It's a nice house and within walking distance you can eat tapas. Not far from the big road so you can easily go anywhere.

A lovely villa in beautiful surroundings. we were very comfortable and had everything we needed, plus the tomatoes from Juan Antonio's garden were absolutely delicious. The pool was perfect for the kids and it was so peaceful. Great bar nearby in Restabal. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much :)

We had a great stay in a lovely, characterful house. It was beautifully renovated whilst retaining a feeling of belonging to the old village. We had an issue with broken heaters but Cristina responded within an hour with another one on the doorstep. She,also, provided the cleaners contact details for an extra log delivery which was ready and waiting for us. Top hosting!

A great accommodation with private swimming pools, 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. All the necessary was present. We were able to enjoy our holidays very much.

We were at this accommodation in the Alpujarra de Granada and it was an excellent experience. They are two perfectly equipped houses, ideal for groups or families, as in our case that we were two families, which is ideal for being together during the day but then having your own space to rest. The cleanliness is impeccable, and everything is very well kept. The pool is a great addition, but the best in winter is the hot water jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the area, even raining!. The kids have had a great time, with room to play and enjoy. The fireplaces are great to warm up on these dates and worked perfectly and Martin was a great host answering our doubts instantly. In addition, it is an ideal location as a base to know the beautiful villages of the Alpujarra. Definitely a highly recommended place.

Charming hosts, cosy cottage, delightful dogs, an amazing pool and just about the best olive oil you could taste, all nestled in a lovely part of the world with scrumptious views and easy access to the amazing Sierra Nevada mountains. We loved our time at Olivers place and will be back.

From the moment of arrival they were very close and friendly with everything related to the house and the place. The house had all the basic necessities, even more than necessary (chicken eggs). The stay was very pleasant and quiet and with any questions we were always in contact in a simple way. The truth is that it has been a perfect weekend of good company that we will definitely take into account again in the future. I'm glad to be able to find people as good as them, highly recommended!!

We stayed at Cortijo Los Chinos from 27th - 31st December 2024. The house and surrounding area is an Oasis, an ideallic getaway for those longing for a few days of peace and quiet. You can cosy up by the fire place or go for a swim in the pool. We didn't use the pool on this trip but we will definitely be back in warmer weather. The house was very clean and comfortable. We were visited by a number of cats from neighbouring properties. They were very loving and cleanly kept and kept us company as we missed our own cats who had to stay at home. The grounds were full of orange trees and the oranges were lovely. I can honestly say I have never stayed anywhere with more freshly squeezed orange juice. The owner Esther is lovely and was always very kind and courteous in all my conversations with her. 11/10 cannot rate highly enough! The best trip we’ve had in a long time.

Wow! what a lovely cottage, amazing views and lovely hosts, Paula and Meghan... Having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the valley is something we'll never forget. Swimming pool was lovely with plenty of loungers and shade too.

A 10-star accommodation, everything was very clean, and the attention we received was the best. He left us coffee, sugar, infusions, a nice touch. He's a 10-star host, I spoke with him to be able to check in a little earlier and without any problems. When we arrived, he had left the heating on to warm the house, a very nice touch. Next year we'll be back again. He's quite the host, 100% recommended.

Fran has an extraordinary attention to detail, responsive and attentive... the place is exceptional in the middle of nature with birdsong and the murmur of the waterfall. We loved making fires in the fireplaces... Fran and Alfonso love what they do and it shows. THANK YOU! 😘

El Gato Negro is a beautiful gem. I felt so much at home here for solitude I was needing for a project I am working on. I became fast friends with Felipe, the Jaguar esque black cat that followed me down from the plaza. He became a daily visitor! The hiking here is sublime, and some are quite challenging if you want to test your climbing endurance. I really loved my stay here and hope to return to this charming village. This village has great restaurants and a good grocery store to cook if you don’t feel like eating out every night. I give this place 10 out 10!

we had a very nice end at Rosa's house. The house has a lot of charm, it is very quiet but at the same time a few steps from the village of Orgiva - and you can easily and quickly reach the most charming villages of the Alpujarra. The house is as described in the profile, we didn't lack anything and Rosa was very available for any doubt - we would definitely repeat! Thank you very much Rosa :)

Jose is a fantastic host. He is friendly, approachable, and very much willing to help. He responds fast to questions and has some good tips for restaurants in the area. He even gave us a bottle of his own wine, which was very nice. The house is a little hidden gem: it's an authentic cave house, which is typical for the area of Guadix. It's great to experience a stay in such a typical house. The house is a few minutes from the main road, and it provides a lot of privacy. We would recommend everyone to stay here for a couple of days to relax, unwind, explore the area, and enjoy the hospitality of Jose! 👍☀️😎

We have just arrived home from a wonderful 2 weeks at Casa Josefina.The House itself is a lovely traditional Spanish property with beautiful views and a fantastic, large pool.There was plenty of outdoor space and shade and even with six people there was also ample room in the house. The property had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and was spotlessly clean. The location is also an easy distance from both Granada and the coast so there is a lot to see and do. Juan was truly a fabulous host and one of the aspects that made the trip so enjoyable. He was in contact regularly before the trip and throughout our stay.He helped us so much and really went above and beyond-he found an instructor for our daughter to have swimming lessons in the pool at the villa at our request (Pablo-who is also fantastic!). He also booked horse riding for us in a nearby village (Padul,which again we recommend).Juan was always available to answer questions and help us with recommendations. He visited the property every few days to maintain the pool and garden but was completely respectful of our privacy and always agreed a convenient time so as not to disturb us. I could go on and on! But to conclude,a wonderful stay in a beautiful location and a really terrific host-we will be back!

100% recommended! We went a group of friends for a weekend and we were delighted. The accommodation is divided into two houses, however, the doors are next to it which allows you to spend practically all the time together, in addition the houses are very well equipped. Mario was very attentive, we were able to communicate quickly with him and recommended a local taxi that takes you to Granada in 20 minutes economically. Very happy to have been able to enjoy this great place.
