Wonderful apartment close to the beach and with everything you need. We were able to rest, great and make the most of being close to the beach and with a gastronomic fair very close. Highly recommended.

Rosalia is a fantastic person! During our stay, DANA affecto a Valencia and Rosalia was with us at all times, worrying and there with us at all times. The apartment is very nice and well located, in a quiet and very pedestrian area, close to Valencia (~15min by car) and well communicated with shops and supermarkets very close by. Overall a very good experience!😊

Great place to stay in Albarracin. Up a hill a short distance from the boutique supermarkets, with private parking and well located for heading to the boulders. Mabel and Luis are some of the best hosts I have encountered on AirBnb, kind and friendly, extremely responsive and knowledgeable about the local area. Oh, and there is endless hot water (assume its not on a solar boiler). Thoroughly recommend.

We spent a whole month in Aurelio's apartment. We are very happy with your stay and contact with Aurelio and Pilar. The location of the camera is very good . The beautiful beach is quite close , there are plenty of shops ,restaurants and cafes, and a local market, and Mercadona, great for everyday shopping. The apartment itself is very comfortable and spacious. A large living room with a kitchen and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are perfect for people who live there. The apartment is on the 7th floor but there is a fast elevator. In addition, there is a terrace with a beautiful view of the whole area. The kitchen , bathrooms, and bedroom amenities are very good . You can take a trip to Sagunto and Valencia with a convenient public bus. The apartment actually looks even better than in the photos We highly recommend staying in this apartment.

We Had wonderful experience staying at gran canet. Milan was always quick to respond with answers we needed even quite few months before our stay & during our stay…. No problems with check in or check out. Place was really clean and exceptional. It has everything you could possibly need & actually looks much better in real life than in pictures! We will definitely be coming back!

Everything was perfect! Accommodation of impeccable cleanliness with all the essentials for a great stay (hygiene products, towels, coffee and condiments). The living room is very large and comfortable to stay in. The master bedroom with its private bathroom is fine. The other two bedrooms also have a bathroom with a bathtub in the hallway. Perfect welcome, Magda is an extraordinary kindness. Air conditioning is in the hallway that gives access to the bedrooms. It allows you to spend a night in the cool which is very nice with the heat. The views are simply beautiful! The garage next to the apartment with the private space is a real plus even if we had no worries about parking in front of the apartment. Perfect value for money! We will come back without hesitation!

We had a very pleasant family vacation. The place was very well equipped, it had everything we needed, and also in very good condition and very clean. It was a 5 star experience! The hostess was friendly and looked out for us at all times! We also liked the surroundings a lot, it's a quiet area (that was what we were looking for). We have made several family tours and have also gone to know Valencia city. In short everything has been great, as if to repeat without doubt. Super recommended!

Stay in a family place. Tennis court, paddle, pedestrian, pool. Beach a few meters away with private access. An apartment with everything you need for your stay in terms of utensils and linens and bathrooms. Outdoor indoor parking spot right there. Elevator and access to people with disabilities. Smart tv, internet, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, hob... You don't miss anything from home.

We've stayed in Maria's flat for a month. Building itself is perfectly located - only couple of blocks from the sea. It was super quite in the neighbourhood during our stay. Flat is clean and nice. It has everything that could be needed for a long stay. The terrace is awesome. It's huge and furnished. With a great sunshine view! Maria is very nice and helpful. The only thing that should be considered is that wifi doesn't work in the bedroom. But for us it was even a plus. Reading books instead of news is always a good idea :) Thank, Maria! We really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic little house in the historic center, super comfortable, with attention to detail, excellent cleanliness, possibility of parking in front of the house, children's games inside the house! We had a good stay apartment 1 minute walk to the beach and 10 min drive to almenara center Desertic place, there is no animation. Very quiet , relaxing Responsive host who does not hesitate to move if needed

We had a wonderful stay at the property. It was all very clean and the place is beautiful. Parking right outside the door. We enjoyed the time very much and will be happy to come back. Sascha was very friendly and helpful at all times. Thank you for everything.

Perfect place to disconnect

This is a amazing place as you have the beach literally 1min walk from the apartment, mornings were the best to drink my coffee off the balcony as I can the sea and hear the waves was so therapeutic

Spectacular! The apartment is spotless, all new. The jacuzzi is a plus. for parking we had no problems as monica nos pass all the information with the directions . definitely highly recommended, perfect to disconnect!

First of all the super friendly host, a very new loft, with choice for people with limited mobility, the comfortable bed, the cool jacuzzi, functional fridge and cooker (there are all the necessary utensils) and by the time we did not use the stove with wood fire but also must be very nice

Joelle the welcome was very nice and communication with you or your husband was immediate, both days before we went there and then being there. The house is nice and was spotless. Also you have it in a very nice and quiet place. A few kilometers away there are mountains, beaches and villages to be able to visit them. We had a great time doing BBQs and in the hot tub. Joaquín was very kind from the first moment, there was a lot of flexibility at the time of arrival as there was no problem, the communication was very good at all times. The apartment is very comfortable and in a very peaceful place. I recommend it 100%!!

It is a beautiful place, with all the comforts and led by Mari who is super attentive to everything we need.

A top welcome by Oksana who received us in advance, with a smile and useful information during our stay and Bernard who also took care to keep in touch. Very clean, well-equipped apartment with access to the beach on foot and a view of the busy pool until late at night that can cause noise pollution. Air conditioning is a real plus. And note that it is easy to park very close to the accommodation.

The house was impeccable, perfect place to disconnect with mountain views, jacuzzi, fireplace that you can ask for more, the owners super friendly and attentive, we will definitely go again 😊❤️
