Modern, impeccable, clean, complete and comfortable accommodation. No noise or hassles. No lack of detail. We have been at home.

So nice we booked another night. The neighbours were a little noisy next door but we appreciated the privacy screen between balconies. The local town is gorgeous and a couple great bars/eateries... would love to come back as we were only passing through.... definitely a stand alone destination. They gave a very welcoming arrival, unfortunately we were very weary at the time without the energy to engage much, but very friendly couple.

Everything great except about 10pm there was no hot water

The apartment is true to the photos - it is recent, it is well equipped, the decor is simple and beautiful and everything was impeccable. The mattress is very comfortable which allows a good rest. The back windows have views of the valley and is spectacular, especially at night. The location is excellent and has a free parking facility. In addition to the possibility of charging EV right at the door, which made me so much easier. Sandra and Leandro were really nice, they responded quickly, and were flexible with the exit. Highly recommended and hope to return.

This accommodation seems fantastic to me, since it is all new, very modern and functional, just as you see in the photos, it does not lack detail and makes the stay pleasant. Access and arrival is very easy and parking in that area as well. Raquel is very helpful and friendly in the explanations. It's definitely a recommended place I'd come back to.

An ideal place to rest and disconnect in the middle of nature, highly recommended to travel with children!!

Very nice place, it exceeded our expectations. Cecilia a very nice and helpful person. Space itself for 2 people is ideal I see a particular taste for space itself is not missing anything . I felt like I was in my own home. The laundry available is spectacular because they have everything you need. eventually need to wash your laundry and dry The salamander is simply spectacular because in this little cold time it is pleasant 😉 Thanks to 😃 Cecilia See you soon 🙂

I stayed three nights with my son. The accommodation was well situated for our hiking tour of the Serra de Estrella mountains, with a good choice of restaurants and food stores within walking distance. The apartment provided everything we needed; comfortable beds, a strong hot shower, a cosy kitchen / diner in which to cook breakfast, and of course today’s essential fast WiFi. Highly recommended.

We want to thank the host of Penedo's house for the opportunity they gave us “Group of Friends4ever” to spend an excellent weekend in Linhares da Beira. We spent three days at Cuca's house, we were great, everything clean, the house warm when we arrived, Toñi super friendly and they were for whatever you need, the sofa bed is very comfortable, it is like a good bed, we will repeat if we come back for sure, thank you!!

What a fantastic stay!! This is a wonderful home with all the amenities you could wish for. My wife and I had a wonderful stay there for 4 days and honestly, I considered extending the stay!! (But I had to get back to work) The view is lovely and we went on a long walk most days.

Great two-day stay with a fine host in a lovely, walkable city. 20 minutes walk from bus station, 11 minutes walk to Serra bus to Serra da Estrela, and on a city bus route. Communicative, friendly host with better English than my Spanish or Portuguese. Clean rooms, with decorations, but free of clutter. Plenty of hot water, decent small kitchen, and a balcony with a view. Don’t miss award-winning Museu da Colivhã for history to now. Loved hiking the glacier-shaped terrain of Portugal’s highest point.

New accommodation, in perfect condition and very practical. It was a comfortable and hassle free stay. César was very attentive, even warned us of the celebration of local Plasencia parties and that we were taking care of where we parked the car on the day of the weekly market of Montehermoso, indicating where we could park and where not. We definitely recommend it to those who are looking for a quiet and well located place to visit the northern part of Extremadura
