, ideal to disconnect. Very close to navacerrada, cercedilla and the mills. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, Recommended!

Marta was a great host. We stayed for a few days and left to visit another city. We returned to this apartment a few days later for a second stay and it was just as amazing as the first. Thank you so much for a great visit.

The location was great...quiet and within walking distance of everything. The neighborhood had lots of options for food...grocery stores and restaurants. Apartment was spacious, light, and very clean. We would stay there again without hesitation.

Perfect place to enjoy nature and not hear a single noise No lack of detail in the house, which sleeps 6 in excellent comfort Perfect terrace for barbecue I went in the month of December and the weather accompanied me, but I don't want to imagine how well you can be in that area with the swamp 15 min walk from home. The accommodation is as described and seen in the photos, with everything you need. It was a great help to have the garage as there were no places on the street to park. A touch of the magdalenas and having coffee. Around there are several parks with swings and a dog park.

Wow! Juan Antonio tracked our flight and saw we were delayed and accommodated us upon arrival. He graciously walked through the house and functions, shared tips on museums, recommended great running trails, and left a lovely continental breakfast for us. We were a group of four adults and four teens and the space was perfect (no kids had to share beds!) there were plenty of linens, and the living room set up allowed for kids to play games while adults chatted, and the shower water pressure was fantastic. You are steps from Plaza de Espana and Temple Debod and less than 10 minutes walking to the palace. The area had tons of dining options and felt incredibly safe.

in 6 people we celebrated New Year's Eve 2025 in Madrid and what to say host always available and attentive to our requests. very clean apartment and as advertised 25 minutes from the center but very useful from the subway and out of the chaos of the city. great value for the price. Highly recommend.

Jaime's apartment was very comfortable for us to celebrate the old night with family and children. There is a room with a lot of toys that makes it easy for you to entertain the little ones in the house. A few meters from the center of Navacerrada and a supermarket. communication with jaime was prompt and effective.

Perfect location, quiet area and with bus nº 20 in front of the door and a nearby metro stop. We had already been there 2 years ago and we liked it so much that this time we repeated. Good development, Friendly host, pending and unabashed. Very clean and well equipped apartment. The access and departure, arriving by car to the M30, superfacil. Totally recommendable.

The air bnb was very cute with a lot of light. It was super clean and spacious. Jose was very responsive and understanding when I ran late for check-in. Overall a great experience!

Stay very nice in Madrid Very well connected area, with quite a few services(supermarket , reataurantes, pharmacy, metro...). It has paid parking in the same building. Very comfortable in the apartment, it has everything we need. Highlight the comfort of the bed and the sofa bed, as well as the good heating. Carlos is a very good host,very attentive to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We will certainly repeat if we return to Madrid.

Good morning. 1. We had some initial issues of understanding to specific issues that we raised, although the subsequent reaction was excellent. Everything was fixed and it was a great stay. 2. Special attention of the owner (Iñigo) and the guardians (Angel and Said) of the estate who were at all times at our disposal. Very polite and caring treatment and huge predisposition. The estate is beautiful and the attention is excellent.

Clean, safe, comfortable, close to train station. Great playground across the street and a little one inside the building’s courtyard as well. Lorena was kind and responsive.
